Came into the store with boyfriend who was very excited to be fitted with a new driver since he’s never been fitted before. The demo associate asked him what brand of driver he wanted to try and the preferred shaft stiffness. He then built two clubs, showed him how to use the simulator and left and didn’t return until at least 20 minutes later. He did not offer any beneficial tips or club improvements just kept saying his swing was too steep and there was too much backspin. He did not offer any solutions or suggestions for how a club should fit. My boyfriend left extremely disappointed and frustrated at the lack of assistance and careless attitude from the associate. This was not a golf fitting, it was simply a testing bay for different driver brands. I would not buy a club from this store. Could have just gone online with the little amount of help we received.

If you like to golf/play tennis and want quality products with a professional staff this is the place for you! The practice putting green is very convenient for picking out the perfect putter. Renting the tennis court is a breeze and with the new lights it's a great place to practice during the winter season.

My experience at the store was incredible. I walked in and someone asked if I needed to be helped right away. I needed my driver head replaced and they did it for me in about 30 seconds and then let me try it out. Tony, one of the employees, helped evaluate my swing and adjusted the driver to my swing. Not once did they try to sell me anything extra or try to make extra money off me either. I am super happy with my experience and will definitely be back.

James helped me with my club repair today. He was not only knowledgeable with the repair process, but he was very kind and professional. A+ customer service. Will definitely return again to work with James. Thank you!

Between bushnell and PGA very poor support on range finders. Computers down can't find receipts. Don't buy a bushnell v5 rangefinder. Lasted less than 4 months.

I have gone in a few times recently to get clubs re-shafted, new grips as well as a lie adjustment on a putter. The 3 times I went in, the staff was super friendly and helpful with the details.

Fun store for golfers to visit. Nice artificial turf putting green. They have what golfers need, but very little on sale. Must pay list price for 98% of items.

Love this store, every time I’m in Schaumburg we have to stop. Nicest staff, best sales, and fantastic selection. Kevin checked us out today and we couldn’t have asked for better customer service. He is so friendly and personable. Employees like this keep us coming back!

Not happy with the lack of service. We spent three hours at the store waiting to have our questions answered. It seemed as if we were troubling every single worker we approached. No smiles or proper way of speaking, just frustration on their faces.

If you’re going here to check out the pre owned club section, don’t bother. Prices are way too high. Went wood and hybrid shopping and every used option they had was much higher than eBay prices and Callaway Preowned has used ST Max Woods and Drivers for literally half the price this place wanted. Second thing I came in for was grips which they had a poor selection of, half the bins were empty and there’s virtually no color choice of even the most popular golf pride grips.

I'm new to the sport and went in for my first fitting. Very important - Make sure to reserve a time! My attendant (James Masterson) was VERY knowledgeable about the different types of irons I was looking at. He made sure to keep the prices around my budget and did not hesitate to give his opinions when I had no clue what I was looking for. Above anything else, he did not pressure me to purchase ANYTHING at any point. I was so happy with his thoroughness that I ended up buying a set that day. Going to check out, Tony helped me through the process. When I wanted to skip a club in the set to save money, Tony advised me on why that wasn't a good idea and gave explanations as to why. Again - not trying to pressure me. I ended up going with the full set! As someone new to the sport of golf, I appreciated the honesty throughout the entire process. I highly recommend working with James/Tony and I will definitely be back!

Great customer service from one of the managers "Tony". I had an issue with a recent purchase, and he rectified the situation no questions asked, he just made sure I left happy, and that I did. Went in for a casual club fitting. Spoke with JT and he helped me get fit to perfection. Very knowledgeable and personable. Taught me a lot in the brief time I spoke with him and made it easy for me to understand!

Every trip to the Schaumburg location is A+. I regularly shop this store and from the top down they go above and beyond. The club repair folks, Alan, managers, and the salespeople have all been wonderful. If you find yourself in the Schaumburg area, stop in!

I had a really great experience shopping here for my first set of clubs. I would like to thank Jerry Carbone for his professionalism and customer service through the whole process. This man is a genius! He gave great information about clubs and technique that not only left me feeling satisfied with my selection but also made me feel more confident in my game. Will definitely be making the drive to this location again soon!

The service at the Schaumburg store was excellent. I never had to chase anybody down for help. Employees were all courteous and knowledgable. First time in that store. I was super impressed.

Don’t go here, plenty of better stores out there. Called to see if they would be getting the new Scotty Cameron putter today. Guy told me it would be a raffle and to come to the store today. I told him I would come tomorrow and he said no come today to beat the crowd. Drove 30 minutes to get here and they told me no can’t enter the raffle until tomorrow…. Not the first time this store has let me down

I understand the negative reviews here but for those reviewing, please take note. Your experience will depend on who you deal with. I went 3 days in a row, 1st day for irons, 2nd day for putter, 3rd day for driver. 1st day, I didn't know what to expect and ended up buying calloway irons but the guy didn't seem very engaged and didn't say much. However, I went back the 2nd day because I decided I wanted taylormade irons but this time, I noticed the person I was working with this time seemed to know much more than the guy from the 1st day and provided much more feedback & tips. The 3rd day, got luck with another guy and he was also providing lots of feedback and also tried to get someone to come and see what's wrong with my driver swing. So for me, BIG THANK YOU to Noel, Tony, and Sae! If you're trying to get fitted, look for Noel & Tony! Sae is the guy who looked at my swing.

I bought two Cleveland Zipcore wedges. Tony was very helpful getting me bay and taping up one of the lofts I wanted to try. Also answered my questions about club design and how it differed from other wedges. Didn't have the grips I use. Also had to walk around a little to get someone's attention. Overall good experience not quite 5 star.
