WoW!!!! Best experience at a retail store I’ve had in a long time. Went to the shoe department and had the pleasure of meeting Diaz 😊 This man not only knows his stuff but, laid out TOP quality customer service! I’ve never had a sales experience on gym shoes like this before. Diaz knew everything about the shoes he sold and what would be the best running shoe for my daughter. His knowledge inspired me to also make a purchase for myself. What more could a department store want than a salesman who educates the customer and they end up buying more. Hats of to Mr Diaz if you aren’t the sales manager you definitely should be and thank you for the great experience. 👍🏻

Went to try on Soccer shoes and you have to submit a request via kiosk. I submitted my request and waited 25 minutes.. nothing. Then, I submitted an additional request because maybe the first one didn’t process. After another 15 minutes.. nothing. Left there w/o trying any shoes on. Don’t waste your time there. Workers won’t help either.

Bennett working in the shoe department was phenomenal! He made great suggestions, brought out a ton of shoes for my son to try to ensure the best choice, and never did we feel like we were a pain to serve. This young man knows his stuff! See the stack of shoes that he had us try on!

Good selection of products. But the cashier's R so slow today. Only 4 stations were open. Waiting for at least 20 min to pay.

I've spent a lot of money here and the quality is so poor I might as well have gone to Walmart. Also the customer service is so poor, noone would help me find the product I was looking for. They just sent me off looking foolish. I will not be giving this location any more of my money. What a waste. Don't bother responding if you work here and keep tabs on your reviews. I'm not changing my mind anytime soon

Average. Low inventory, slow service, limited knowledge. Fortunately, we were able to find the needed item through compromise. Unfortunately, Soccer 2000 closed on Sundays.

I walked from one end of the store to the other and was not greeted by one person or asked if I needed help. They also had no cross training sneakers. I do not recommend.

Allen Wirtz in the shoe department was so helpful, personable, and knowledgeable about all the shoe options (Hoka, Brooks, etc. etc.) available to fit my specific needs! Definitely request his expertise next time you’re in the market for a gym shoe!

Great products, clean store, above average pricing and here is a big one. Extremely frustrating sales tactics. Not sure if management intends on increasing sales or making it impossible for buyers to buy. Whatever is displayed on manikins can never be found around the manikins. I had to find someone to help me (which is a challenge) then we walked over 150 feet away from the manikin to find the product. ***Not too smart*** Fix it please.

From the moment you walk in, you forget what you came to the store for. You'll need a minute to figure out where you want to start shopping. The store is immaculate, and the staff are ready to assist you even if they're on break. The line is long, but it moves quickly as cashiers are moving customers along with their purchase.

Allen was very helpful and patient even though we came in close to closing time. I love that they have wide shoes selection.

Given that I shopped here close to Christmas, it's understandable that some areas were in disarray. However, I greatly appreciated two staff members, one who gave me good advice and the other who worked hard to successfully find the size I needed. The checkout line was the longest I'd seen outside of amusement parks. But it didn't take the 30 minutes I anticipated to get through; it only took 12 and staff at the cashiers remained calm and kind. So it was the staff who made this a pleasant shopping experience!

Store is clean, staff is friendly. The cashier gave us a Mother’s Day coupon unprompted which was amazing. It’s nice being able to go into a store and see what you are buying.

I was very disappointed, I tried to return a couple of shirts. I bought the shirts last September but I did not wear them. I joined a gym and lost some weight. I just wanted a store credit to purchase more shirts but John hint with the 90 day rule policy. After, he told me to call customer and get the sku numbers which I did. Then he still wouldn't give me a store credit. All John did was come up with excuses to not give me store credit. I just spent $200 a couple of days ago for smaller sizes. I guess the 90 policy takes precedent of making the customer happy.

Devon working in the shoe department at /Butterfield Rd./Lombard location was very knowledgeable about the right shoe for what I was looking for. I'm getting over a foot injury. Devon knew which running shoes would be best.... Great customer service from shoe associate, Devon, in Lombard! Thanks Devon!

The staff was very helpful and polite and nice. I wanted to use a cupón and the manager was looking for reasons not to validate the full amount. But not the biggest issue. The problem was her attitude. She was rude to a staff member very unprofessional because she was explaining how the cupón was valid and another manager Lauren said it was ok but she wanted to be rude and trying not to validate it. I like the store and usually everyone seemed polite be helpful. I was surprised to be treated like this and also her coworkers. Hopefully she was just being hormonal because she looked pregnant. But no necessity for lack of customer service in her behalf. I would like to come back to this location but if i get treated like this and my family I would have to find another store even if it’s far from my residence. I hope she gets better training.

It’s amazing. Cool clothes design. But the prices are expensive nowadays.

Steve guys with a mustache from the cashiers he’s very rude and a racist when it comes to any customer not speaking English. He looks at you like you are crazy and does not ask anyone around if they are able to help translating. He even Starts throwing the merchandise to you bc of not speaking his language.

With so many shoes on the shelves, how am I leaving without a single pair? No one there to help me... picking out my own shoes alone only to be told "they're out if stock". Then help me pick out ones that are in stock... :(

Got some great beach chairs there and an umbrella too. Great selection and knowledgeable staff.

In store signage is non existant. There is an upstairs but no inkling of what's up there.

That place was like a DREAM!!! So many weights, fancy big screen rowers, stationary bikes, cushioning treadmills, sports apparel, golf clubs, football armor, basketball hoops, soccer necessities, ice and field hockey, premium lacrosse gear, and weight training items!

When I went to this store, it literally had any exercise equipment you might want or need. The staff were very friendly. I bought some weights and left pretty happy and wanted to buy some more stuff. The sheer size is amazing but the fact they actually have some great inventory is what made me rate the place highly along with the great service.

I love the selection of sports equipment and shoes here. Also the staff is friendly and helpful. Only problem is they don't carry my size in athletic wear. (They only go up to 2x) Other that that, great place.

Staff is very friendly, store is very clean and everything is very convenient to find. I could spend hours and hours at this place. Just wish they didn't get rid of there fishing section.
