    The girls are very knowledgeable and are able to adapt exercises for individuals on the fly. Lovely, fresh premises. Elle really listens, and watches you before planning a rehab program for an individual.

    Any.body at Milton are the Best ! I did yoga for 15 years before changing to reformer Pilates with Elle and her amazing team. Reformer Pilates over 60s classes have been my go to for 15 months. Since then, my strength and flexibility have improved to the point that I no longer get swollen knees after tennis. The exercises are also wonderful for posture and improvement in the pelvic floor. I highly recommend these over 60s small reformer classes.

    I have been attending any.BODY for two and a half years - starting with prenatal pilates with my first pregnancy, through to now doing mum and Bub pilates with my second baby. Elle and her team have always been excellent at meeting me where I am at movement-wise - whether that was heavily pregnant, recovering from birth or ready to do their 30 classes in 30 days challenge. Attending any.BODY has given me a consistent and positive relationship with movement. The team are patient and professional, and I couldn’t recommend the studio more highly to anyone - mums to be, mums, people who just want to try Pilates for the first time or people who have done a lot of Pilates and want to be challenged in a supportive environment with excellent instructors.

    Instructors are lovely and help you to know what level to use based on fitness and experience. Can be tough but feel like you get a good workout. Place has a really calming feel. Really enjoy going

    A couple of months ago I started coming to Any.body. I’d kinda gotten used to how little I could do and it’s been amazing to me to see movement and strength returning. The team are like a positive cheer squad and I feel inspired to keep trying by their belief in what I can do. I’ve worked with Elle to change up my program to suit my needs best. I’ve never had such results or felt as supported in any gym or with any trainer before.

    The best pilates studio in Brisbane! Such an amazing team of instructors that care for their members. They always tailor and adjust the movement to fit your body and how it is feeling at the time. A great range of classes and exercises delivered in a welcoming and supportive space - highly recommend!

    I highly recommend any.BODY studio. Especially for people living in larger bodies or recovering from an injury. If you’re like me, you may have felt frustration with exercise as it has felt either too challenging (beyond your current ability) or not challenging enough (boring). I’ve wanted so much to find a movement practice that doesn’t focus on weight loss, but helps me to build strength, increase my capability and leaves me feeling satisfied that I am caring for my physical health needs. I also value a practice that gives me the confidence that it is something I can master. I think any.BODY studio offers me all of this and more. The teachers are kind and welcoming creating a sense of belonging, they are understanding and knowledgeable about different movement abilities and needs, and are motivated to help me reach my goals. I am so glad I took the leap to invest in my wellbeing with any.BODY studio. Thank you for offering such welcoming hub for joyful movement.

    If you’re looking for a studio that focuses on you and movement then look no further than any.BODY. The instructors are top class professionals and clinicians who guide you through your practice at whatever stage your body is going through. I love going to the beautiful studio and have grown stronger both physically and mindfully. Such a fun place as well within a lovely community and the best instructors -EVER!!

    I've been attending the over 60s Reformer Pilates classes for about 2 and a half years, and every class is different. The instructors are very professional and are mindful of the diversity of the group, so they check in with each person before the class starts, they ensure each participant is safe and as challenged as they want or need to be. I am continually improving my practice and strength. Something else I love about the any.BODY studio is that Elle and the team have built a supportive and inclusive community.

    Any.BODY studio is incredible, I feel so lucky to go to classes here. I've never felt like I'm an athletic person, and despite trying all sorts of different kinds of exercise, never felt that anything "worked" for my body. I had a back injury, severe back pain, and the physio telling me I had to stop everything else and just do pilates. And so I went to any.BODY, and I haven't looked back. I was nervous at the start about not over-doing it with my back injury, but I learned to trust the instructors. They know what they're doing, they're so friendly and welcoming, and the classes are always different and interesting. I always feel challenged just the right amount. Since coming to any.BODY a few years ago, my back pain is almost entirely gone, and beyond that, I can see the real progress. I'm feeling stronger and fitter all the time. I don't understand why this works when nothing else did, but it does work, and I'm going to keep coming no matter what.

    The classes are complete, full body workouts — the instructors are very creative and manage to bring a different approach each class, which makes it exciting and fun. They make time for everyone in the room, ensuring we are all comfortable, safe and challenge. The studio itself is beautiful, surrounded by stunning trees and a peaceful interior environment… always clean and calm. Any.BODY has an inclusive and respectful community.

    I started going to the prenatal classes, and it was a game changer through my pregnancy. Now I’m going to Mums and Bubs class and I’m so happy it exists! It’s a great environment and the girls don’t just give you attention but also look after the babies when they’re fussy (whenever it is possible!). The classes are really good, very well instructed and the exercises well demonstrated. There is a concern on the part of the instructor with our well-being and alignment, which I see as something extremely positive for the classes.

    What a beautiful space Elle has created. I am new to Pilates, after a couple of trial classes with my physio I just couldn't get the mind body connection. I knew I wanted to continue and when a work colleague mentioned they had seen her studio I got in touch with Elle and booked an initial consultation. Elles' empathy for my situation and ability to put into words what I couldn't was amazingly intuitive. For someone over 50 and been carrying various injuries for a long time I am looking forward to working with Elle to achieve my goals - one private session in and I'm already on my way to be able to do a group class soon.

    I chose exercise physiology as a possible way forward for me. This has surprised and surpassed my expectations. I have learnt the benefits of stretching. As a practitioner Elle demonstrates her understanding of injury management along with well conveyed instructions coupled with examples of movement.

    I have been a client at any.BODY for almost two years now. The difference I have seen in that time has been dramatic. I do two private classes a week with Elle, being an Accredited Exercise Physiologist makes all the difference. Elle is able to identify weaknesses and specifically target them to address and improve function. I have done pilates and personal training in the past and they do not compare to the service and results I get from any.BODY. The sessions used to be a bit of a chore and struggle but with Elle’s expert help and guidance I have progressed along to more difficult exercises and more complex movements. As I progress my programs evolve to meet my changing needs and capabilities.

    This space was the best decision I have made to support my rehab of my shoulders. The last ten years I have had 4 shoulder surgeries including rotator cuff. I love yoga however my intro to Pilates with Elle on a one on one removed my fear of exercises using my shoulders and gaining strength again. The first session and onwards from there have been amazing and Im absolutely in awe of Elle and Claudia at Any.BODY Pilates for supporting me through to gain more strength on one on one classes and now group classes. I still remember the day the fear just left me thanks to Elle to learn the correct ways to exercise with my shoulders. My legs are stronger and my fear has gone and I love everything about the studio. When you work in the studio the space has such an amazing feeling and when you are on the reformer you look out to the trees, if you have time of course. Thank you Elle and thank you to Claudia for all your patience and expertise. HIGHLY recommend this studio.

    I highly recommend any.BODY Pilates to any new mums for postnatal reformer pilates. I absolutely love the class structure, equipment, timetable and of course the wonderful instructors. Any.BODY Pilates is a great studio for postpartum recovery and you can bring your bub! Elle is amazing and leads a great team of professional pilates instructors. We also love Holly, who is very caring and gentle with babies.
