Definitely getting 1 star! and just called cooperate tired of them always having everything "lock" in the kiosks like come on half of the people who go to wawa is for the food through the kiosks.. its been 2 months now... every time i go around 8 to 9p.m they have all the food locked and only have specific stuff.. most of the time i only want a milkshake or smoothie with a Quisadilla i can't get any.. so i go earlier during the day thinking that it's locked because of lack of staff.. nope same problem ive gone around 12p or 330 the peek times when it should be busier or have food.. and nope locked like always.. this wawa needs new management ASAP its unfortunate because quick chek down the street dont make food the same as wawa... soo wawa get yout act together or you will have plenty more cooperate calls

I'm from Virginia, Alexandria to be exact. We had one an hour away in Woodbridge. Grew up on subway. Subs here are awesome, very tasty and they always fill them up!

Terrible customer service. Lady at the register during the morning shift is extremely rude!! I watched her give a huge handful of straws to the 2 ladies in front of me, but when I asked for one straw for the chocolate milk I bought, she gave me a very nasty look. I will NEVER step foot in this store ever again! I’m so done spending my money here, just to get treated like trash….

In regards to the Wawa gas station, I was pleasantly surprised by the kind welcome of the gentleman who pumped around 11am on May 9th. He was a gray bearded fellow who greeting us with a "Happy Monday" and a smile. It's little things like this that show that there are people out there who aren't completely scorned by the customer service industry and put a little TLC and kindness into their job. This man deserves recognition.

It’s 10pm..there are a ton of customers waiting to get gas and half of the pumps of blocked off. Fire these stupid employees. Unacceptable.

This place is straight disgusting! Even the coin dispenser where you get change had trash in it. The coffee station was grimy and sticky. Next to nothing available on the menu and the person working the food station was very deliberate and diligent in moving slowly apparently trying to do as little as possible. God forbid anybody actually work for their paycheck. WaWa has clearly gone from having a fair amount of well-equipped and well-stocked stores to having a bunch of substandard, dirty stores with lazy people staffing them.

Poor customer service. Cashier was friendly to the guy in front of me but seemed annoyed when I asked for a bag for my items. Wawa used to have great service, not anymore.

The food is decent. But they always close the ice cream machine at or about 11pm. This has happened several times now. This is a prime time for people who want a late night desert. A store open 24 hours could find a better time to clean their equipment.

This location here is a hot mess. There's some really cool staff and mostly not so cool staff. So I just stopped to get some gas and the gas attendant just clicked out on me for saying thank you to him. I'm not sure what's going on these days with people. But I guess saying thank you is offensive.

For 2 days in a row I was working in the area and stopped in for a quick breakfast sandwich— first day I chose a pre- made sandwich and it tasted like it was made last week—Today I figured I’d try a “fresh made “ sandwich (a panini) the bread was extremely stale and the sandwich was ICE COLD!! —I was only working a few miles from the store so by any type of reason it should have still been hot when I ate it———-NEVER AGAIN!!!!!

I counted 5 employees they turned off all of the ordering machines because thru were “understaffed” I was able to order right before the couple behind me that just wanted a soup…very lazy & unprofessional especially since they want to jsut stand around because y have to use the self checkout no one works in abt area in there. & bathroom is disgusting.

Love stopping into Wawa. Free air for the tires. Prompt gas service where they return your credit card right away. Clean bathrooms and overall friendly service. Rarely disappointed. Had a turkey sandwich and it tasted great. Definitely better than QuickChek when it comes to speed and overall taste. Sandwich was full of meat and veggies, not to mention my order was correct.

The bathrooms were absolutely disgusting. Toilet paper, poop stains, urine all over the toilets. I had to go somewhere else and I really had to go to the bathroom.

How did this place get rated so low? They had decent food better than the ones near Carteret and were quick when I went in. It's still Wawa but it was a decent one.

Slowest Wawa female employee with Afro and female employee with arm tattoo that looks like a diamond did absolutely nothing and walked away from me when I came Up to the counter

I stop this morning at Wawa to grab gas and a snack in between caring for my patients. I was greeted at the register by general store manager. Tim is what his name tag said. He was very kind and generous. May God bless you Tim!

Not a religiously friendly company what so ever. Expect to walk out unclean due to ignorance of staff and HR practices.

Just had an awesome experience with the manager Anthony. The options for the new bubble drinks hadn't loaded. He fixed it quickly among juggling other tasks. He checked up on us several times and then prepared them himself. I couldn't be more pleased with HIS service. He is very valuable to this company and should be recognized. Clean your women’s room. No sinks worked and there was no hand sanitizer in the place. That means nobody working there including cooks wash their hands. That’s nasty

I love this wawa. Coffee is always hot and fresh, they are always stacked with the hot snacks-to-go, and they keep everything spotless. The people are also so friendly. I also love that it is 24/7 because it comes in handy when I am studying for exams at Rutgers University.

Absolutely worst experience at any wawa, I am a big wawa fan but this Branch with some super rude , Unprofessional customer service , terrible attitude I have know how wawa management keeping it this way ...

Why are gas attendants allowed to chat on cell phones while on duty? I stopped here to purchase gas. Gas attendent was chatting on cell phone. I had to wait for him to come back to remove gas spout and pay him....what's the deal WAWA MANAGEMENT ?

Great staff who are very helpful. The store has a variety of food, both hot and cold as well as drinks. The gas is always reasonably priced.

Forgot the sugar at first but the lady was nice about adding some lol

With 40+ spots, not a single parking spot available. Went to supermarket did all my shopping, came back and still no place to park. I'm usually in & out of convenience stores in 2 minutes, don't know what's going on here - either their service is incredibly slow or people are parking there all day. I won't be back to find out.

First late night shift in a while where I could order drinks. Was really nice. Hoagie was fast and team was polite. More management like this please.
