There are lots of shops here. Need to pay $5 entrance for each adult. We were there around 6pm, there were still plenty of table to choose. Still need to queue to order food, but not for too long. It’s getting really busy around 7pm. There were at least 3 stages/bands in different area. We had Hungarian pizza and bugs. They were beautiful and fresh. I’ll say this is a must go when visiting Brisbane! 👍🏼👌 By the way, we took the ferry from South bank to Northshore, it only cost us $2 something. It’s roughly an hour trip, the scenes from the ferry were amazing! Great job Brisbane!

It is a good place to hang out with friends/family and pet friendly too! They have variety of food/snacks/dessert to choose from. There is a live band which is a great way to enjoy and chill. Though you need to pay $5 for the entrance. My friends and I had a great time exploring Brisbane ❤

Wow,what can I say. It cost $5 to enter this place.I recommend going early,so you can get a park and then a seat when you get in there. The place get prettier as it gets darker. There is every different food that you can think of.There is also a licensed bar ,a fun arcade for the kids or big kids,a big stage where bands play. There is 3 places that you can hire for private functions right on the Brisbane River.( 21st, any birthdays, hens nights or just a group of people that want to sit together. You have to ring and book)It was really heavy rain when we were there but there was plenty of seats undercover. There are teller machines if you are needing cash.

Highly recommend this place. Plenty of food varieties and they all taste delicious. You’ve also got live music to enjoy with your loved one. We arrived quite early so not sure whether it will be packed later or not. But the whole experience was pretty awesome.

The place where I had my first meal of my trip to Australia. I liked the comfortable and lively atmosphere. It was nice to see you enjoying the weekend. It seems to be a good place to spend time comfortably with various foods, restaurants, well-organized shops, and rivers in the background. A good place to come with any family, couple, or friends! Have a good time!!!

A sensory overload but fun although a little too crowded to enjoy fully and it was difficult to find a table to eat at. On a quieter night it would be great. The entry fee was a surprise but the trip down river to get there made it a great experience.

Eat Street North Shore is a pretty cool place to visit with a wide variety of food options. My favorite ones were definitely the Octopus grills and the macadamia nuts - they were delicious! Also, don't miss out on the fluffy Japanese pancake, it's a must-try. While the prices might be a bit high, it's understandable considering the overall cost of things these days. We had a great time trying out different foods, and while some were impressive, others were just average. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

A fantastic place to visit if you happen to be close by in Brisbane. The atmosphere is perfectly brought to life through the various shops and live music playing. There is almost no spot at Eat Street where there isn't a talented artist performing. My highlight was for sure the delicious Japanese fluffy pancake, a must try! Would definitely recommend this place for all travellers.

Why not stop by EAT STREET, North-shore in Brisbane. Great vibe, live music and entertainment. Pet Friendly, an awesome place to socialise with family and friends. A great selection of food outlets available. Plenty of seating space. Parking is available for all. An absolutely beautiful night.

Loved the food and the vibe. Definitely all the foodies were here. It rained the day I went but was still an amazing experience. Also, cleaners were on hand to clear tables right away which was great.

Eat Street Northshore is a culinary playground that ignites the senses and surpasses expectations. This vibrant foodie haven offers an unparalleled experience of diverse flavors and entertainment. The array of international cuisines, from tantalizing street food to gourmet delights, caters to every palate. The lively atmosphere, set against the backdrop of the Brisbane River, creates an electric energy. Strolling through the bustling market stalls feels like embarking on a global culinary journey. The creativity in food presentation and the sheer variety are commendable. Live music and performances add an extra layer of enjoyment, enhancing the overall festive ambiance. Families, friends, and solo adventurers alike can revel in the lively spirit that permeates Eat Street. The friendly vendors and passionate chefs contribute to the welcoming atmosphere, making it an ideal destination for food enthusiasts. Navigating the vast selection may pose a delightful challenge, but the culinary discoveries are worth it. While the popularity ensures a bustling crowd, the efficient organization and ample seating create a comfortable experience. Eat Street Northshore is not just a food market; it's a celebration of global cuisine, culture, and community, making it a must-visit destination for those seeking a unique and flavorful experience in Brisbane.

Awesome place with many options for food & also serves alcohol. Live performers that make an awesome atmosphere. Geed Up Band performed the night we visited and wow! We had an epic night. Worth the visit if you’re in Brisbane for a few days. Entry was $6 pp as @ July 2023.

This is a fantastic concept that still surprises me. Can't believe there is nothing like this in Sydney. I love the logical grouping of food, the multiple points of entertainment - even the bathrooms are pretty good compared to the number of people "flooding" the area (boom tish! I'm here all week, try the veal!). Parking is free, family entry discount, tonne of seating. Small dining areas that you can book for your own gatherings away from crowds - I mean, it's great! If I was to try and balance this with a comment from the negative... Well, it's on the river, not that you would know it. Yup, that's it. But if I don't put a negative I'll get a comment from some Karen about how unrealistic my review was :)

What an absolutely amazing place! There is so much to experience and enjoy in this little world of delight! The foods are not cheap eats but they are an excellent explosion of flavour and will make your mouth and tummy happy. Lots of entertainment and photo opportunities all throughout and there are some cool little unique stores to buy some trinkets and flashing toys. Must be experienced at least once in your lifetime!

It’s a good vibe. Nice outlook, good bands. Food choices are good, quality is a bit hit and miss. Prices have doubled in the last year or two. $6.00 for a satay chicken skewer. $22.00 for loaded fries as some examples. For a couple of drinks dinner and dessert, you won’t get change from $80.00pp.

Such a good place to visit- pretty much every decent cuisine here. There’s always a big crowd and it’s usually difficult to find a seat so either go early or late. Parking is free and it’s $6 entry per person. Some places don’t take cash

Fantastic location for a family night out. Heaps of places to eat & drink, even dessert places have numerous options. Lots of performers & styles of music playing. Food alley ways to explore. Even some trinket & game stands. Just about every cuisine is catered for. You couldn't try all the food options in one night, multiple visits would be required. A small $5 fee is payable at the gate. As expected food & drink can be a bit pricier than other street food & junk food options, I feel it's a small price to pay to be able to enjoy the atmosphere here. I would visit again.

This market was formally good. Entry price was $2.50 and now $5 for no added value. Last night over a third of food vendors were closed and the place was pretty dead. We had the Greek wrap and the lamb was dry and tough. Would not recommend.

Absolutely love it here. The entertainment on the main stage is always great. The food options are fantastic. The entry fee is a little steep, at $5 per person but I think the entertainment probably makes it worth it.

First time there and absolutely loved it. Huge choice of dishes, although having an allergic reaction to certain foods my choices were very limited. The free entertainment was good but loud when your trying to talk. Will visit again for sure. Only open Friday Saturday and Sunday nights.

The best night market I've been to, with plenty of food and entertainment options. Very crowded and cheery atmosphere, and can be enjoyed with both young and old, with friends or families. We caught the performance by Worst Show Ever and it was hilariously fun. If taking the public transport, do take the ferry instead of the bus since the ferry station is just a few mins walk from the market.

Wow, wow, wow.... we had such a great time. So many food vendors offering foods from around the world. Something for everyone to try. Different areas of entertainment on offer to keep everyone happy. Kombi Alley is a must for spectacular desserts to blow your mind. Great family and pet friendly place to enjoy casual dining and drinks. A must while in Brisbane.

This was an interesting experience. We got there by City Cat and wandered back to the site which was very easy and enjoyable. The place was busy at around 5pm but not too crowded that it was uncomfortable. Plenty of food choices to expand your waistline on and we saw four different music groups which were all very different and very good.

So good we cannot wait to go back! We had heard about Eat Street before arriving in Australia... we’re foodies so of course we had researched the best places. We were not disappointed! We visited on a Sunday and it was busy, but still enjoyable. The selection of food vendors was just out of this world — or should I say from every corner of the world! We tried to have as much as possible but surprisingly you got a lot of food for your money, usually I wouldn’t complain about this but unless there are more than two of you it means you’re either wasting food or too full to try even more. This is part of the reason we can’t wait to go back - to try more! There is plenty parking outside and there’s also a cash machine inside should you forget cash for the entry fee. The security staff were good to let us in to get cash out. Plenty water points around the area and it’s also dog friendly too so this was another bonus. To top it all off there was some outstanding live music around the place - the main stage had a great selection and the stage nearer the main gates also had some fantastic people. Highly recommended — hopefully my photos say it all!

Prepare your taste buds, folks, because Eat Street Northshore in Brisbane is a culinary wonderland that's out of this world. This food hawker market takes your cravings on a wild journey, and you won't want it to end. Picture this: an entire market filled with a treasure trove of food stalls, each dishing out unique flavors and global cuisines. It's a foodie's playground! But what stole my heart was the dessert scene. Sweet tooth, brace yourself – from gourmet ice creams to artisanal pastries, it's dessert heaven. I got heaps of desserts such as the Donut Fries and something else I couldn't remember because I was too busy eating it! And that's not all. As you navigate through the bustling stalls, you're serenaded by live music that sets the perfect mood. It's like a symphony of flavors and melodies dancing together. The atmosphere is electric, and you can't help but get caught up in the energy. Eat Street Northshore isn't just about food; it's an experience that awakens your senses. The diversity of options, especially the decadent dessert choices, and the live music create a vibe that's hard to resist. Whether you're a food adventurer or simply looking for a delightful evening, this is the place to be. Your taste buds and soul will thank you.

Good night out with plenty of food variety. Seating in some areas is busier than others so grab a table as soon as you can if you are in a group. Whilst dogs are allowed, it is busy so may depend on how your pup is in crowds.

OMG! This place is awesome. Quite apart from the very obvious, it is a place to eat street food, the selection from around the world is simply astonishing too be available in one place. But it is so much more. There is entertainment at several spots too. We finished off our night there at the main stage where fabulous acts presented. And the final hour or so was taken by the "house group" a thoroughly funny and entertaining music, dance and comedy group of 6 fellas. Whatever else you do, if you are in Queensland, make this one of your Must Go To venues. It is on our list of places to return to the next time we're back in Australia.

Awesome night food markets - huge variety of food stalls/cuisines and music performances. There’s bound to be something for everyone :) Really cool atmosphere with different settings/backdrops. Highly recommend the arancini from Arancini Bros, absolutely delicious. Most of the food is on the pricier side and there is an entry fee but well worth it. Very easy parking, even when the markets are very busy. Best of all - dog friendly.

It's a great place for a date or special occasion. It's pretty much a food fun park, with more venues than you can imagine. It's in a great location and there is always a lively Atmospher. It's dog and children friendly. It can get a little pricey, especially if it's more than 2 people per household, but definitely worth the experience. There's such a great variety of food from all over the world, definitely recommend buying and sharing multiple dishes to enjoy many different dishes in moderation. Sundays the best for a relaxed afternoon but the other times are great for dates or a fun night out, super close to the fairy so you can drink and be safe on the way home.

Great place to be able to take your dog out with you! Easy in and out passes through back entrance for them to pop to the bathroom on some grass, and a pet store when you first walk in is a PERFECT touch - make sure to pick up a snack that your friend can gnaw on, whilst you eat your own dinner in peace 😊

Eat street was one of the places we were told not to miss when visiting Brisbane. We went on a Friday night and it was as good as I’d hoped. We caught the ferry there from Southbank and when we arrived it was like a sensory overload. Lit up like an 8 year old birthday party and live music happening around every corner. There are over 50 options for food, so be prepared and come with an empty stomach. We only tried food we’ve never had before and some of the desserts were so much fun to eat and photograph 🍦🍩 I’d highly recommend this sensory overload!!

Five dollar entry fee for the millionaire oligarchs is absurd. No corona precautions and overpriced carb and sugar fest within, along with wheat flavoured milkshakes they call “beer”. Honestly don’t understand “markets” like this. Go to your local (and free entry) produce markets and support local farmers not this garbage.

I don't think I could possibly say enough good things about eat street. The food, the atmosphere, the variety! All A+ in my books. The only downside, and honestly it's not enough to even cause the rating to change, would be that the stage music is loud enough that you sometimes struggle to hear the people you're with. But with tons of seating in other areas, you can choose to sit in a quieter space if you're wanting to chat!

  • 5/5 Tiffanie N. 2 years ago on Google
Vibrant, colourful, diverse, fun and just a happy place for everyone! Love the different genre of live music stages and the variety of food available at reasonable prices. Really well managed. Staff were quick to clear tables. Card payments are accepted and ATMs are available too. I particularly appreciate that recycling bins + oyster shells bins are placed conveniently around the venue. Free parking. $5 entrance fee.

Large variety of food. Clean toilets. Child friendly with live music. Need to know your serving size and maybe share a few different things. Wait on most stalls making it hard to social distance. Noticed that dogs are welcomed. Nice view of the Brisbane River.
