We ordered tonight through Uber Eats. The food was disgusting. Burger was burnt, patty half the size of the bun, a few pieces of lettuce, what I assume was cheese. No cabbage. All the food was cold and looked like it was reheated instead of freshly cooked. 2 enchiladas, nachos, burger and chips came to $117. The only thing that was eaten was the Nachos. Never ordering from here again.

Hi there , a couple of days i go i dined in here. It was good at first then after eating for a little bit an older man from the staff (appears to be indian wearing all black ) would not stop disturbing me while i tried to eat . I didn’t like this and neither did my wife . thanks

To whom this may concern, You gave me the wrong burrito, I ordered a steak and bacon, and you gave me a cheeseburger burrito. I usually don’t get annoyed when getting food but this experience was terrible. I ordered a large, which I didn’t get. I’m okay with that, but the fact that I still got charged for a large is annoying. On top of that, you gave me the wrong burrito. Terrible customer service, whoever served me was not trying to be helpful or considerate at all and it just makes me feel less valued as a customer, especially as I am a regular to the store. I’m sorry to write this but in the hope this review will help the restaurant owners to improve their offering. Burritos had cold rice, not much filling- the filling was mostly capsicum, few beans and then small amount of chosen protein, but mostly rice. For a $20 burrito this doesn’t encourage return customers. Tables and chairs dirty. No atmosphere, loud rnb music. Bright white lighting. Not sure what the restaurant is trying to achieve, I don’t like putting bad reviews but I feel that with the way it is run, unfortunately will not be returning as GYG has a better quality offering.

Not happy with this place.. it seems as soon as a place is taken over by foreigners the food quality drops to 'just edible'. The burrito fillings are not up to Burrito Bar standards. They are ripping off the customers.

Ordered slow cooked shredded beef enchilada. Paid extra for the slow cook beef. It tasted like sausage, something you'd rip off the bar-bie at Bunnings. Opened it up to check the ingredients, the "beef" mostly. Looked and tasted like sliced sausage. Maybe real beef, but not slow cooked shredded beef like I know for many decades, and many restaurants, here and elsewhere. The mex fries pass the grade but are equivalent to a small pack of fries at any major fast food outlet, but twice the cost. Paid extra to ensure the fries were actually "lavished" in sauce.... Good move Fresh. Low quality considering being over priced ....

Ordered 1 burrito, 1 large beef and I regular nachos…small serves not many chips and the vege was packed with onion and very little beans or tomatoes. Chips were also soggy .. Not great!😕

The food is always good but please if we ask for spicy sauce can you put spicy sauce on, its happened several times now and we have mentioned it but seems to keep happening , I would have put 5 stars otherwise!

Ordered online takeaway x2 nachos. Paid for large but at $16 the serving is small and not worth it. Paid for extra meat but they did not add (and not discovered till I got home). Ordered at 10PM when not busy so how could they get the order wrong. Unfortunately not the first time order was wrong and issues with quality. We stopped going pre-covid. I was hoping with the new renovations things would improve but sadly no.

I've gone in several times to this restaurant at late nights. Because on Google shows that the restaurant close at 11 PM but recently they have been closing earlier, please change it if you have different available hours for the restaurant.

Absolute trash food. I was so looking forward to Mexican food, and I was rewarded with complete slop on a tortilla. I don't understand how it could be so bad given passable Mexican food is so easy to make. Oh well... It's good inspiration to cook at home.

I came in Saturday for lunch with my son. We hadn’t been to burrito bar before. The food was great and girl serving us was so friendly and very helpful. We’ll be back.

Worst burritos I’ve experienced, no meat at all. Clumps of hard rice, over cooked chips and jalapeño chips. Was gross. Only ate one burrito the rest are going in bin. Should not be accepting Uber orders at 11pm.

Came in on Thursday for a tasty dinner which was a reasonable price and I didn’t have to wait long. Lucy who served me was super friendly and had great customer service skills. Will be back !

Unfortunately our order was forgotten about, so had to put it in again, then came out wrong. Drinks order was also forgotten about and had to follow up. Ultimately ended up just cancelling one of the drinks. Restuarant was untidy and windows needed cleaning. Sadly won’t be returning.

We decided to come here for dinner on a Sunday, I can honestly say it's probably the worst Mexican food I've had. It was tasteless, and expensive (my partner ordered a large and it was tiny), the chips was tiny as well. I can make better mexican food at home! Would not come back to this place, really disappointed.

very beautiful Mexican food. I love the warm decoration of the restaurant. The menu has a lot of variety of Mexican food. Also great location on one of my favourite place in Brisbane. Car parking available on the back.

We wanted a burrito menu called La Comida, which includes a burrito and a drink for 10$. The guy working there decided to charge me 14$ just because he understood I don't wanted the deal, which obviously makes no sense at all. I told him and he decided not only not to give me the 4$ back but to literally laugh of me in my face. The food is ok,but the customer service has become worst and worst until becoming disrespectful.

Ordered on Uber eats. A large chilli beef nachos and and large Mexican fries. The fries were very cold and looked nothing like the photo. The "large" nachos was really small. There was very little meat at all. We ordered extra guac and extra sour cream.. there wasn't much guac, no more than you'd expect on the normal order, but there was way too much sour cream. We ordered extra, sure, but not a whole tub... Plus the nachos was cold. Really cold. The delivery didn't take very long, so it wasn't just that. Very, VERY disappointed.

Burritos were average tasting & man who served us was unenthusiastic, like he didn’t want to be there. It wasn’t busy when we went.

Bloody amazing ribs!! Shared between two with seasoned chips divine. Everything was fresh and cooked to perfection. Also for a different flavour text Mexican coke is delicious.

I've usually had great experiences at other locations. This was not so, it was like a completely different place. Burrito looked completely different, hastily thrown together and extremely stingy on the fillings. Look I want to support local businesses during these difficult times but I'm also not going to spend my hard earned money on trash, especially when so much choice is available to me. Don't bother with this location.

Really poor tasty food. Very very small portions. Completely different to other Burrito bars. Either they running out of food or purposely cutting the meal sizes. Ordered 2x beef naked burrito and hardly any beef or may be few table spoons worth of beef. Come on guys have some passion with what you do. Will never order again!

NACHOS !! Big on quality and quantity. It doesn’t leave you to fall, but it sure does leave you happy.

Burrito and fries were okay. Went at midday on Monday - guy working at front was super rude, felt like I was inconveniencing him by ordering.

nice open space and atmosphere. you can get the food from here delivered too. the burritos are alright, they just need a little more flavour. I wish they included guacamole if you get the vegetarian option too. fries are yum with the chipotle mayo.
