My darling wife asked if we could try something different this morning. She was looking for a place we hadn’t eaten at before and she came across reviews for Kristin’s. We arrived there today (11.14.2021) just before 9 AM and Josh promptly told us to sit anywhere we would like and he would be with us presently. We were handed menus almost immediately after seating ourselves and was asked if we wanted coffee. Josh told us of the day’s specials and said he would be back to take our order. He was back in less than 5 minutes and took our order. It took about 10-ish minutes for our food which is very impressive considering they were only a staff of 4 people! It’s a very cozy restaurant with a friendly atmosphere. It seems like they have faithful regulars as they called many by their first names. The food was delicious and more than reasonably priced. Portions were generous and the coffee kept on a-coming. This is what a “Mom and Pop” restaurant should be. If you want to experience old time America… deny yourself no further and come in, sit down and let Kristin, Josh and crew take good care of you. Highly recommend!

This place is amazing. Her biscuits and gravy are wonderful and you can tell that it's homemade and not bisquick and gravy from a can. The portions are enormous. My wife and I shared a skillet and their apple pie French toast special. 😋 Definitely going back!

First experience here. I ordered Texas toast French toast with strawberries, two eggs over easy . The little red head in a pair Daisy Dukes asked if I wanted hash browns too. Ok sure. My order came WITHOUT the French toast which was the special of the day. She returned behind the counter and the gentleman behind the counter came to apologize for mix up. He offered to have an order made but since we were in a hurry to get to a baseball game I declined. He did comp my meal which was good but I really wanted the French toast. It's a nice friendly place that if I visit here again I'll be sure to have my order repeated back to me.

Came in at 6:30 am. The cook was quite loud. I expected more from a restaurant, but this is a mom and pop restaurant. Prices are very high. The waitress was nice. She didn't check back and see how our food was. A man, whom I assume was the owner, gave everyone a refill on their coffee. That was nice. It was a decent experience.

What a FIND! This quaint tiny building has been around since at least the early 1960s as one business or another. The fact that it's still here is miracle enough, but what a perfect life it has now as a vibrant, eclectic, fun, eccentric, energetic breakfast diner. I understand Kristin’s has been around for about 11 years – why did I not go before today?! Josh and Kristin have created a welcoming and inclusive niche with great flavor and a buoyant atmosphere. Everybody there works hard, stays focused, and they make restaurant work look like the most fun job ever. Ever seen a perfectly timed circus or trapeze act? All the participants fall into place with precision – that’s what I saw today at Kristin’s. These people truly and authentically like their customers. And speaking of, the other customers are just as fun as Kristin’s crew! My ‘virgin’ time here felt like homecoming—meeting other customers and getting folded into the incredibly awesome “vibe” of this place. Last but not least, the food was GREAT too – cooked exactly as I like it and asked for. I can only now say I am looking forward to my next visit. TIP: If you want a local experience, and contribute to a locally owned business, do yourself a favor and go to see Kristin and Josh. You won’t be disappointed – unless you don’t have a sense of humor… : )

Small little Cafe, food is made fresh and when ordered, everything is homemade as well. Very good food and friendly atmosphere. The other thing I loved was nearly every breakfast plate has a half order option

I loved everything about this experience. Tiny, hole in the wall, mom and pop dining - the coffee was awesome and fast. We had an omelet and hash browns and pancakes. The omelet was so delicious with so much flavor, the hash browns were freshly made and so soft, and the pancakes were the most fluffy pancakes i've had in my life. The people were great too. This is definitely taking a lead over any place like IHOP or Trade winds. TRY THIS PLACE! WE WILL BE BACK! <3

Best breakfast I've had in a long time!! Place is larger than it appears! Give it a try, where all the locals go but as an out of towner I felt welcome!! Great coffee, real hashbrowns, not frozen!! I'll definitely be back when I'm in the area!!

We were traveling back to Denver from Ohio and found this gem thanks to Google maps. What a fantastic find. The food was amazing! We had the specials, pot roast hash and bacon stuffed french toast. Talk about WOW! Super friendly staff and customers, as well.
