We recently bought our wedding rings and we were so happy with the service. We made our decision in under 10 minutes and absolutely love our rings! I also got my engagement ring cleaned - so glad I did because a stone was loose. I picked it up a few days later and it was in perfect.

I recently had a eternity ring designed around my existing rings for our 30th wedding anniversary. I am very happy with the end result/design & communication through that particular process. We recently had my damaged engagement ring re-designed combining his and my diamonds into a beautiful trellis for myself and his tight wedding ring cut down and enlarged into a practical ring for him. I had a very old, sentimental diamond ring which I had previously taken to two other jewellers in Brisbane to have some slight alterations made. Neither of those jewellers had done what I asked for, and instead, they created additional problems and left my ring looking nothing like the design I had showed them. After reading some great reviews about Stephen Dibb Jewellery, I decided to take my ring into the Holland Park store to ask whether or not it could be fixed. I met with Richelle who took the time to really listen to what I wanted, gave her honest opinion and was optimistic that she could help me. Today I went in to collect my ring and I am beyond happy with the finished product! Richelle has done a fantastic job, it is obvious that she is a perfectionist and is amazing at what she does. I’m pretty picky, especially with things that have sentimental value and mean a lot to me, and I cannot fault her work. Finally, my ring looks beautiful and exactly how I wanted it to look! I am so grateful and I will definitely go back for all of my jewellery needs in the future. The service was prompt too, and the price was fair. Thank you so much Richelle!

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! I had a dress ring custom designed by Chenae and made by the team at the Holland park store. I couldn't be happier with the end result, which is a stunningly beautiful piece, I will be able to wear forever. Chenae was completely amazing throughout the entire design process and when the unexpected happened and it took longer than anticipated to complete the payments, she was understanding and accommodating.

On Monday it was raining I drove around for ages looking for a parking walked in the rain with high heels for one block only to be met with such a lacklustre experience …….. I walked in for a ring sizing and what appeared to be the manager was not friendly at all ,she walked out with eye glass in hand grabbed my ring and started looking at it and negatively described my ring…..she didn’t really ask me any questions she spoke at me not to me and FYI I know alot about jewelry and diamonds “I couldn’t wait to leave.” Having good jewelry skills is one thing but most importantly customer service is key!!! I am a local and have a local business I was appalled at how I was treated it was really disappointing I won’t be back and would not recommend this store but I would recommend speaking directly with Stephen Dibb as it’s not fair that bad staff negatively reflect what I thought was a good business!! Thank you for your reply however my complaint was about how the staff member approached me and how I was treated in your store during my consultation to add I didn’t know your manager is an expert - I have a valuation certificate and may I repeat she spoke to like I knew nothing …..

I have had Excellent service in the past with my jewelry. Shame they spam text me. Won't be back because as soon as they had my number I've had repeat texts Ads and they don't remove me when requested. I never gave permission to send as I find spam texts rude. Dec 2020. Said they would take me off. They lied. Another spam.

My fiancé and I had a great experience at Stephen Dibb when organising our wedding bands. We met with Stephen himself, and he was very helpful and knowledgeable. We are very happy with the final product we received and the relatively short waiting period. The only reason I have left off a star is because I also took my engagement ring (purchased overseas) into the store to be resized a couple of months earlier, and a gentleman (not Stephen) served me and told me that it would take up to 10 working days. I was a bit disappointed in this timeframe because my sister had hers resized elsewhere and she simply dropped it off and came back to collect in about an hour later. And, when you've just got engaged, you want to have and wear your ring ASAP! Not wait 2 weeks! But I figured this was just what they said to cover themselves in busy periods, and surely it wouldn't be more than a week. After not hearing anything back, I called the store myself when we had nearly reached the 10 business day mark to ask whether it was likely to be ready soon. I believe I was speaking to the same man who I had met with when I dropped the ring off, originally. He said they had not done it yet, but he said he would try to get it done by the end of that week (which was going to be past the original 10 days max I was told), and I said I needed it Thursday at the latest. He said he could probably do that. It was ready to collect in the afternoon on the Thursday, however after trying it on, it was still too big. I took it back a few days later to get it sized down again, and this time there was a female staff member there. She confirmed that there would be no additional cost for this, which I was pleased with. Stephen has confirmed this himself. I did tell her that I was disappointed with how long my ring took the first time I had brought it in to be resized, and I was hoping it wouldn't be that long. She was curious to hear that it has taken as long as it did. I left it with her, and she called me about half an hour later to say I could come back and collect, as she would be done with it in 10 minutes. Legend! I turned the car around and went back and it fit perfectly this time. Not sure what happened the first time, but we got there in the end!

She took my vision and her expertise, and designed the most beautiful wedding set (band, engagement and eternity rings). On 13/1/24, I married my man and now get to wear my beauties in their entirety. I cannot thank the team for their professionalism, expertise and thought when working with me.
