At least I think this KFC branch is the best in Brisbane. I don't know why, but this branch is so good compared to other KFC branches. I probably ate chicken at 10 different places. But they are all disappointing and this place is always satisfactory. Strongly recommend.

They were busy. Understandable. Newbie making food. I'll wait. All good. But people who ordered after me got burgers before I did and I thought that being cooked fresh I would have hot food. Wrong. Customer service from Erin was fantastic though.

If there is a zero I wont hesitate.. told 15-20 minutes wait on chicken and took 40 min after going back and forth.. ordered Chips, also cold or else I wud have to wait 20 min later to order.. not coming here again

Taking off a star because my Christmas in July feast was missing the popcorn chicken. Felt like opening up a Christmas present to find out the gift was a pair of socks. Taking another two stars. Thought I'd give it another go, get the fam a feast and chuck in some popcorn chicken... What wasn't in the bag, you guessed it, the popcorn chicken. You ask, but why didn't you check the damn bag?! Unfortunately I wasn't the one who picked up the order, didn't realise til it was home. Learn from my mistake people, check your bag!! In the words of agent fox mulder, trust no 1.

Chicken tastes like wood. Chips were fine. Never had a sad bit of chicken like this at KFC.

Had an excellent experience at this KFC. I accidentally put through the wrong location on my mobile order. A man named “Ben” (I believe he was a manger) was very understanding and great customer service skills. (Also gave us a free chips just for the inconvenience of us accidentally putting through the wrong location) Thank you Ben for being a absolute weapon!

I had the pleasure of being served by Erin, her customer service was impeccable. The food was delicious. She should be promoted to CEO she was that good.

Cannot get it right! This store is in desperate need of a new store manager. After months of not getting KFC because every single time, without fail, they will get at least one thing wrong, today I decided to get KFC. True to form at ol Kedron KFC, yet again, they have managed to stuff up my order of a zinger bacon and cheese burger by drowning it in the gross supercharged sauce. Last time I wrote to complain they missed my chips (out of 4 items they missed one), all I received back was a "sorry" and no refund, despite reminding them it's illegal to not refund me. They ignored that.... So either expect to pay for food you don't get, or pay to have your order stuffed up. Either way, it's all bad. Not going back here ever again! They're just so unbelievably incompetent here. HJs across the road always get it right. It's really not that hard....

My order was woefully inadequate, namely the Zinger Twister, it was seemingly slapped together as if it were done by a child. Furthermore would not effectively recommend to others…

While they didn’t have the wings for my zinger box as it was late at night and they were about to close, Daniel was very accommodating and offered other alternatives. He was very friendly and time efficient:) Good work KFC Kedron!

Never thought id give 5 stars to KFC but feel like this worker needs some recognition,we came in late Alex behind the counter made it work for us worked both windows, great workmanship!

They're actually always good customer service, food is as good as you can expect KFC to be, chips are awesome. The only pain involved is out in the carpark, which is an absolute mess and the drive thru queue curls out onto the road. Accident waiting to happen.

Waited for them to take my order for five minutes; finally just ordered online while in the store. They then took the order of the person behind me, and they received their food before me. Spent half an hour in here
