Allied Dental has been my Dentist for over 12 years between Piscataway and Old Bridge. I went today for my normal 6 month cleaning and hygiene. It took Keisha only 12 minutes, Through these 12 minutes, she was chitchatting with another nurse. Chat on your break miss! Your patient doesn’t wanna hear conversations, this is so ridiculous. What happened today never happened. Debbie is the manager of these two locations. She does a great job. I did not see her today. I don’t know if she still there or not. You know what? She runs a tight ship, anyway. We were taught to be honest at what we do and to do it to the best of our ability. I hope Miss Keisha apologizes for the job she did today.

Although the dentist and dental assistant were extremely helpful with info when we visited for my mother, the front desk has had no phone etiquette, never announce themselves when answering calls, nor have they followed up with what they stated they would follow up with, since our visit. Since we can't get past the front desk to make it to the dentist, we will have to take our business elsewhere, especially for my mom. No thank you!

Easily the WORST dentist office I’ve ever visited. I took a half day off from work to go to my 3pm appointment and wasn’t seen until after 4:30pm. They were supposed to fill cavities on the top and bottom of my jaw and only did half of the work claiming that they could only do the top that day and that I would have to come back. (I wasn’t made aware of this until the end of my appointment, also meeting that’ll have to take another day off of work). They also never cleaned my teeth in either of the two initial appointments that I had (the first being when they scanned my teeth, and the second being when they filled in my top teeth.). I will never go back there, it was an awful experience, and the office staff are really unprofessional.

Beware of these scammers. The first time I went in, the dentist she told me I had 10 cavities and I would have to pay $5000 to remove them. I was sceptical so I went and saw another dentist and he confirmed I had zero cavities. Don’t believe everything the dentist says, they will try get more money from you if they can.

Poor experienced Went there for a root canal. Broke a piece of file inside my tooth. Store manager Salima promised to take care of it if I go to their specialist and cover the charges and I won’t receive any bill. Ended up fractured my tooth and had to get it extracted. I am receiving bills from multiple visits. When leaving a message with no call back with any regrets it resolves the issue. When visiting the office manager never available the desk not providing any information to contact. No names, contact number or email address, not even managers last name. I had a terrible experience and I lost my tooth. I will not recommend anyone go there and experience the same.

I would love to be contacted by the owner of this office. My forms were never processed through insurance for a root canal. A call back and a message and no return call. Three weeks later and weeks of pain and agony. To finally call back as a new patient and to hear them say it was not processed. Now i am forced to pay out of pocket elsewhere to an office who does not take my insurance because I can not wait in pain any longer. Very unprofessional. I see loads of complaints. I an lm going to file a formal complaint. The owner does not care about his patients.

Let me start by saying I am terrified of the dentist or any dentist office, my nerves just get to me. However I had a great experience here. My x-rays and cleaning was a bit uncomfortable but nothing major. Now my second appointment was for my cavities and filling. Dr.Raut is amazinggggg!!!! I was so scared but he calmed me down. He gave me nitro upon my request which helped so much and I didn’t feel a thing from start to finish as he worked on my three cavities. Dr. Raut was super gentle and quick. My experience with this office was very pleasant!!!

The receptionist give the first impressions a business has to set the tone of the initial experience with an establishment. I gave my insurance information in advance like it’s done at any dental or medical office just to be told at my appointment I couldn’t be seen due to them not having all the info they needed from the insurance company. I wasn’t bothered by the fact that they didn’t have all the info but more so by the lack of communication prior to me leaving work early for nothing. Their information forms were smudged, poorly copied and very difficult to read. The upside was the reception whose name I don’t know was very pleasant and welcoming. Please do better Piscataway dental.

I've been dealing with this place for yrs for my children along with myself. They can NEVER keep permanent staff there. Ever. It's always new ppl new staff whenever I go. But the best part was just two days ago I made an appointment with them urgently. I was there on time for my appointment and they actually had me sitting there waiting in the office for over an hr! Only NOT to be seen at all due to me addressing the front desk and walking out. The receptionist said she noticed after I brought it to her attention. Ppl were coming in after me and actually getting treated. So after she went to the back she tells me I have to wait for another person to go!! I had it, understatement!! And the icing on the cake, A man, a complete stranger chased me out of the office into the parking lot making a scene pointing at me and my car. I've never ever seen this man before. But I told him I've waited long enough and I'll just find another dentist. Enough is ENOUGH!!!! WILL NEVER GO BACK EVER AGAIN!!!!

My dentist I found there was great. Staff always friendly, quick and efficient. They gave me my smile back and they take most insurances.

I’m giving 3 stars because of the friendly medical staff (dentists, hygienist, x ray tech). However front desk staff is so rude. While waiting with my mom to pay one of the receptionists was just walking around trying to seem busy. While waiting me and my mom were having a conversation in Spanish because it’s our main language, and when the other receptionist came, they were talking to each other and muttered something under her breath about us talking in Spanish!!! I was so hurt to hear something so wrong at such a young age. Very disappointed.

It’s OK. They’re always running late. They charge a 3% fee to use a credit card. Reception staff is slow and playing on their phones. Took me almost as long to check out and pay my bill as get a filling. The actual dental staff are nice once you actually end up in a room. Oh and their bathroom has had no hand soap the last two times I’ve been! Pretty gross for a medical practice.

They always call at the last minute to change the appointment time, and when that time is reached they end up attending the initial time that the appointment was, they have no consideration for people's time
