Avoid this practice by all means. The receptionist was not friendly at all. I waited 1 hour to be seen by Dr Nichamin. Only for him to keep the door open during visit, asked for it to be closed due to Hippa violation only to be told that I was the only patient in the office which I later found out was not true. (a woman was in the waiting area). He began the conversation saying his battery on his cell phone died so he was late due to no alarm,(10:30am appt) office hours today were 8am-2pm. No call or anything to let me know of this ahead of time. As I am explaining symptoms he begins to remove his tie(awkward) only to say he ate so much food last night he had to use the restroom. Left me in the room for over 20 minutes. No one came to check on me. No update on when the doctor was returning back to my room only for me to walk out after waiting 20 minutes to walk past Receptionist who mind you was on her phone at this point no word to me and I walked out I do not recommend this practice this is so unprofessional no one has still called me to offer any type of apology asked to see what was the reason for me walking out now this is hours past my appointment time that I left I highly recommend you guys find someplace else to do business. DO NOT give them your money. CLEAR COMPLEXIONS should be closed down.

I went to Clear Complexions because of the highly rated google reviews. I wasn't particular about how fancy the place was or how old their methods are, I just wanted some place to get started after being let down by my primary care doctor for 2+ years. This place is old (as described) and the main doctor treating is aged too. He pushed my appointment behind, which I understand since he had patients back to back I gave him time so he could get lunch before seeing me. I was wrong, my visit was rushed and for 70% of the time he only spoke about the history of the products they sell. i.e. THEY WANT YOU TO BUY THEIR STUFF. Again, I thought this is ok, if it works I'll buy it. I should've paid attention to the little details like the doctor barely examined my acne close up. He just took a glance and made an assessment. Once I got the products, my skin burned so I called them back, the receptionist (who won't let you talk more than a couple min so as to speed things up btw) said she can give me a sample of the aloe vera gel, I can buy more later. Again, I didn't think much because I thought this was a part of the process (all the while, their products burning my skin first, then me having to buy their aloe vera gel next WHY?). They also had me consult with the aesthetician in their office, who took one quick look at my face, said "it's not ready" and did extractions (in under 5 min) charging me $60 to pop the pimples in my face. All in all, my skin did worse than before because it became extra sensitive and I had to end up seeing another dermatologist after a couple of months. I was diagnosed with rosacea, and the doctor at clear complexions gave me BPO which is a big no for rosacea/sensitive skin. Bottom line: Don't go to this place, please. They will lure you into buying their products which will range from $100-150 total and they recommend their aesthetician services too, without proper examination. I highly recommend going to a place where they utilize proper examination techniques and listen to their patients.

The front desk is HIGLY UNPROFESSIONAL, she was on the cell phone on speaker taking a personal call. Then they took another patient before me making me wait a whole hour after my appt. The office looks like a hot mess !!! Files and paperwork everywhere. The doctor is super old… after I read the reviews I realized we should’ve never booked here in the first place. Don’t waste your time. !! And then the receptionist asked one of the patients to do a good review since they have so many bad ones ! They are ridiculous!!!

I have been coming to Clear Complexions for over 10 years now. I started coming in my 20's for bad acne and have continued to go for preventative anti aging. Their tried and true methods beat spending thousands on lasers or gimmicks that don't work. The products WORK!! The prices are affordable and they actually care and spend time when you have questions. This place is a hole in the wall and hidden gem at the same time! If you are struggling with acne especially, go here...you will be excited that they have a method to treat acne without having to go on dangerous medications.

I’ve been a patient for at least 10 years since I was 14yo. I had the worst cystic acne and was so embarrassed to go anywhere or even let people see my face. Nothing I did help until I came here. Now my skin is clear and barely get any acne. Every time I I go in I never had any problem. The doctor is great, the nurses and team here are nice. I will always recommend this place.

I have been a patient of Clear Complexions for many years. My experience has been always positive and with excellent results. The front desk secretary is very cordial and welcoming. The doctor in particular is very knowledgeable, attentive and professional He doesn't rush and takes enough time to talk to you during consultation and treatment. The products are wonderful and I had wonderful results from using them. I would certainly recommend this practice for the treatment of acne and other skin related issues. Keep up with the good work!!!!

I have been a long-time patient at Clear Complexions and my experience there has always been exceptional. The customer service is superior and the care they provide has been wonderful. I truly appreciate their personalized recommendations for ways to treat my skin issues and they offer the highest quality products. Some of the products they sell cannot be purchased anywhere else and I can personally say, they have helped improve my skin more than any others.

He is the best doctor and very thorough! And actually have my severe plaque psoriasis under control completely for the first time every since I've had it! He'll call you when he's done with his patients to check up with you as he's waiting for his food or I should say dinner no call up certain patients and make sure everything is okay and give you certain things to try to see if they help out whatever you need help on he is number one in my book!

Their acne program works. 100 percent successful results. I’ve sent all three of my teenage boys here for the last four years. My kids father, grandmother, great grandmother, uncles, u name it had cystic, scarring acne. So the first break out my teenage sons had, I took them to this Dr. I believe it saved their skin from the trauma of cystic acne. They started with the acne extractions as it is called. They gently (without scarring) pop the existing pimples on your face. The program roughly consists of a face wash, toner, and cream to dry out the acne. The moisturizer is a must while your acne issues are being addressed and treated. These creams and lotions aren’t a scam, they ARE the program! Sometimes he will prescribe a topical antibiotic (he did for 2 if my sons). All I can say is, it works. Go BEFORE it gets bad. Be regimented and it will work. It’s not cheap, but we are a middle class family, not wealthy and extravagant people. The Dr. has a very warm bedside manner, super friendly and kind. I like the relaxed feel of the office. I personally prefer that to a cold doctors office with solemn, stern looks. We are completely satisfied patients and would highly recommend! NOTE: My review regarding this dermatologist is for acne. We’ve never used this practice for anti aging or facials or other skin problems.

I’ve been Doc’s Nichamin patient since I was a teenager back in 1998 and he gave back my self confidence treating me of an ugly acne; I kept coming back for acne treatment and products and I could enjoy a healthy, clean and clear skin since then. An Extremely courteous and friendly. Went for a acne removal and it was so very quick and painless, and was out the door within half an hour. The staff/Doctor are very friendly and waste no time helping you out.

I’ve been coming here for years. This place has helped my skin so much. I’ve had bad skin since I was a teen and if I don’t maintain my routine it flares up even now in my 30s. I use all their products, that I love, the pricing is comparable to similar types of products. And I get facials there every 6-8 weeks, depending on my needs. Sometimes I can go longer than 8 weeks. The Dr is very knowledgeable. Clear Complextions has been such a help to me I’ve the years.

I've been going to Clear Complexions before it was Clear Complexions....since its inception as Dr. Fulton's Skincare Clinic. Many years ago, Dr. Nichamin took over, and I have still been going to this wonderful clinic. Dr. Nichamin and his staff offer a wide variety of skincare services, and produce great results. He has great facialists, and the plethora of products offered is wonderful. Best of all, Dr. Nichamin's prices are quite competitive.
