I
have
been
a
patient
of
Dr.
Steele’s
for
over
15
years
and
have
referred
many
other
friends.
I
find
her
to
be
very
competent,
kind
and
good
at
her
profession.
However,
after
learning
of
my
6
month
check
up
which
is
5
days
away,
I
called
to
reschedule.
I
informed
the
female
that
answered
the
phone
that
due
to
a
work
commitment
I
was
unable
to
make
the
appointment
and
ask
to
reschedule..
She
was
extremely
short
with
me
and
informed
me
the
next
available
appointment
was
6
months
out,
in
April
of
2023.
I
asked
again
if
something
could
be
scheduled
sooner
but
she
said
no.
It
was
evident
she
was
not
going
to
work
with
me
in
anyway.
Unfortunately,
this
is
the
2nd
time
within
the
past
several
years
this
had
happened.
Skin
check
ups
are
extremely
important
and
putting
it
off
for
another
6
months
is
not
an
option.
I
believe
that
the
customer
service
of
the
appointment
staff
has
noticeably
declined
and
I
only
write
this
for
the
purposes
of
others
considering
Dr.
Steele
to
be
their
dermatologist.
I
did
not
request
an
immediate
appointment
but
sometime
in
the
next
2
months
would
have
been
reasonable.
I’m
not
happy
to
have
to
end
this
patient
relationship
with
Dr.
Steele
however
perhaps
the
business
has
gotten
too
busy
to
accommodate
basic
6
month
skin
check
ups
making
it
possibly
a
danger
to
one’s
health
to
have
wait
6
months
if
an
appointment
is
missed.
