I am so glad I found this place! It is clean, modern and air conditioned. Sam was so friendly to deal with and so helpful! Thank you! They really went above and beyond with my needs and always answered my questions. Nothing asked was too much for them and they would do it with a smile on their face. Great storage facility! 10/10! Would leave my things here again!

Pretty dark and moist underground storage. My stuff got damaged during the floods so they're not properly equipped for the area they built their store in. I used to pay annually but despite them telling me they would notify me when my next payment is due, they just waited three months and then charged me late fees claiming they couldn't contact me even though they sent me messages about unrelated things in the meantime. Apparently also added over-locks to keep me from my property. Very rude on the phone and in emails and generally unpleasant to deal with. Switched to monthly payments and can't wait to get my stuff out of there.

Well-organised, spotlessly clean, easily and efficiently accessed, great monthly rates on a variety of differently sized storage units, this place is everything anyone needs for offside storage, whether you're an individual or small business. And really great, personal customer service too. There's someone on-site 6 days out of 7. I'm into my 3rd year of using these guys and it's hard to imagine moving on. Highly recommended.

Clean, tidy and good access. Generous office hours but out of office hours access to your storage shed still possible. Occasionally vehicle access to the under cover parking is congested.
