Thank you to the professional and friendly team member Matt who made sure I knew exactly how to take care of my ankle so it healed quickly after I injured it. He clearly genuinely cares and knows his stuff. After assessing the injury and providing clear instructions on how to take care of it, he was also able to provide effective and easy exercises to strengthen and help prevent injury in the future. Would highly recommend!

Thank you Debbie. Now I can put my socks on and sit in the car and lean forward pain free. Tasks that I came to terms with being painful from now on. I'm not going to allow my body to get in that state again. I'll be back.

If I could give 6 stars I would! I’ve seen Matt Batch a few times now for my back pain and I couldn’t recommend him more highly. So helpful with navigating my back pain and giving me on the spot relief and manageable exercises that I can squeeze in to my busy lifestyle. I have struggled with back pain for a few years and since I started coming to Physioworks about a month ago, my pain has significantly reduced. Always very thorough and attentive too! Thanks Clayfield PhysioWorks

I was able to get to see Shane on very short notice right before Christmas - and he helped a lot! As well as being very competent, reassuring and friendly - he also gave terrific service, helping to entertain my toddler and baby and even put the pram back in the car for me, so I wouldn't further strain an injury. Recommend very highly.

I had my first appointment with Matthew today for physio on my back. He was excellent & easy to talk to. He showed me how to do exercises at home to help ease the pain also. I felt really comfortable talking to him. Also the Receptionist was very helpful too.

Great practice, been seeing John for a shoulder injury all year and have always been well informed about the entire process. My surgery recovery has been no nonsense easy to follow instructions and all the staff are extra friendly.

Recently visited PhysioWorks to buy a pregnancy support belt. Unfortunately I wasn't able to get a treatment due to work commitments prior to Christmas but Shane took the time to ensure it fitted well and I was comfortable with it. He was very friendly and professional. Would definitely be coming back.

Nice staff and fixed the basic issue but $215 for 30 minutes is not something I can justify when there are many other physio locally who are more reasonably priced. I would expect a maximum $120-$150 for initial consultation and this to last 45 mins. I was done and paid in 33 mins flat, half of that was with a heat pack on. Great business for them if people are happy to pay that. Good luck, I can’t return unless I get a second mortgage! Wish this could be a 5 star ⭐️
