BE AWARE!!!! The store attempted to charge me an extra 10 percent on top of my Petrol. The staff member had the correct Petrol pump number too, because he clearly stated it to me as he processed my bill. He only adjusted it when I told him I’d go out and take a photo of the price on the Petrol pump to prove he’d incorrectly billed me. GST is already included in Petrol prices and I hadn’t bought anything else. I contacted the ACCC about this due to not receiving a legit explanation or apology from the company.

The all you can possibly need 7-11 store, right here in Ashgrove. They got your economical e10, classic special unleaded, super supreme, the Aussie diesel- and AutoGas but who knows what that really is. They got your fill up gas canisters, ice and the all new 7-11 Parcel Mate! Not exactly sure how it works yet, but I’m sure it’s great. Looks very neat. And of course your slurped machines and the discounted chocolate rack for people to quickly grab on the way to the counter. Would recommend!

I usually stop in here on the way to and from work every day. Staff are exceptionally friendly and polite, they never seem to be closed, store is spotless and well stocked, really convenient when supermarkets are closed. Well-stocked coffee station with two very fast machines. Don't know what I'd do without these guys.

Seriously todays customer attendant has no proper way of talking.

This 7/11 is always very clean and tidy- the employees are very friendly. The manager deserves credit for employing the great people that work there. I enjoy calling in, even if it's just to grab a coffee while driving past.

Absolutely no POS material to advertise that you now have the pay by app option at this store

The shop assistant working tonight was amazing. Gave me the best service and deserves a large raise for his superb and honest service. An absolutely amazing guy. Would rate 20/5 if possible.

The people who work at this 7 11 are very nice, practice patience and they keep the place very clean. I come here for necessities and they are always very nice to me.
