Stored my small wine collection here for over 10 years after the Sept11 floods saw it go underwater at a different facility. Can't count the number of times I lost/forgot my keys and had to have the friendly staff cut off another lock. (After fully verifying my identity and getting written permission) In all that time I don't recall any interruptions to the storage facility or the managed environment keeping my wine in top condition. Plenty of different locker sizes to choose from and always enough space to organise things. I'd definitely recommend Storage Choice Albion for anyone wanted to store their wine collections.

The team at Albion are helpful, patient & go above and beyond. Always there to answer my call or email. In the time I had my belongings in storage I needed to downgrade to a smaller size no problem. Lost keys no problems they were there to help. Needed to change my access code no problem. Needed a new padlock no problem. I found the facilities were always kept clean. Always trolleys there at the ready. Overall I cannot fault these guys. Well done team really an A class effort by all involved.

Quick response to online enquiry on a Sunday with better options than competition. Ease of sign up and process for access and moving boxes in and out. Very secure. Helpful man on desk. Payment reminders helpful.

The place smells like it is full of rats. All my things I had in storage look like they have been sprayed with a chemical or something and everything was covered with a black substance (smog?) as it was all over my hands after handling my things. Also some of my canvas and leather things looked like they had mould growing on them. So there must be a moisture problem there as well as a rat problem. The loading ramp door was also broken which was also really, really annoying & inconvenient.
