Would
give
the
grooming
department
here
0
stars
if
possible.
Everyone
including
the
manager
lacks
communication
skills
&
professionalism.
Took
my
new
puppy
(5
months
old)
to
get
groomed
for
her
first
time
ever
&
paid
for
the
FULL
package
which
includes
a
hair
cut,
got
her
back
and
she
received
NO
haircut
at
all
,
not
even
a
trim!
Looked
like
all
they
did
was
shower
&
dry
her.
Wasn’t
highly
dissatisfied,
also
asked
for
her
hair
on
her
face
to
be
cut
down
super
short
which
did
not
happen.
After
we
picked
her
up
the
groomer
said
she
was
a
bit
nervous
&
was
pulling
away
but
that
it
was
normal
bc
again
she
was
still
a
puppy
and
it
was
indeed
her
first
time..
groomer
recommended
to
bring
her
in
more
regularly
so
she
can
get
used
to
the
feeling
but
that
overall
she
was
a
really
sweet
&
good
girl
.
After
learning
all
that
information
I
understood
why
she
didn’t
look
“perfect”
after
her
grooming
appointment.
We
let
a
month
go
by
to
schedule
her
next
grooming
session
,
I
called
on
the
phone
to
make
the
appointment
and
I
told
whoever
I
spoke
with
what
the
last
groomer
said
;
she
was
a
little
nervous
and
was
pulling
,
I
also
expressed
i
was
not
happy
with
the
last
grooming
session
and
wanted
her
to
get
an
actual
cut
this
time.
The
person
on
the
phone
proceeded
to
make
her
appointment.
Finally
the
day
of
her
appointment
comes
and
I
get
a
call
from
the
groomers
a
couple
of
hours
before
her
appointment;
person
on
the
phone
basically
is
telling
me
that
they
had
to
cancel
my
appointment
because
she
was
“trying
to
jump
off
the
table”
while
getting
her
haircut
(this
was
never
told
to
me
by
her
original
groomer
when
she
returned
her
to
me
the
day
of)
I
told
the
person
who
called
me
that
this
was
NEVER
expressed
to
me
and
when
I
made
the
original
appt
all
that
was
said
was
she
was
pulling
but
that
it
was
normal
for
her
first
time…
also
I
expressed
concern
for
them
canceling
LITERALLY
at
the
time
of
my
appointment!
Of
course
I
asked
to
speak
to
a
manager
who
was
extremely
unprofessional
and
kept
saying
she
didn’t
know
why
the
girls
never
told
me
or
why
they
made
the
original
appointment…
The
manager
said
they
were
canceling
my
appointment
because
the
groomer
with
the
“most
experience”
wasn’t
available
during
my
appt
time/day
and
the
other
girls
weren’t
“as
experienced”
as
if
that’s
MY
problem…
don’t
hire
people
who
aren’t
capable
of
grooming
ANY
type
of
dog.
Point
blank!
Also
to
add
,
the
manager
said
she
would
speak
to
the
original
groomer
and
have
her
call
me
back
personally
to
reschedule
me
(manager
was
offering
me
an
appt
a
week
later
and
during
normal
work
hours
like
9-5
as
if
people
don’t
work)
with
her
only
and
offer
me
a
discount.
TWO
WEEKS
LATER
AND
I
HAVE
NOT
RECEIVED
ANY
CALLS
FROM
EITHER
OF
THEM.
Worst
grooming
service
ever.
Save
your
money
and
go
to
a
small
private
company
instead.
Don’t
waste
your
time
here.
