Tried Urban Nails for the first time ever yesterday and had such an incredible experience. I’ve been to over 20 nail salons in the past and this is probably my favourite by far. The ladies are so kind and welcoming. I had my nails done by Amy and she was so gentle. I’m always worried that I will get my fingers hurt but she didn’t hurt me one bit and I walked out with the exact colour, shape and length that I was envisioning. I cannot wait to keep returning to Urban Nails. See you around Christmas time ladies xx

Booked an appointment for two of us, and were seated together. As always, the service was amazing! Colour and shape was exactly how I like it. This really is one of Brisbane’s best hidden gems. It feels more like a beautiful salon than a rushed nail bar. Staff are friendly and welcoming and the workmanship is 5 star. Thanks Ginette and Dan, we will most definitely be back!

The team at Urban nails are amazing; best nail salon I've ever been to. Ginette and Dan are welcoming and service is always fast with great nail technicians on staff and pricing competitive. Lovely setting, super clean, everything new and spotless. Can recommend the paraffin wax treatment for the pedicure! Love these guys and their service. Highly recommend!

These guys are the best. Wonderful technicians and wonderful environment. I broke one of my nails at home a couple of days after getting my refills done - and the team re-did my whole set for free! They are amazing. Also, best re-fills i've ever had - can last 3-4 weeks at times!!!!

Beautiful people, comfy clean fittings, fantastic job done on my fingers and toes! Got gel done and its lasted for ages without chips, quality and new nail polish, its not old and refilled like some places do. I highly recommend this place and want to thank every one of you kind people :)

Relaxing and best pedicure at decent prices topped with friendly owners! Massage chairs are awesome! They also offer deluxe services too but they do not impose it on you. Thanks Ginette and crew 🥳 I'll be seeing you again!
