Great, safe place to live. Great community and wonderful management staff. Everyone is so nice and welcoming. They love our dog, Lucy, and give her lots of pets and treats. They’re very professional, but still fun and personable. Whenever a new restaurant or community event is happening, they are very good at letting residents know about them via emails. Same with any sort of maintenance - they leave out physical letters, emails, and texts letting us know it is scheduled. The most recent example being about our parking garage being power washed - so much communication there was no way you couldn’t know about it. All in all, great place to live. Highly recommend.

The office staff (Lauren and Toni) worked hard to accommodate us and find us the apartment we needed over the course of an entire year. The Mill maintenance cleaned our apartment and quickly handled our work orders! The staff in general is very friendly and they work hard. A good look for Mishawaka as a whole.

One the best places I've ever lived in. Great, comfortable, clean and beautifully located near the river walk. Awesome amenities, safe community, friendly community, and excellent management. I didn't even tour the place before moving, I just relied on the website information which matched reality. Very sad to leave quickly for work reasons but I highly recommend this place! Absolutely Brilliant!

Had an awesome tour of The Mill. Toni gave us the tour for a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom apartment and was extremely helpful. The units are very clean and clearly taken care of well. The amenities offered are also extremely nice!

I absolutely love living here. The facility is gorgeous and there is always something going on in this area and always so lively. My apartment is gorgeous and I live making it my own. The management team is super friendly and they make a huge effort to get to know you and know your name. Best decision to move here for sure!

Hello, I lived at the mill for about 2 years. I enjoyed living here, for a 2 bedroom apartment expect to pay a minimum of $2500 monthly. They have a nice small gym, pool n dog park. My pup loved the park but the doors close at 10 pm. Weekends make sure you don't make any noise past 9 pm or you will get a noise complaint. After a few you will be given warnings or released from your lease. If you happen to lose your key it will be a $75 charge after 2 you will get kicked out. Out of the 2 years I was there, I hadn't received a noise complaint until I put in my 1 month notice. Dont expect your deposit back, thats just wishful thinking. Anyway, if you enjoy spending most of your money on rent and fees well then this is the place for you. Enjoy life at the mill! Best wishes ❤️

My girlfriend lived in this complex and I was listed with her on the lease. This place is an absolute nightmare. Incredibly rude staff (especially Brittany). The apartment itself is EXTREMELY noisy as the walls are paper thin. It feels like a college dorm rather than a rather expensive apartment complex that bills itself as high-end/luxury. We've warned many people away from this complex now that my girlfriend has moved out of Indiana.

I am a veteran and went on a tour. The pricing is ridiculous, you can find apartments around this area that are just as nice if not nicer with their own parking that you don't have to worry if you will be towed, and as a plus you won't have to pay for it. This place has a gated parking lot that they will try to make you pay for otherwise you are parking on city terms. They do not have a veteran discount. All they said they could do was waive the application fee and the security deposit which only equals out to 150 dollars. Like I said these apartments are way over priced and all they are trying to do is make you over pay for them and try to keep you there as long as they can so that when you resign another contract they will increase your rate. The last part sounds average but it's a guarantee that every time you resign your contract your rent will be increased. Be very aware and dont say I didn't warn you if you are thinking about living here lol good luck
