This would have to be one of the most exciting and well setup arcade parlour I've ever been to. From the moment you walk in and see the displays of prizes that you can redeem and the colourful staff with random hats this place is a sensory overload. Awesome friendly service and staff who are happy to chat and tell you how it all works. Happy, approachable and top service. Games are classic with some other new style skill tester types as well as your typical arcade games. I should have discovered this place years ago on my visits up here....I'll be a regular here now Ive discovered it. Happy days!

Amazing! Went for my birthday, the guys on the floor, Tye & Riley, showered me with birthday love. Challenged me to a few games and even letting me take a plushie home in good faith (after i lost). There was a pizza deal, 10$ for a massive pizza, and drink were so good and different, fun to try, and had a little novelty to take home. Good value, good fun, amazing staff, and an impeccable vibe Thank you so much for an amazing night. Will be back!

Omg how much fun! The drinks were amazing from the bar and all the games were extremely fun - awesome bar attendant! Nathan one of the staff members was awesome - we were lucky enough to verse him in a few games (he isn’t for the weak)! Overall great experience and awesome date idea!

I love this place! I have been several times over the years and it's a great social outing as adults. Takes you back to being a big kid and playing arcades. They serve the best espresso martini in Brisbane in my opinion. Worth buying the $50 card with $65 worth of value and lasts about 2 hours. Go with friends and you won't be disappointed! Good selection of shooting games, racing, basketball, Guitar Hero, whack a mole, skill games. The vibe is great!

I went to this place at 10pm thinking it was a regular bubble tea shop, but turned out it was a bar that does alcoholic bubble tea. They don't have pearls but they had popping jellies and fruit jellies. Didn't expect much and I asked the lady if she could do a non alcoholic one. She happily made one for me and honestly it's the best one I've ever had. Also the arcade looked pretty fun and overall really liked it

We enjoyed the function for my best friend birthday for 14 people, we took the $43 option and what an amazing night. Let’s start talking about the food, plenty of pizzas really good quality, taste and flavor. But my favorite part was the customer service, dear Jess thank you for making my friends night THE perfect night, you rocked it, always with the best energy and ideas but you need to learn how to play basketball tho 😂 Jess explained everything from top to bottom and was so patiently answer all our questions (we had heaps) also an amazing service from the manager Brie (sorry if I spell that wrong) she was always checking on us and make our night really special. Thank you so much to the entire team, we are coming back very very soon from another fun night ❤️❤️❤️❤️

Good atmosphere and fun time here. The host we had (Archie) was great as he would commentate things and make it a bit more competitive or enjoyable. He was able to easily feel the vibe of the group and give us more energy to make the event and activities more interactive. We got a private area / booth which was nice. The seating was comfy and the food was decent. The arcade games were pretty fun - standard and similar to normal arcades. I think the best thing is the atmosphere. Everyone who comes here seems quite happy and like they’re having a lot of fun!

Had my 31st Birthday here last night, I was greeted warmly and professionally by the manager and shown to our private area. Plenty of space for us to relax before getting started. Our host was Miesha who was amazing, explained everything very clearly and was very flexible when we had a few late arrivals with food and games. Food and drink package was perfect, an hour of gaming which finished with a competition between our group. I highly highly recommend B.Lucky if your after a fun relaxed experience.

This place is the BEST!!!!! From ages 5 to 73, we all had a blast. The food was great. The pizza was especially fantastic. The team are helpful and friendly. I would recommend to all. The function packages are perfect for parties. I definitely think we will go again.

We booked an (early) work Xmas party Friday 11/11 @ 3pm at your Fortitude Valley location, none of us had been there before but after doing a bit of research decided we would give it a go. Made us feel welcome and was so helpful and accommodating from start to finish. Had an absolutely wonderful time, this place is an alcoholic arcade: what more could you ask for?!? The staff are super friendly and helpful especially the girl who served us. She had Mickey mouse ears and her name was Jess and she was lovely. Totally recommend.

I was there with my company's social club and had a great time. The pizzas are so yum, especially the dumpling pizza which I think a catch for pizza lover. They also have a bar for alcohol (and also non alcohol) drinks. Alcoholic bubble teas is the interesting one. The arcade games are okay. I wish they have more variants to make it more interesting. All in all, it was a great night.

My friends and I really enjoyed this place, if you're an adult (age 28 and above) you'll definitely feel young again. There are variety of games from horse race, mario kart, basketball, crane and photo booth. Food is great and drinks as well. We will definitely bring more troops and have more fun soon!

Our visit here topped off one of our best ever nights out. The guy at the counter set the mood for the place and was one hell of a character with outstanding customer service. He was not about to let us take home a toy for our daughter and only snacks for our son because we couldn't win a second plush toy, so he evened the score for the both of them. Amazing. Absolutely wonderful experience at B Lucky's in the valley tonight for my boyfriend and I!! The workers, especially Nathan looked after us so well with drinks, helping us out with the machines and coming to encourage and check on us with our games progress! The venue manager was absolutely awesome as well, both of their customer service skills absolutely exceed most places in general. We need more people in the world like these guys to make experiences that much more memorable and worthwhile, especially coming from 7 hours away. We truly felt looked after, thank you guys 😇

This is a must visit venue. Whilst the atmosphere, food and drink was fantastic, it was really the service that topped it off. We were served by Riley and the whole evening his service kept getting better and better. Recommending and making delicious cocktails, joking with us and even helping us master the games machines to take home even more plushies (which are great quality not cheap feeling). His service went above and beyond to making a good night great. Big shout out to the rest of the team who also helped with drinks, charging my phone, and showing us a good time. Not a single bad thing to mention except maybe the fact I’ll be spending more money there soon! Great work team.

One of my favourite places to go for a great night out! A great range of arcade games and claw machines, cool vintage items, board games and other collectibles as potential rewards for your tickets rather than the cheap products you might get at the more well-known arcades. Not to mention the staff are friendly an attentive, the drinks at the bar are pretty great (including alcoholic bubble tea??) If you like games and drinks and having stimulating lights, do yourself a favour and check this place out!

Gotta say I had a blast here. Riley was an excellent host and really added to the experience. I'm so glad I ended up here as we had just arrived to Australia and were looking for something fun to do. Riley took the extra time and threw out absolutely wonderful service. You can see the joy the man has for his job and he strives at it. Thanks again for the great time and I hope to come back again one day. Plenty of cool games to play. Their DDR machine has an extensive list of songs to play. A few machines were broken sadly, but its to be expected with arcade games. Had a lot of classics and a few new ones. Worth the trip and money.

When we unexpectedly ending up here for my Bucks night, my group of 16 had a fantastic experience. Ty and his team went above and beyond to make it a lot of fun for us. They were accommodating and had plenty of challenges for us to compete with each other. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a great time.

We had the most amazing time!!! The food was amazing and drinks were great! The staff were also amazing, most notably Tye. We had a massive group and he was really attentive and played games with our group, challenged us and even gave us tips and tricks ton how to play better at certain games. We've had our son's birthday party at B Lucky & Sons two years running. They make it so easy - an hour of games, delicious & generous lunch, organisation of the cake, gifts for party bags & more. Having the bar also makes things nice for the parents, ha! Enormous thanks to the whole team who made our son & all his friends' weekends.

Classic Arcade featuring drinks, winning combo. Visited this spot a few times now and I have to say the service from staff has been constantly excellent. From security at the front door to the bar and game staff. Even when this place is packed and busy they don't let the service drop. Nice variety of alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks and the swipe cards make using the arcade games easy.

Literally time zone + alcohol 10/10 and Shaun is cool

FANTASTIC!!! We went Sunday lunch for our teenagers birthday just as a casual family day. The staff were behind welcoming and lovely and went out of their way to make his day all that much more amazing... which anyone with teenage boys know that can be difficult. We all enjoyed a great meal and had a blast and even took home some great prizes. Miss 7. Mr 14 and parents all had a great time.

We went here for our Christmas party last week, and we were treated like royalty. The staff looked after us SO well, and made the night even more amazing. The arcade games were clean (important during Covid times), fun, reliable, and such a throw back! IT was a great team bonding experience. The food was also delicious, and they were able to accommodate for all of our dietary requirements!

Pretty cool space, service was super friendly, drinks were pretty decent too! Variety of games could be better in my opinion.
