to
publix
for
cleanliness
and
customer
service.
I
just
encountered
bad
customer
service
from
a
team
member
at
the
Deli.
Her
name
is
Amanda.
I
stood
in
lane
for
at
least
7
to
8
minutes,
she
did
not
acknowledge
my
presence,
she
served
a
new
customer
instead
of
me.
I
wanted
food
from
both
side,
the
hot
and
the
cold.
Even
the
customer
to
whom
she
served
told
her
to
served
me,
and
refused.
I
left
the
food
and
went
to
talk
to
the
front
service
manager.
He
was
very
professional
and
he
resolved
the
issue.
Please
retrain
this
bad
attitude
lady
so
she
can
treat
everyone
the
same.
