😠 The no sibling rule has to end! For the last year, I have been paying babysitters and my husband has been taking time off of work, all so I can bring my kids to their appointments. They should have at least extended hours to help accommodate families. I definitely understood it at first, but for it... People often mention appointment, doctor,

The no sibling rule has to end! For the last year, I have been paying babysitters and my husband has been taking time off of work, all so I can bring my kids to their appointments. They should have at least extended hours to help accommodate families. I definitely understood it at first, but for it to STILL be a rule is insane. You can go across the street to Walmart, no mask and any number of people can go in. But you can’t take your kid to the doctor if their siblings have to join?! We had an appointment on Monday, and had to reschedule when the accident at Chemtool happened. Ok, no ones fault. When I called to reschedule, I specifically asked if I could bring my two other kids with me as my husband could not take another day off. She said yes! Great, off we go! Just to show up and be turned away. This was an important appointment for my daughter, I had so many things to ask about and they DID.NOT.CARE. I begged the manager and told him my situation as I was crying with a room FULL of staff and people watching on. (Ironic?!) Wouldn’t budge. I’ll be calling new pediatricians in the morning.

They cancelled my appointment on me last minute (which I made 3 weeks in advanced as that was the soonest they could squeeze me in). They call the night before my appointment, and they cancel my appointment for the next day. They re-schedule me for a week later (as that was the soonest they could get me in). I find out today that I cannot make the re-scheduled appointment as my schedule is all over the place now. It is seriously concerning how long it takes to see your PCP. When I had my interview there, they said they squeeze patients in. I certainly have not experienced this during my time of being a patient at this clinic. Ironically, the day they canceled my appointment is the day they told me they weren’t going to hire me. This place is a joke.

Terrible disorganization. Rude front desk. Rude nurses. Dr. Bhateja was great when she actually was available. She only takes some morning appointments now which doesn't work for school aged children. Nurses operating as doctors and making specialty referrals for things that turn out to be nothing. Have to call several times to even get a referral sent. Nobody could tell me anything about anything..including whether a test was normal or abnormal 3 weeks after taking it. You will never speak to an actual doctor no matter how many requests you make to do so. Wish Dr Bhateja never moved to this clinic and wish she never changed her availability. She was great but this clinic and their people you're forced to deal with because of her unavailability will drive you away fast. We want experienced doctors to look over the health of our children especially when it comes to something as serious as a specialty referral. This causes a lot of stress, anxiety, time, and money from the families for something that could have been recognized as benign on the wellness check up. This is what the specialty doctor told me. This effect on families really needs to be considered as nurses continue to operate as doctors in this office. Also as other people have stated .. they don't care if you've been waiting in line to be helped for 10 minutes, if there is a blizzard, or anything else if you are so much as 11 minutes late to your appointment once you actually reach the front desk and speak to someone, they will cancel it. Inconsiderate all the way around. They do not care.

I really enjoyed my doctor and they got me in quickly but they billed both my wife and I for 2 visits each because we "talked about too many things" my wife 2nd bill was for talking about having a headache. Just a heartless company type of action. Make people afraid to see their doctor because you never know if you will be double charged.

UW website advertises walk-in mammograms at this location M-F 8:30-4:30. Arrived Friday at 8:30 only to be told they do not have a full time tech and that they could not do a mammogram today. If you're not going to offer the service as indicated on your website then change your website - seems simple. Receptionist was very kind and apologetic.

Terrible service. I got a blood test and the lady punctured my wrong vein and gave me a huge hematoma. On top of that it’s been over a week and I still haven’t gotten my results back. I have called over and over to ask and they keep saying they’ll call me back, which they still have not. This blood test was really important to as I needed to know the results immediately.

Radiology dept For some reason they keep sending bill to medicaid. I have bcbs. I can see it happening once but three times? Maybe twice on a bad week. I m starting to believe it's common practice. If they bill the wrong place then the entire bill is sent to me. This amount is more than the contract with bcbs.

Prefer this location over all of them. Super clean, nice building. Always less busy.

I am here sitting in office, called and made the appointment first thing in the morning at 8 AM. For them to look at my daughter who I’m pretty sure has Covid at 2 years old. Walgreen won’t test till she is 3 years old so where is my other option? THE PRIMARY CARE OFFICE. And they refuse to see my daughter because they are arguing in the back about the Covid test as what Heather told me. I would not bring your kids here as they do not care about them. They just care about the paycheck.
