The service I get from Frankie is a 90 minute deep tissue massage. He is extremely knowledgeable in how the muscles interact and really knows how to release knots in my body. He really takes the time to explain what’s going on and provides tips and suggestions as well as ways to prevent injuries with ongoing care. He is very reasonably priced in comparison to other places I have looked at in the area. I am an athlete and lift quite often and I think it could be very beneficial for people who are looking to add to their self care. I would highly recommend him!

I have been going to Cassatone for the past 5 months and I can truly say I am more relaxed & experiencing less pain and stress. I came to Frankie because I work outside and everything from my neck, lower back, burning shoulders and me stressing! was really doing a number on me. After a few questions Frankie immediately recognized that the way I was sitting in my truck and the way I was carrying heavy equipment was contributing to my pain. I was putting way to much pressure on certain parts of my body. In my sessions Frankie stretches my body and was able to put my hip back in place. He then massages my entire body and then concentrates on my problem areas. Frankie has also given me exercises/stretches I can do at home to better my posture. I must be honest, he is by far the best massage therapist i have had. He also has an awesome personality and he makes you feel comfortable and relaxed. I go once a month and it has really been a blessing to my body & mind. Thank you Frankie! Your hands are a gift.

The best massage therapist I have ever been to. I have severe scoliosis and had pain for years due to my curve. Frank was extremely knowledgeable in scoliosis. He educated me as he massaged and stretched out areas that have been out or alignment for years. After just one session I felt amazing. I have been back to him many times since and I am like a new person. I won’t go to anyone else he has been an angel when it comes to healing my back pain. He is professional, immaculate, calming and very educated in his craft.

Regina truly worked wonders on my neck and back that get heavily knotted from sitting at a computer during the day and then serving at night. Her expert touch and skillful technique were just what I needed to relieve the knots and tension that had built up. I left feeling completely rejuvenated and relaxed. Regina's professionalism and attentiveness made the experience even more enjoyable. She’s also a ton of fun. I highly recommend her services for anyone in need of some self care and laugher. I typically don't go for massages but I had hurt my neck and could barely turn it. I made an appt with Regina and she was very sensitive to my apprehensiveness. She set a very calming environment and explained what she was doing and why. Regina was extremely knowledgeable and very friendly. After the first session I was able to move my neck better. I continued to go until my neck was completely back to normal. She was a miracle worker!!! The amount of pain I had been in and after an hour of Regina working on it was amazing!! I highly recommend anyone to make an appt with her....she is top notch!!

It was a wonderful experience for me from my initial greeting to the end of my massage. Frankie was so kind and friendly. He gave a very thoughtful massage, asking if the touch was the right amount of pressure, making sure I was comfortable throughout, and kept me informed through each stage of the massage. I've been dealing with lower back and neck pain due to bulging discs in L4 / L5 and herniated discs in my neck. I'm glad I took the leap and booked with Cassatone. Wil is an intuitive massage therapist. I didn't have to tell him where my pain was. He worked my hips with some stretches and applied the right amount of pressure to my lower back and neck. I feel so much better. I highly recommend this business. Very professional, clean, and welcoming. This was my first experience with massage, and it was everything I was hoping for and more. I was scouring the internet to find a pt/massage therapist to help me with my hip pain/tightness. I sit all day as a graduate student and clinician - then switch to intense activity as an MMA practitioner. Frankie was insightful, effective, and attentive regarding my issue. He's very knowledgeable and consistent with pressure. I like deep pressure. He was able to tell me why my lower back was hurting.
