I been here for over a year now. Everything I wanted for my first apartment and more. Really nice neighbors, professional leasing office, maintenance is on point, and the location is good for any nature lovers. The staff makes you feel welcomed, and are very respectful. I worked with Sterling to sign my lease and he was patient and very informative. No complaints at all. This is the place to be.

I've been here for a year now, I really enjoy it, the La Vue team has been great to me, April is a life saver! Their team in general is very understanding & actually WORKS WITH YOU & for the most part everyone near me seems to mind their business! I would recommend moving here!

Craziest experience in my life. I'm actually starting a website dedicated to exposing great landlords and terrible landlords and I'm featuring la vue lake apartments and my experience. I'm updating pictures frequently as there are over 200 and website will be up wait until you see the actual videos of staff and conversations they had around the apartment about tenants!! All five stars and all one star reviews are definitely suspicious think about it!!

It was so hard finding a place that I felt comfortable. The help and friendliness of the staff at La Vue Lake Apartments made me feel right at home even before I signed my lease. I love the area short walk to the beach. So many amenities that make it hard to find a better deal and comfort.

This is my second apartment on my own and so far it has been peaceful. Marilyn work with me very well she was so kind and nice. She walk me through everything didnt sugarcoat anything explain everything I needed to know and told me about other things the apartments offer to help tenants. I’ve been here for a year now and I’m still loving my apartment.

ive been here going on two years now and i love these apartments. The neighborhood is safe . The staff is always pleasant to be around and always respectful especially Sterling and Kelly. Ive had minor issues but nothing that they couldnt fix . They come the same day for the most part if i have any issues in my apartment. If i wasnt moving out of state, i would renew my lease again for a third year.

I moved in June 1st & no complaints so far . Marlyn & staff have been very helpful with getting me settled , neighbors are kind & friendly , maintenance is always quick & easy . It’s quiet & peaceful . 5 stars ‼️

The staff makes you feel welcomed especially Ms. April and Mr. Sterling.I worked with Mr. Sterling to sign my lease and he was patient, understanding and very informative. I love how peaceful and safe it is.

This place is horrific. Buildings poorly maintained and very rude, unprofessional staff! All you people giving five star ratings were paid, promised something, relatives of staff or the staff themselves call you all are truly lying! This property may as well be a part of 63rd St. or the on the strip of State St. that the projects used to be on.

This place is affordable, clean and the staff is very reactive when you need assistance. It's in a quiet area, right next to the Indiana Dunes which can be easily seen and walked to from this location.

I want to share the fact that the leasing professionals located La Vue Lake Apartments, Sterling, April went over and beyond to brighten my day when thing weren't working in my favor, they done and amazing job making sure my needs were met while dealing with frustration and helping other at the same time. On site I watched them all work very well as team.
