was
the
most
atrocious
I’ve
ever
experienced
in
any
industry.
I
went
for
an
eye
test
on
31/7/22
and
was
told
7-10
days
till
my
glasses
would
be
ready.
On
16/8/2022,
I
called
to
check
as
I
hadn’t
heard
anything.
Was
told
they
were
there.
I
made
an
appointment
for
17/8/2022
to
collect.
On
the
17/8/2022,
I
also
received
a
call
to
make
an
appointment
to
collect.
Confused,
I
rang
back.
My
notes
hadn’t
been
updated.
I
left
work
early
and
went
in
to
collect
my
new
glasses.
The
lab
had
stuffed
up
my
lenses
and
they
needed
to
be
sent
back.
Ok,
mistakes
happen.
Told
it’d
take
3-7
days
this
time
as
they’d
put
a
rush
on
them.
Phoned
them
on
Friday
26/8/2022
and
they
weren’t
ready.
I
was
promised
all
back
on
Sunday
28/8/2022.
No
one
called.
So
I
followed
up
again
on
Monday
29/8/2022,
I
was
told
they’d
been
too
busy
to
call
me
the
day
earlier
but
that
they’d
NOW
put
a
rush
on
it
(not
sure
why
they
didn’t
do
that
on
17/8/2022
as
promised
but
anyway….)
Finally,
on
Friday
2/9/200,
I
received
a
call
that
the
glasses
were
actually
on
site.
Collected
on
the
4/9/2002.
Honestly,
it
took
over
a
month!
In
the
meantime,
I
popped
into
a
store
in
Carindale
and
I
had
a
spare
pair
in
1hr…
literally,
chose
new
frames
and
had
the
lenses
cut
and
fitted
to
the
frames
and
done
and
dusted
within
an
hour!
I
will
never
never
never
return
to
OPSM!
If
I
could
give
less
than
1
star,
I
would.
