Nice hotel for the money. Easily accessible from the parkway. Ample parking. I had a two-double bed suit. The front parlor has a mini fridge, microwave wet bar, TV and sofa-bed. The bathroom is a little dated but good water pressure and clean. Pool was on the smaller size. They have a full bar and you can order appetizers. Nice lounge areas to mingle. Great buffet breakfast which takes sanitary and health precautions into account. Jennifer who assisted us at the main desk was awesome. I used the App to check-in and it was great. I was able to select my room and use my phone as my room key. One of the downfalls of the App they do not tell you that you need to visit the front desk to get passes to utilize some of the amenities of the hotel. This is a family friendly hotel.

The breakfast was delicious! Loved the omelets! The main foyer area was beautiful (bravo to the architect). If you have to spend a few days here you would enjoy sitting by the fountain or taking a leisurely walk along the pond. Our room was clean and spacious, but we did have to change it upon arrival due to a small leak in the bathroom. The staff was pleasant and friendly, and a special thank-you to Heraldo who was very kind and helped us with our room change. Overall it was a very enjoyable experience and I highly recommend this hotel.

Summary: I loved this hotel. Although yes, it is in the middle of nowhere, but it provided a nice stop for 3 nights (and a good hotel to traveling to NYC to avoid the high costs). Coming from Canada and apart of a tour, the tour guide gave all of us the tickets and I was impressed with how the hotel's staff handled and did everything so fast. The hotel provides free breakfast everyday beginning at 6 AM. The food was alright, but at least you have something to fill you up. If you don't prefer the food, you can just try a banana, yogurt, or coffee. Their omelets are also pretty good. Room-wise, their rooms are very nice! For the price, I expected a small room, but there was actually a living room included, which was cool, and also 2 TVs and 3 sinks. Sleeping was very comfortable unlike most hotels I've been to, and it was very clean. The shower had 5+ modes. Their lobby was the best hotel lobby I've ever seen. Not only it's cozy, there's so much life with the addition of tropical plants and with a big open space. Overall, I would stay here again. Cheap hotel but it's heavily underrated.

Used to be an extremely upmarket hotel present in this area that has changed to be just it's shadow of its past. Must be a post COVID scenario with the traffic to the area having reduced. But the hotel's staying alive with the strength of its commuted employees. Each one of them committed to keeping the customer satisfied and happy. Whether be it at the reception or the breakfast table or service team offline . They serve hot breakfast that is decently elaborate and the coffee's good too

I love this hotel - it’s very unique and beautiful inside. The breakfast and nightly social hour are great. The gym is a little small but it has the basic essentials - also, it’s located on the 2nd floor. I only stay here when traveling in this area. The hotel is conveniently near 287 and Rutgers.

We have stayed at 2 other Embassy Suites in the general area and this is the best. Why? Well, you can always quibble about little things, but the two things they get right are staff friendliness and the awesome breakfast. The made-to-order omelettes and pancakes are as good as any restaurant. Even the scrambled eggs in the buffet are fluffy, fresh and great. Stay here if a good breakfast matters to you. Actually a great breakfast!

Very good location to places in New Jersey. Spacious rooms. We took one room, three adults. Were given two queen beds which were very good. Well maintained rooms, lobby and the reception area. The lady at the front desk was very courteous and professional, making our check in experience great. As we checked in late, we were given complementary bear / coffee / tea. The complementary breakfast was quite good. A good option to choose & order for egg omelettes too - which was lovely (and, we would have liked more if the person preparing those items there was a little more courteous.... or at the least, a little smile on the face). Most beautiful was the hotel interior, with a artistically covered indoor area. Just wonderful!

Overall I enjoyed my stay. The interior of the hotel is beautiful and I liked the layout of the room. I had issue with my refrigerator not working and the remote needing new batteries. Realized this pretty late at night, so that caused some disruption. I also think the shower needs a fan. There was a little mold on the bathroom ceiling because of the lack ventilation and low ceiling. Breakfast was just OK. Made to order is a good idea, but they only had one person doing it and they were noticeably overwhelmed.

My wife and I stayed at the Embassy Suites in PiscatawaySomerset for one night. Our overall experience from the time that we arrived until the time we left was a PERFECT 10! Could not have asked for a better experience! Everything was fantastic! Check in - front desk concierge was great! Cleanliness of the room was impeccable! The public hot tub and pool was relaxing and on the money! The complimentary breakfast was extremely diversified and the entire staff were top notch! Etc. , Etc. Thank you!

We attended a business seminar here. The reception hosts were pleasant, the room was spacious and had all the necessities and comfortable beds. The breakfast bar located in the atrium was definitely a huge bonus for the price and had a lot of choices. Great job maintaining it!

Room was cozy. View inside was nice, overlooking the dining area and decor reminds me of Florida. Made to order breakfast is very tasty and memorable. Hotel had a altercation the night we stayed by another party, but hotel management was able to get police to take the parties off the premises. Parking was a bit congested because of a wedding party, so had to wait for it to clear so we could leave the next morning. Otherwise, a good stay.

A pretty descent hotel. It has a large open courtyard which is pretty nice. Their breakfast offers varieties of items including a freshly made omelette the way you like it. Room is large but a bit outdated. Overall I had a great stay

Let’s begin with the highlights: Guillermo at the make to order station is the best! Front desk were very nice and helpful. Breakfast was nice and pleasant. Complimentary drinks were a surprise and a plus. Not so good: Pool was dirty, you could see the water was blurry and had dust and dirty things floating on the top. The AC/ Heat in the bedroom was so loud that every time it kicked in it would wake us all up. ( just listen to the video). I did not sleep at all. Overall I gave 4 stars because the rest was good, and the people working at the hotel were very nice and respectful.

Overall pretty good hotel to stay night or two. But it’s rather old and renovation didn’t help a lot. The biggest downside that we had in the room, is very cold bathroom, seems like vent was straight from outside of the building. And even high on thermostat didn’t solve this problem. OK included breakfast. But biggest disappointment was about the room being old and cold bathroom.

The best thing in my opinion about this hotel is the breakfast. Great selection. And the lady that made my omelet was friendly and made a great omelet. The room was old and need updating. Big and spacious. Bed comfortable. Tub needed to clean better. We requested them to come and clean it better, someone came but it remained the same and we were to tired that night we returned from outing to call back. Front desk excellent customer service skills.

The suite rooms are pretty big with an adjoining living room with sofa/couch and a work desk. The lobby area is quite impressive with lots of open space. While we did not have the breakfast because of other commitments, we did notice that it was being freshly prepared and looked impressive. We would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.

September 2023 5* Stayed for 3 nights at the place on business visit. This property is similar to any other Embassy Suites property. However the staff and service make the difference. The staff is amazing g at this place and are always helpful. Rooms are spacious and has separate living room. Beds are also comfortable. I had some noise issue with air conditioning but did not bother me too much. You will love the breakfast at this place as there are plenty of options. Also the omelette and pancakes corner is really good. There is bar and restaurant in the lobby so you can enjoy your evening drink at the place. The only problem is the location as it is away from city centre (New Brunswick)

Pros: Convenient rooms, good looking, good pool Cons: 1. The same breakfast all 3 days. And why no vegetables?? 2. One dryer didn't work, the second also didn't dry

My first time staying at an Embassy Suites, and now first selection is an Embassy Suites. Apart from the location a bit of a distance to a restaurant or shopping center, this hotel was terrific and very good service from the moment we checked in, to checking out. Front desk staff were great. Stayed at the Embassy Suites from July 23 to July 28, 2023. The rooms were very clean, the rooms were very spacious. Service was great, staff was extremely accomodating. The interior was very impressive, and they offered a terrific breakfast both buffet and a la carte. The chef made terrific omelets and pancakes or eggs any style. The staff did go the extra mile to assist you with anything. The bartender was very nice and personable and a nice host. Made for a nice summer break

I really love their complimentary breakfast especially on the weekends. They have a chef who makes delicious omelettes and pancakes. This location has free parking too unlike other embassy suites location which you need to pay parking per day. Two thumbs up!

I stayed at this hotel for 5 days and 5 nights. First, my check-out date was shown 4 days after the actual check-out date. I was charged and billed extra. Even worse was this that my jewelry box with quite a lot of 22 K gold jewelry in it has been stolen while we were in the hotel. I reported it to the hotel receptionist, who promised a call back from the manager. The manager tried calling me back once, but I missed the call. Then, the manager merely responded with an email saying they found nothing. It was a pathetic experience. The hotel manager took almost 3-4 days to respond since I reported the theft. I have reported the theft to the area police and the investigation is on now. I will never recommend this hotel to anyone due to the theft experience and lack of ownership from the management about the missing jewelry, which was worth a lot.

This hotel is ok. Not the worst Hilton I've stayed at, not the best. Pros: -Great, hospitable staff -Excellent complimentary breakfast with a wide selection -An atrium style lobby. This felt a bit more open and safe as the room doors face the atrium. -On site restaurant -Spacious suites for longer stays Cons: Really the only con is that it's definitely older and feels a little run down. Both times I've stayed, my rooms have smelled pretty musty. The second time was much worse. My coworkers experienced the same. However the reasonable price really offsets the con ☺️

stayed here for a quick overnight with the family. easy to get to off the highway, hidden away from the road but you'll find it. was greeted very warmly by the excellent front desk staff. they were very kind and attentive, answering questions and explaining the hotel features. didn't catch their names but the service was superb!! it seems like a typical Embassy Suites - in that there is a large open courtyard with glass at the top - allowing natural sunlight and making it feel airy. hotel does seem outdated with the furniture and layout. they had a complimentary manager's reception --- one free drink at the bar and some light snacks (like a bean salad and fruits/veg/cheeses). it was nice to see that. Room was outdated but very spacious enough for us. Comfy and had what we needed. you can tell it's old - with wood chipping on the doors and furniture and worn marks. breakfast was outstanding - there were 2 fresh made-to-order omelet stations, breads, pastries, meats, juice/tea/coffee, cereal, oats, etc --- you shouldn't leave hungry!! this was an excellent value for us with the kids. would stay here again if i was in the area and needed a place.

The beds weren’t that comfortable and only had a fitted sheet. It’s not kid friendly. They didn’t have any cribs as I was told they would and I even requested it. The air filtration system is terrible. We came feeling fine left with headaches , coughing and sneezing. The air vent in the bedroom barely blows. The breakfast was subpar. They could have done better.

We checked in Friday for 2 nights. On Saturday a man came by saying Indiantown have 2 nights and I had to leave. I told hime my husband booked 2 nights He said I'm just housekeeping. The desk then called my phone amd said we only had 1 night and she would be charging me 25 dollars for not checking out on time and call security. Mind you I'm here for a family reunion but husband wasn't there. To avoid any further confrontation I packed all our stuff, ahe said she was giving me 30 minutes. As I was crying sitting down stairs I booked another room and a car she says oh he has a room but a different room type. I informed her to tell my husband tell him what you told me and I was kicked out the room like a dog. Totally embarrassed unnecessary stress, my husband no where to be found. I dealt with it best I knew how. Mind you I asked and begged for a 2md night I was told no I must leave.

We stayed at Embassy this past weekend due to attending a family member's funeral nearby. It was the first time we'd stayed at an Embassy. The open style of the corridors and common areas of the hotel along with the interior waterfall, pond, and real shrubbery/trees were breathtaking. The complimentary breakfast was phenomenal- with several hot and cold food and beverage stations as well as chefs to prepare pancakes and made to order omelets. The suite had one room with 2 double beds(one of which was right up against the outside wall and window- making it poorly accessible and cold and the other right under the heating/cooling vent- making it hot and difficult to breathe). The suite also had a separate living room with it's own door, pullout sofa, microwave, and mini fridge (which was handy to store water, food for the drive, and medications- however difficult to regulate for temperature). The same was true for regulating the heat and air conditioning between the two rooms. The hotel was also a bit difficult to find and get into when taking the exit and had no gas stations nearby that we could locate or front desk staff could direct us to. We did utilize the hotel pool and whirlpool- which were both warm and clean though a bit small.

Clean hotel and friendly staff. I have been staying at this hotel every Tuesday night now for about 3 months, I always get a good night sleep here. Breakfast is attended very well...

truly an enjoyable experience. The hotel staff went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and convenient. They were incredibly friendly and accommodating, allowing us to partake in our scheduled activities smoothly. One of the highlights of the Embassy Suites is its excellent location near numerous local attractions. This made it incredibly convenient for our school trip, as we had easy access to explore the nearby sights and landmarks. Also, the breakfast was quite good for hotel food. I mixed cheerios and yogurt: a first for me. The unique layout of the hotel also added to the positive experience. All rooms were visible from the bottom floor, which created a sense of unity and ensured that our group could easily stay connected. It was reassuring for the teachers and chaperones to have a clear view of all the rooms, enhancing the overall safety and supervision during our trip. Furthermore, the amenities provided by the Embassy Suites were top-notch. The comfortable rooms provided a much-needed rest after our busy days of rehearsals and performances. The hotel's facilities were well-maintained and offered everything we needed, from a spacious lobby to a delicious breakfast buffet that energized us for the day ahead. Overall, our stay at the Embassy Suites exceeded our expectations. The welcoming staff, convenient location, and well-designed layout made it an ideal choice for our school trip. We highly recommend it to other groups looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay while exploring the local attractions.

This is a much dated hotel that they have made some upgrades to. The lobby area is really nice. The breakfast 🥞 s your usual Embassy standard which is always well put together. The rooms have some older components like small bathrooms, closets, old irons. If you have better options stay at those. This one gets an OK from me due to the rooms.

The Embassy Suites in Piscataway has definitely seen better days. The lobby and restaurant area are fine, but the rooms need work. Our room smelled like a combination of mold, cigarettes and marijuana. The curtains were torn, badly stained and broken. They wouldn’t slide close for privacy. The couch and dining chairs were broken. My daughter sat on the couch and almost fell through to the floor. The shower had hair all over bottom. The shower curtain was dirty. There were crumbs on the carpet throughout the entire room. My only comfort was that I had Lysol wipes in my car. I went and got them and cleaned my own room.

The lobby is beautiful. You do not feel like you are in NJ. The room was was as described and nice. Upon arriving there was a dirty plate and fork left on the counter in the room. The bed was comfortable. The fridge wasn't small which was helpful. All staff interactions were very pleasant. Plenty of options at breakfast. Plenty of parking and close to the highway.

I love the jungle theme in the main area. I wish our room wasn't the accessible room 3 doors from the front desk with the door opening up right into the main area so anyone sitting there could look into our room. Not a big deal just didn't like it as a really private person. The breakfast set up was awesome but if you are meat, dairy, gluten free, your options are slim. I had to forget about dairy free creamer for coffee, but I had a veggie omelet that was delicious and my family (meat and dairy eaters) were happy. The room was lovely besides the accessibility shower which was more off putting than anything else. It might have just been the only room left and I didn't ask for a different room so I don't think they did anything wrong...it was just not ideal.

Very disappointed. I frequently stay at Hiltons because they are dog friendly, have never had an issue. We were asked to leave the dining area because of my 2 small dogs, who were quietly sitting next to my seat. We specifically chose seats in a separate dining area away from any food or the main dining area. We were asked to leave. When I asked where we could go and eat our breakfast, they just shrugged and said you cant be here. The hotel was also outdated, ceiling tiling missing in lobby, children running the halls and elevators unattended. Would not stay here again. Fortunately the other Hilton Brands have been more positive experiences

This was a lovely hotel to stay at when attending a nearby event over the holiday weekend! They had a great breakfast, included with the stay, as well as an evening reception of sorts with snacks, all included. The rooms all opened up to a central courtyard with a little stream, etc. and skylights. Staff was especially kind. One staffperson that I did catch the name of was "Jen" or "Jennifer" at the front desk, who was exceptionally helpful, as well as the gentleman who served hot food at breakfast.

  • 5/5 WVBS L. 1 year ago on Google
Great management and professional service; during the conference when things seemed a bit chaotic, there was a demonstration of great teamwork. "Jennifer" became a notable presence addressing concerns for me and my Mother and was exemplary and professional during our stay. Wonderful hotel and enjoyable stay!
