    Airtrip has been nothing but nightmare. This is how they get their 5 star. They will continue helping you to settle in and then start begging you to give them a good review. After this you are on your own. Dodgy business. I was smart enough to wait till date. All nice when you walk in to ask why maintenance of 6month still haven't been done. Email, breach, text and phone call. No response. Oscar is even the worst. I will definitely not recommend and i am currently pilling up case against them. I'm definitely not letting this guys go free. DO NOT HAVE ANYTHING TO DO WITH THIS GUYS. BUNCH OF LIARS.

    Moved into an apartment late January with a non-functioning intercom. Been calling them up every since January. They've told us they were going to fix it, only starting to recognise the issue in March. Its now May, almost 4 months and no action has been done. Calls are now starting to be ignored and hanged up upon when getting past the automated message. Airtrip will ONLY care about your money. Late rent and bond payment? THEY'LL CHASE YOU. Your comfort in their property? They don't care I've been living in Airtrip properties for over a year and the only good thing I can say about this company is that ***Suren is wonderful and has been helpful and patient with the leasing process***. After leasing with Airtrip and finalising bond payment is when the nightmare begins.

    The worst ‘real estate agency’ in Brisbane. Do not commit to any rentals with these guys. They ignore any maintenance requests with lieing excuses. They tried to charge over $500 for new carpet for there owner, even after full bond clean with warranty and photo proof, no one answers the phone or any emails and they lie, lie and lie. I had to find the owners number online due to none of your staff able to take ownership or know how to answer phone calls. Febuarary to June of back and forth with the RTA and unlucky for you since none of you answer, I now have my full bond back how it should be for tenants that pay on time. Hopefully this reviews stops someone signing a tenancy agreement with your company. Bad luck Daniel, don’t try to take money off people who do the right thing next time.

    I didn't get a chance to stay at the Air BnB I booked because the previous guests locked the keys in the apartment. After experiencing this stay, I completely understand why they locked the keys in the apartment. Air Trip give you conflicting information, their initital instructions tell you to leave the keys in the apartment then they message you at 3am, morning of departure telling you to leave them at the office but you have to figure it out for yourself where the office is. Their out of office hours number is hard to reach and generally using Air Trip is a less than enjoyable experience. They considered the apartment they booked me into an upgrade but other than the extra space, it was anything but an upgrade. There was a hole in the wall, missing furniture, broken furniture stored on the balcony, stove hadn't been cleaned in what looked like ever so when turning it on, the flames literally reached your face. They expect 2 people to share 1 glass and the assortment of mugs were dirty and mismatched. The extra doona for the sofa bed had blood and some yellow stains on it. Super appalling considering COVID-19 standards that should be met. I had to reach out to Air BnB themselves for any compensation because Air Trip just apologised for the inconvenience and that was it! This is a fair and honest review and I definitely will not use Air Trip in the future for any upcoming travel.

    As a landlord I am not happy with what airtrip can do. They were good in around 2018 and turned into a terrible agent. They fail to pay the bills and put the penalties on me, lack of professionalism and integrity. They also have terrible communication and you have to chase and chase again to hear back from them.

    Stay away from Airtrip. Shockingly bad service. Only concerned about rent payment and will ignore maintenance requests. Oscar and others will act friendly and promise you resolutions but then completely ignore calls and emails. I have complained about our aircon not functioning for over a month now and had nothing done about it (middle of QLD Summer). We lodged a notice to remedy breach as per RTA's advice and even had that ignored. Can't believe an organisation like this still exists. Especially when we have had excellent property managers throughout our time renting in Australia. Apartment itself is great but if you see 'Airtrip' as the property management company, I'd suggest turning away.

    EDIT: The team at Airtrip are all bells and whistles in the beginning then once they receive your bond, they drop the ball. They were very poor to act which in the end benefited us as tenants not receiving their entry report months after moving in and the owner has now changed rental agencies after not even 4months of care. Owners stay away. Tenants beware. EXTRA EDIT: After changing agencies, their accounts team contacted us for rental arrears. Clearly no communication between anyone in that office. ***ORIGINAL POST: So far so good! We are currently in the process of signing a lease and getting the keys to our new rental property. We are very excited and the team at Airtrip have been great! We met Suren at our private inspection and he was a delight. Very helpful and great to communicate with. The process with the team so far has been great with a lot of fluent communication. Here’s to a great partnership!

    Absolutely pathetic company. Have a rental with them and have tried for 4 months to get in contact with them because of a broken light wall fixture, broken blinds and broken handle off of pantry. Have written 3 emails, called 4 times, written to them on their app, even had to contact them through their contact form on their website. They don’t answer their phones. Had an inspection today (first time in nearly 2 years) and no one showed up, called guy who's number was on the email and he rudely said that he had nothing to do with it and hung up on us. DO NOT rent with them. Will stop paying rent until they get back to us, I’m sure they will contact us then.

    The service provided by Airtrip was good, the information and instructions they provided was good. However the room that we were provided was terrible. The cleanliness of the room was atrocious, dirty mouldy blanket left in the cupboard, old bed cover shoved in the cupboard. The apartment was riddled with dust. The bed that was provided in the apartment was a spring bed that felt 10 years old, it was uneven and you could feel all the springs no matter where you laid. The cupboard had only one sliding door mirror as the other one had obviously been broken. For the amount of money that was paid we could have easily stayed somewhere like mantra and been provided a clean, non broken and relatively good bedded room. Rooms should NOT be allowed to be rented out in this condition…

    If you see Airtrip on an accommodation listing give it a skip. They take a cleaning deposit of $206 dollars and then charge you a $15 fee to do this transaction. Airtrip if you are reading this I am investigating the legalities with Queensland's Office of Fair Trading to this fee...so Airtrip feel free to give me a call. Also no key in key locker, took half an hour for someone to call, and then stood 45 mins waiting for Reception to give us a key on your staff member's intervention. The Oaks staff member was very disgruntled towards Airtrip...obviously cause lots of issues for venue staff. On top of all the cleanliness was very dubious. Get professional cleaning and sort the smell in the bathroom.

    Daniela from Airtrips has been incredible to me. I received approval for an apartment application within 24h of applying and I am SO THRILLED. I have spent so long trying to find a place to take a chance on a first time renter because we all have to start somewhere - Daniela took that chance with me and now I get to move into a beautiful apartment at a beautiful location. Daniela has been incredibly quick with all responses and any questions asked have been answered thoroughly. She has gone above and beyond for me Thank you so so much

    I travel frequently to Brisbane for work, and always stay with Airtrip Short-Term. I've stayed at 7 of their apartments (all in South Bank) just in the last year, and they have ranged from excellent to spectacular. V and the short-term rental team are always responsive and helpful whenever I have questions or requests. Highly recommended if you are staying in the Brisbane area!

    Massive thanks to the team at Airtrip especially V. We had a fantastic 3 week stay in a beautiful apartment in an amazing location. Special shout out to V for his amazing, prompt and friendly service - he went above and beyond for us to help us out of a tricky situation entirely our mistake.     The apartment in Queen street, Brisbane was perfectly ok for our what-should-have-been four-night stay. Only problem was that when we went to the convenience store,as instructed, to collect the keys, the keys weren’t there. At 8.30 pm we had no choice but to find a room at the Radisson hotel, opposite side of the road to the apartment. Next morning after a few phone calls to AirTrip someone contacted me. Eventually later in the afternoon we finally collected the keys. I asked for them to be delivered to us but this was ignored. Long story short, it took three weeks to get a refund. No apology and they ignored my request for a reimbursement for our one night stay at the Raddison. Beware of AirTrip - zero customer service and very hard to communicate with. Many request was ignored.

    We recently stayed in an Airtrip Apartment in Mackay as part of our tour. I wanted to urge anyone who was thinking of using this service to reconsider. A. After a 14 hour driving day our team was instructed, even after payment of the apartment, to fill out a check in (seems pretty standard). The check in form required you to put down a $500 security deposit. Not only that but in order to pay for the security deposit you are charged a $15.00 administration fee. B. We had no other recourse than to pay it and we filled out the form and provided identification. After that we called their off-site reception (based in the phillipines) where we spoke with a lady that put our team on hold for 10 minutes before getting back to us and telling us the management team requires further proof of our identification. AFTER they accepted our security deposit plus administration fee AND having already paid for the apartment. C. Eventually, after 45 minutes of back and forth, we got into the apartment suite where the team immediately wanted to rest. The apartments were outdated, with cracks in the wall, stains in the carpet, inadequate utensils in the kitchen, and lights that did not work. D. The whole system of check in was convoluted and unnecessary. Airtrip buy out apartments in already established hotel chains and make the experience worse. Our apartment was located in an Oaks hotel only with the added benefit of not having the help of any Oaks staff. E. This whole airtrip apartments business model is a scam to travellers and we DO NOT recommend anyone staying here. Our team tours a lot and we have never had to put down a $500 security deposit, especially for a place that was half as good as what the Hotel it was located in would've been.

    The unit is so wonderful as well as the amenities. A big shoutout to the agent, Oscar for being so patient enough to wait for me due to a heavy rain and traffic on the inspection day.     We used Airtrip through Airbnb and could not be happier with the service. Their communication was excellent at all times. We stayed in the Lucid Apartments in South Brisbane. The apartment was fully equipped and in a great location handy to restaurants, supermarkets, public transport and South Bank. We will stay again and will happily book accommodation managed by Airtrip.

    I moved over from Adelaide to start work in Brisbane and came over feeling very unfamiliar and worried for not having a rental due to the busy time of year. Words can’t describe how caring, approachable and efficient Oscar was in arranging an inspection after the time had passed. He waited around for me to inspect the property, was so friendly and so supportive. The was so thorough and got everything finalized so quickly during such a busy time. I was thankful for Oscar as he saved me so much time and money.

    Oscar and the team have made our moving in experience as painless as possible. Really friendly and responsive. I'm especially impressed with how helpful and responsive Oscar has been. Our power blew after hours and he made sure an electrician was on it the next day. This guy knows how to take care of his tenants, I'm wrapped.

    Deceptive with information on the property. Listing on the website was incorrect. Rental amount was incorrect. Was advised there were no maintenance issues with the unit but there are many outstanding. Would never recommend this company! Edit: Thank you for following up.     Highly recommend that any body avoids using this service. Extremely unprofessional, repeatedly had to confirm details. Tried to get into our apartment for the weekend and was told they can't help with the key, even though the details were to ring them and they would organise they key for us, and then they hung up on us mid phone call. Got to the apartment and the room was still dirty, I'm very sure it wasn't vaccumed or cleaned before we arrived. Had other people's stuff in the fridge, dishwasher wasn't emptied, the list goes on... Overall it was an incredibly difficult process when it didn't have to be.

    2 hours before check in I called to confirm how to check in, only then I was informed that my booking was cancelled ! No emails, no calls, no text ! NO Refund !!Was offered alternative option, I said please send me the details and asked who will cover the travel cost ? Then got accused of being rude … don’t use anything to do with Airtrip, … they just let you down and blame you

    Stunning, stylish and everything you need to call this home during your stay. I was impressed by the well stocked kitchen and did not want for anything during my stay. I rate the hosts 10/10 exceptional for everything from communication to understanding the needs of their guests. Will definitely stay again 😁

    The unit was in a great location. Walking distance to South Bank Parklands, plenty of eateries and grocers nearby. Staying in the apartment was very comfortable. Well equipped and we felt it was a home while in Brisbane. Host was helpful and professional. Checkin was a breeze. Highly recommended

    Apartment was ideal for me and my grandson visiting from NZ. View was amazing and apartment perfectly situated to walk everywhere especially with all the roadworks in the vicinity. Highly recommend for visitors to Southbank, Performing Arts Centre, museums, art galleries and shopping. Thank you Airtrip for making our stay so successful.

    The guys at Airtrip have been absolutely amazing in helping me find a rental property. I was stuck in a very scary situation where I could not find a rental property anywhere and I was about to be homeless. They were very quick and efficient in helping me move into my new place and their communication has been elite! I am now settled nicely in my new apartment and every concern I had they addressed immediately. The rental market can be difficult, frustrating and very scary, but not with Airtrip. A special thank you to Steven and Seth for constantly keeping me in the loop and going above and beyond to make sure I had a place to live. I can't thank you guys enough ❤ If you are looking for a rental or just a place to stay on holidays, go with Airtrip, trust me.

    Only good thing is the location. But even then you have to deal with construction and drunk people late at night yelling. Building isn't very well maintained with elevator buttons missing and management never answers their phone or calls back. Still fighting a case of them trying to overcharge me for water use when I wasn't even meant to be charged in the first place, but they've tried taking it off my bond anyway with no contact with me about it. Nothing was ever fixed when asked and the RTA is also having troubles contacting them. They're also not updated with their own company's details and sent me to an old office that had been demolished. They tried raising the new tenants lease from $510/week to $670 with no changes and when that failed I see they've just turned it into an airbnb.

    The stay at Airtrip was fantastic. Fresh, great move in instructions and friendly staff. A definite improvement from the previous experience. The new management seems to be doing very well! Will be coming back soon!

    Brisbane location was great and had a good time. Apartment though needs bit of keeping. Had some initial trouble with house keeping but it was resolved in reasonable time considering holiday peak hours and compensated for it without any glitch. I absolutely recommend the team. Will definately use the services again.

    Absolutely poor service, they don’t respond to owners call after lease is signed. They don’t perform routine inspections and let tenants trash the place. They don’t even assist the owner in organising repairs.
