Very clean store. Wide variety. Tons of options! Sushi looked fresh and beautiful! Subs were awesome. From the bakery to the fruit to the dairy and all of the stuff in between, you can find anything here! Very friendly customer service. Large parking lot. Very thoughtful disinfecting process during Covid.

I go to publix for cleanliness and customer service. I just encountered bad customer service from a team member at the Deli. Her name is Amanda. I stood in lane for at least 7 to 8 minutes, she did not acknowledge my presence, she served a new customer instead of me. I wanted food from both side, the hot and the cold. Even the customer to whom she served told her to served me, and refused. I left the food and went to talk to the front service manager. He was very professional and he resolved the issue. Please retrain this bad attitude lady so she can treat everyone the same. Thank you very much.

Excelent ice cream. We were impressed last night. We arrived here in FL a month ago and were nervous in buying ice cream currently as we are waiting for a new refrigerator and unable to store it properly. We ate the whole container and loved it. We get our new fridge tomorrow and plan on stocking plenty of it at the end of the week. Thanks Publix.

Their mission of being customer service oriented is severely lacking at this Publix store. The deli runs very behind for simple orders placed online. The staff don't know where common items are located in their own store. The cashiers no longer ask if customers have found everything they're looking for - and with good reason - they know customers have not found what they're looking for at this Publix store. I find myself shopping less and less with Publix, and more and more with their competitors.

Had the worst racist experience ever from this store! I was checking out my groceries and the cashier said "Hurry up whitey"! And continued to say "are all you crackers this slow". I was in shock. The bagger looked stunned when she said this. The cashier name tag said Paula. I asked for management and all they did was apologize and will address this issue. No one ever she be treated this way and what this cashier did to me is way out of line. I will never go back to this store.

The deli is struggling I waited over an hour for them to make my sub that I had ordered previously online stood there for 20 minutes in the store nobody tried to help me. If I didn't get in line to have my sub made I would have easily waited another hour. They have plenty of employees but only one guy making all the Subs managers walking around waiting customers didn't even look at me. On my way up to the register I see two employees sitting down having a casual conversation and then up by the self-checkout there's a guy just standing there doing nothing sure wish I could get paid to do nothing

Wish we had Publix stores up north. Clean and easy to find things. The hot and fresh food is delicious. The fried chicken is better than most fried chicken chains.

Clean well stocked store. Great staff! Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We ordered a sandwich platter and a birthday cake for a birthday party. Sandwich platter was amazing as always and the cake was unbelievable! Their cake decorator did an phenomenal job with cake. It was a fruit cake and they did not skimp! Made a substitution of fruit and they were happy to oblige. This is my 2nd time ordering catering from Publix and won't be the last. Being from the northeast I'm sad we don't have the chain up here. It's my go to whenever I'm in Florida.

Best Products & Service at the Cortez Rd West Store. Tanner is an awesome Manager. Makes sure store is clean and well organized. I just love Publix all together.

Asked if had a certain flavor of ice cream. Stocker in frozen foods refused to look inback and instead referred me to another cooler which didn't have the flavor either. Then when got to checkout digital coupons did not work for their items. Won't bother with that again. Store was clean and orderly.

Such a clean store, shelved are stocked to the fullest. They did my sons 1st birthday cake and smash cake and they were BEAUTIFUL. We are from Baltimore, and honestly you guys living here should be so grateful because this is 100000000% paradise compared to where we are from. Love it here.

This is an older Publix. There is a hip young crowd a lot of hot moms shopping there. Not to mention the beautiful young ladies. The staff is tired and jaded they don't give a s*** anymore. The store looks old and cold. But if you need to get cash to buy some stuff for anything, ta-da.

Everybody said I gotta eat at Publix so I did, best sub I’d had in a long time. It was an Italian and knocked my socks off! The store was great too, very well organized and the employees were friendly.

They're bakery has free cookies for children. Enough said as is. However, you won't find better or more courteous customer service than this store. They always offer great deals and great products. If you haven't heard, they have the best fresh made subs in town!

Publix is a great chain if you don’t mind paying a little more for groceries to have a friendly welcoming atmosphere and a clean supermarket that offers in-house bakery services a deli and hot fare. The store is usually not over crowded the isles are wide enough for people to shop comfortably everything is organized well my only complaint is the prices seem to be only slightly higher than Walmart or Aldi but in my opinion well worth it due to the atmosphere and services available and the general friendliness and helpfulness of the staff. I ordered a cupcake cake for my daughters birthday and plan to do the same for my other children the order process was easy and I made last minute changes but the staff was great and accommodated my requests with a friendly attitude.

I was in this store the other night shopping. Went to the self check out. Swiped my card and it would not accept it. I tried three times and it would not work. I was getting frustrated and about leave everything and walk out. I look over and see what I assume was a manager of the store. He stood there watching me making me very uncomfortable and finally after my card did not go threw the third time he comes up to me ask me what the problem was. He said"well we can take your transaction to another register and see if it works that way if not I don't know what to tell you" I felt very uncomfortable. We tried the card at a regular register still did not go threw. This employee made me feel very embarrassed. And he said well I don't know what to tell you. Very unprofessional. I said well I guess I can'tget these items. He said well ok.. no problem. Made me feel very uncomfortable and embarrassed.

Publix is one of the best grocery store chains ever. I prefer Publix over Walmart.👌❤️

Bakery department is a complete JOKE! No one there can listen and understand basic instructions. They can’t even package up 6 donuts correctly . When asking for a manager KEVIN claims he is the manager which he is not after I contacted corporate they said he’s not a manager and he is BEYOND disgusting and very uncustomer service oriented. He is a complete joke and needs to retire since he’s pushing 70.

Love this store mostly. The guys behind the hot food counter are awesome. The ladies at the sandwich station could be a bit nicer sometimes. Usually has everything in stock, and cashier's are super nice. Overall great location.

11-18-22 Bruce at the deli was awful, he took forever, and wiped his nose on everything including his glove then he touched the food with his glove. Then the lady after was just as bad, she was in an awful mood and walked off when we gave her our order. Gino was awesome! He was energetic and happy and took our order perfectly not in a bad mood at all. Terri the cashier was also really good, she was energetic and happy.

I wish I had the names of the managers that helped turn a not so pleasant experience into top notch customer service! It was a taller male manager who helped me and he was just so kind and went above expectations to fix a small issue. I believe it was also another female manager at the customer service desk that helped me as well and they were both just great!! Thank you for turning my bad night around! This is why Publix is the best

Publix is ALWAYS clean, neat and the staff are SO HELPFUL and very kind. When I come south from Pennsylvania, my home state, I love shopping Publix regularly. Kudos to those running this business!

Some items are pricey but you always find what your looking for and more. Awesome deli and prepared food choices. Associates are always friendly and helpful. Really appreciate how great and clean the store is on top of having great Associates helping us customers shopping at this location.

Went to deli after placing order for 3:15 p.m. pick up (for a wrap and full turkey sub) orders were basic waited an hour till my subs were complete, they had the slowest person making subs. They offered it for free but I refused, management had to be paged 3 times before they showed up. I had my kids with me and the staff member making the food said I didnt need to be upset because they were busy and he could not help the time, even though 4 people had their sandwiches made in front of me after I'd been waiting. Emotions run hot once I'm told not to be upset this publix did not correct its mistake and will continue its undermining customer. It's the most unpleasant experience I've ever had at a publix. I will shop at others for now on.

I love this Publix. Largest store in the area, with more inventory and larger staff. It gets very busy during tourist season. I especially love the produce section. They have items that I can't seem to find anywhere else.

This location doesn't have a salad bar but typically the fruits and vegetables displayed are always fresh. I go for the salmon burgers. The staff is pretty friendly and they keep the store clean.

The produce here has always gone bad. Lettuce and other greens are wilted. Avocados, red onions, and tomatoes are moldy. Plus, they sold me an already expired bag of chips. For how many months had it been sitting on the shelf, unrotated? Honestly, this Publix is shockingly uncared for and disappointing compared to other grocery stores and supermarkets I have shopped at. The cashier and bagging customer service is great, though. It is the management and superiors who apparently need to resolve certain issues.

Great bakery always has the best birthday cakes I order from them every year 2-3 ×a year for my children/families birthday's!! I always add my own decor on them though this won is my hero academia Rocky Road cake lol my daughters favorite ice cream is rocky road so I tried the cake she loved it!!

Careful you can lose track of time in this beauty. It definitely one of the biggest Publix stores around town. The service is top of the line! The deli gets a little busy at lunch and dinner. I would say you should take advantage of ordering online to avoid any congestion. Otherwise like always Publix is a winner 🏆🥇

Been to too many Publix supermarkets, from Keywest to Tampa. All have their own distinctive features and personalities but for some reason my Publix at Bradenton Cortez Road is unique. From Customer Serv selling Fla Lottery tickets, the Nicest pharmacist besides couple techs, meat dept to the delicatessen preparing their subs with enthusiasm, Thanks Publix for your great experience for an average typical customer with more than 30 years in management in sales unknown to you but like to rate your service secretly and proudly can say you are doing a GREAT Job.

Really nice big Publix. Isles are wide and plenty of room in the store to not feel crowded like in smaller Publix I have been in. Always easy to find things and also they have more beach options for the last min tourists shoppers.

I have both worked and shopped here. It was an awesome experience. The store manager as of writing Joe Galati is such a nice guy and has my respect. He will bend over backwards to help people. The bakery manager Guerrimo is also a fantastic person who I had the pleasure of working for. The people who work here are very pleasant and hard working. It Is an amazing place.

I love shopping for Some Instacart here AND shopping for myself here. The staff is awesome and management is attentive and care about the customers. This Publix is weathering the supply chain issues better than many of the other stores in the area and I give them a lot of credit.
