I recently visited Taco Bell and had a great experience! This place mostly operates with Order over touchscreen kiosk. I particularly enjoyed the Crunchwrap Supreme, which had the perfect combination of crispy tortilla, savory meat, and fresh toppings. The restaurant was clean and well-maintained, with plenty of seating available. I also appreciated the fast service and reasonable prices. Overall, I highly recommend Taco Bell for a quick and satisfying meal.

I placed my order on the app roughly around 9:05pm. I was inside waiting around 9:20-9:25pm. Still nothing, and I see there's a few cars in the drive threw, so I waited. 9:35 I ask if my foods almost done yet, and my app told me it would be done 9:12pm. They couldn't give a straight answer, then a woman comes in, orders at the tablet, waits 10 min an gets her food an leaves. I have yet to get anything from my order. 9:50pm an im asking for a refund so I can just leave an take 5min at wendys, but she told me it have to be online so I wait for the food. Not only did I get my food at 10:04pm but not all my stuff was in the bag, an to top it off your employee started giving me attitude because I was annoyed that I've waited almost an hour. So she started getting loud with me telling me off an what not. Do not waste your time with this location at all, you could grow your veggies, slaughter your protein and hand make your tortillas quicker than this place can make your order. An I just completely opened my food an they literally crushed my taco pizza an made a half burrito.... this place is so sad.

It is like eating depression. Epic sadness. I wanna cry. My co-works are not eating tonight. They cheap out on the edges and the sauce is less on some pieces. It is not corporate, it is this specific Taco Bell. Other Taco Bell’s are better. Sadly it is not worth the drive to the other one. I will keep an eye out and change the review if due necessary. The burritos are a bit small, but I think that is corporate. Not individual Taco Bell’s. Edited: Couple of months later, they did it again. I ordered extra beans and the put almost no beans in one Mexican pizza. 5/29/22 Made a order on mobile. 7:45pm. Went to taco bell drive thru (waited 45minutes), they told me my order does not exist. They told me to come inside. Doors locked at 8:30. I slip in after someone leaves at 8:45pm. They try telling me to leave and to go through drive thur. I tell them about my mobile order. They cant find it. I reordered my food on app. They told me my order did not exist after 20 minutes. Another 5 minute later they told me I double ordered and if I wanted both or one. I told them i wanted one. Waited another hour. It is 9:45pm. I just want to leave, but i am committed to taco bell. I get my food, i go home. everything is wrong. I wanted fresco, (filled with sour cream, beef & cheese) ate around the beef. Epic Sadness. Spend 2 hours at taco bell with no line for 10 items.

Somewhat slow sometimes, but it's taco bell. As long as they don't screw up your order, they are doing fine the location is a but annoying as it's right off a busy highway so getting into and out of the parking lot can be difficult, but other than that, it's fine.

Good location, haven't had any issues ordering on the app. They are slow at times so definitely order much earlier than you would at other locations. Also prices are hiking up, most tacos over $2 and the speciality ones hitting almost $5. Might be fast food but it's not cheap anymore. The inside is nice and modern. Good ambience to eat inside. Haven't tried the drive thru so can't comment on that.

This was the most depressing crunch wrap of my life. Literally a teaspoon of beef in here. Messed up.

Now that's more like it. I'm giving this particular Taco Bell five stars because it far outshines all the other Taco Bells I've tried in this area. There's something very different about food that is prepared by people who are enjoying their job and like the food versus food prepared by people who are just going through the motions and do not care. I think one can taste the difference. Nice job, Somerville Taco Bell.

Pretty mid compared to other taco bells. Had a bunch of teens running around and I was worried they'd crash into and hurt me in some way. Tacos stuck to the wrapper and the bottoms peeled off when I opened them. Shells didn't have the same crunch as other locations and the texture was a little off compared to other locations. Tacos were filled appropriately, which was a good thing. Other locations seem to put in significantly less meat than is normal.

Green Brook&Somerville locations in NJ TRIED to overcharge me for a guac dip that's SUPPOSE to come with a 2pk chicken taco rolls!! Customers are supposed to have a CHOICE of dip (they) want!! A 2pk comes with 1 dip of your choice and a 4pk comes with 2 dips of your choice!! Order was not what I expected.. nacho fries were broken up (not fulfilling) and sauce cups were not full and taco rolls were Dried-out and super hard!! Then, had the nerve to ask to round up my total to the nearest dollar to Donate!! Taco Bell is out of their (bleeping) minds! #Buyers Beware!!

Are you kidding me $8.99 for eating a hard shell and tortilla shell? There’s barely anything maybe 6 pieces of diced tomatoes maybe if I’m lucky 10 pieces of shredded lettuce and not even a taco amount of meat. WTH!!! Tried calling this place 6 times and not one answer! This place is a joke! Had to tell the lady 6 times just to try and get my order through the drive thru.
