I stopped there looking for coffee or hot chocolate and the guy helped me with hot regular coffee. It was amazing drip regular coffee and milk inside. The service was amazing and good conversation with the lady worker there. Thank you for everything.

With snow coming down and having not had lunch, my craving for a gyros was off the charts on my drive home tonight. Brandy’s gyro with everything & a char dog with everything, including fries, was over-moon fresh and delicious. But it gets better (I know, this guy must be paid off….not). I asked Anna (cute as a button) if I could order a hot chocolate too, said wasn’t 100% sure they have any but she’ll gladly check. So as I inhaled my entire meal within minutes, to my surprise, Anna walks over with this hot chocolate made with whip cream and a hit of choc syrup on top! Her extra effort to make things special for the customer was over-the-moon!!

It was our first time there and ANNA made us feel right at home! Great food SUPER AWESOME staff! Thanks ANNA and crew!!!

Update, visited Dec 2 2022, the place is great and decked out for Christmas ⛄🎄. I meet the Boss and she is a wonderful 👍 person. You must visit this family owned restaurants. Good Gyros. Clean place and friendly service. Has your normal Chicago area gyros, hotdogs, beef and more. This squirrel 🐿️ spend about $13 nuts 🥜 per meal. Update. Momma squirrel 🐿️ and I visited today. We left very happy. Staff was great 👍. I watch as the cook took lunch out to a older customer who used a walker and treated them with RESPECT 🙂. I'll keep visiting them.

Excellent gyro with lots of meat, onions, tomatoes and sauce. Large menu to choose from. Fast, friendly service. Large, clean seating area. Refillable drinks. Highly recommended !

Chicken Kabob Dinner comes with a side salad. I got Greek rice instead of fries. So delicious! Ordered from DoorDash and the food is still very hot. I definitely recommend Brandy’s!

The staff is nice enough, but I just drove for 20 minutes to pick this up.Greek salad. Nothing says appetizing like lettuce swimming in water.

This particular location could have improved on the quality of the food as well as the portion size. The overall temperature in the store was cold. It was a cold night about 42 degrees outside and the temperature in the store wasn’t much warmer. Because of this my food was warm but not piping hot like it should be. I have visited the other Brandy’s locations in Streamwood and Des Plaines and both of these stores excel at great customer service as well as insuring that your food will be fresh and hot.

I had to get the gyro and it was great. They have a huge menu over 20 combo/specials.

So the food is great here. The cooks do a great job!! The service needs work for sure!! Not sure if the person that took my order was new but I've never seen her. Looking at this ticket, I can understand why my order was wrong. They gave me two chili cheese dogs instead of one chili cheese and one with everything. No sport peppers. Not sure if the system needs to be fixed or the person needs to learn how to place that order. My biggest problem was when I went back I told her let me get 1 hot dog with everything and no sport peppers. She wasn't even curious why I was back ordering another. She says, so you want a plain hot dog? Lol train better or put her somewhere else. Finally got my order and I told her why I was back. She said sorry about that. Your total is 4 something. Lol not even hesitate to say, oh I'm sorry. You shouldn't have to pay for another one cause of our mistake. Even the cooks were lookin at me like, why's he back? Saved myself the aggravation and just paid for it.

Chicken gyros were very good. Some of the fries were soggy. It is pricey. Tomatoes on the chicken Gyro were disgusting. Can't believe they put it on the sandwich.

As far as classic hot dog and gyro joints go Brandy's is better than average. They have a larger menu than most and the interior is clean and welcoming. I will never turn down an offer to eat here when I'm in the mood for gyros.

Philly Cheese is ok, I've had better. Looks better then it tast.

Great food and service! We've tried the burgers, hot dog and gyros and they were all CHICAGO style whic is where were from so we were super happy! Also have eaten the Greek and Italian dishes ALL DELICIOUS and authentic. We eat here at least once a week. I'm also obsessed with the chicken soup. It's def a dependable reliable place!

This was my 1st visit here. Huuuge menu! So impressive. There were 2 of us. One of us ordered the lamb and beef gyro sandwich and other one ordered the chicken gyro. We split both. They were both amazing and we had a hard time deciding which one was better. The fries were fresh and crispy and a good size and the sauces were great too. Super friendly staff which was a bonus. Awesome experience and I can't wait to come back!

Always dine in, tables are clean. Gyro is amazing! Sauce is good. Definitely need to try other things. My buddy gets a burger and says it's amazing.

They are all so friendly and accommodating. We work at school and are rush always with time, they make an effort to always have us in and out with enough time to enjoy our food never sacrificing the quality. Living in the south, a good gyros is hard to find.. almost non existent. I needed my gyros fix while in the Chicago area and this place delivered. Fried mushrooms and fried zucchini were also great. Good atmosphere. Eat here.

Lots of choices on the menu. The food is good but it's pretty pricey. I guess that's par for the course in 2022. Thought about going four stars due to high prices, but I've been impressed with the friendly staff every time I've been there. That gives them the extra star.

Sad to have to write this review! Have always loved Brandy's, but had never been to the one on Golf Rd. in Schaumburg. My husband ordered fajitas. (His go-to since he doesn't eat cheese.) Well- the chicken was smothered in cheese. We've never seen fajitas served this way. He asked them to remake it for him. (Mind you- the dish is $16 and $4 for his drink.) A few minutes later, they serve his dish---- but this time---- the chicken is completely covered in red sauce. Beneath the red sauce?? Loads of cheese! We were embarrassed---it was awkward- we didn't want to create a scene- so he proceeded to pick off the melted cheese--- not able to get all of it. Before we even left the place- he had to run to the bathroom. He got sick on it!!!! I took a taste of the chicken? Dry and ashy- like eating burnt cardboard. Disgusted they would serve my husband this dish and then try to cover the cheese in sauce. And it was like a pasta sauce! ON FAJITAS! Brandy's---- you lost our business! And we are letting everyone know what you did. Horrific.

I absolutely love this place. Loved it for over 20 some odd years when I was going to the one in Hanover Park, and was ecstatic when they opened the one here. Inflation has made it hard to go as often as I would still like to, but, the food never disappoints, and the people who work here are some of the nicest, most good-hearted, friendly folks I've ever encountered at a restaurant like this. Love coming here, whether to dine in or just to take out; it's always awesome!
