The Acai is so good, this is not a complaint about the product itself. They are just so stingy with the serve. We previous discussed this with the area manager so to avoid having to write a bad review. For a medium serve it’s $17 and about an inch short from the top of the cup. When we told our server he said he was instructed by the manager and area manager to not fill the cup. For the money people pay you expect a proper serve. It’s such a shame because other than that it’s the best Açai. They just don’t listen to customers feedback. Generosity will guarantee customer loyalty. It used to be so much better but as they get busier they seem to be cutting corners to make more money. This is a review for West End, Southbank and Surfers Paradise stores. Happens At all of them. Edit - I have come back to give Oakberry one star instead of 3. This is because they are still under-filling the cup. The staff said that despite the negative feedback that management have told them to under fill it. So basically - they know but they don’t care. Very disappointed.

I love that there is a dedicated açai place like this and that they offer such a large selection of fresh ingredient to curate your own açai. Unfortunately, the tall cup as a serving receptacle is such a poor choice as it completely spoils the experience having to dig deep into the cup. A simple change to using a more shallow bowl would make all the difference so that every spoonful would have the perfect ratio of ingredients. We had to dig into our cup to get every mouthful and the ratio of the flavours was always wrong. Before long, it was all a terrible mess of melted flavours with no distinctive taste and texture.

It’s good option for a fresh and healthy snack though a bit overpriced. The service was not welcoming and unfriendly but prompt.

💖🫐as a lover of açai bowls and all things fruity, i have heard about @oakberryau many times in the past and when they touched down in South Bank, i decided it was time to finally try them out!🥰unfortunately… i was quite disappointed… keep reading to find out why🥹 we got✨🍽: ✨💜samba smoothie ($13 small size): this was pretty nice!~ a little pricey for a smoothie in my opinion but açai is a pricey fruit so i understand~ pretty okay smoothie!🥰 🫐🍓the works ($16): they provide you with three choices of cup sizes, i got their medium size~ then out of their list of fruits, granola and nuts & seeds, you get to select UNLIMITED toppings of whatever you desire!~ now i was super impressed by this and how much they offer~ but… the açai base was WAY too sweet…🥲🥲🥲and not a fruity kind of sweet which i would know and would have liked… it was a sugary artificial sweet…🥲🥲🥲to say i was disappointed is a understatement considering how hyped they are and how popular they are… though i enjoyed the toppings and how fresh they were, the açai is the main part of it and yeah… not it. conclusion, i personally was super disappointed and don’t recommend @oakberryau there’s better açai places out there in my opinion *cough cough* like super nearby their Southbank store🤧i won’t be coming back again unfortunately… as much as i love their topping selection and how it’s unlimited, if you can’t get the açai base right, nothing much is gonna save you🥲

Was served by the loveliest girls today (3/6/23), the one's name was Jasmyn but I didn't catch the other. So professional and courteous (and patient with me as I had no idea what to get or how it all worked), and their great attitudes complimented the already nice Acai smoothie. A customer service experience like no other!

Great customer service today and the açai was brilliant! Very happy staff. The till stopped working for me initially but the girl behind the desk quickly sorted it out and got my order in. She was very apologetic for any inconvenience. Will be returning!😄

No, not here. 1. Way toooooo sweet açaí 2. She is not kind, she doesn’t smile.. when I ordered some ingredients for the açaí bawl, I felt i was wrong. 🙄 3. overpriced for quality..

The best Acai in Brisbane. Great service, they are friendly, the music is good, they always give different options to try something new, I love that. The gentleman serving was very polite. The location is amazing next to the swimming beach. Highly recommend it.
