My experience was an excellent one. The process went very smoothly. The clinic area was clean and comfortable. All of the staff were very professional and friendly, Superb bedside manner. All of the staff were informative. The doctor came in to greet me as well as the anesthesiologist. They were both informative, and professional. Everything moved quickly but not overly so.

My entire experience was outstanding. What a friendly, professional group of people at this facility. I highly recommend. Dr Patel was awesome as usual.

My experience at the location oak lawn endoscopy has been satisfying in so many ways it was fast and easy professional personnel they explained everything in detail they were with me from start to finish I would not go anywhere else now that I experience this location I am glad I was recommended to this place and I would recommend it for everyone.

The administration "process" is terrible. Before your procedure, DO NOT PAY a penny. I have a low deductible, and my insurance paid the entire bill. The accounting office maintains that it takes 6 months to trickle through their systems. NO, IT DOESN'T. I'll go somewhere else next time, for sure.

Scheduling and talking to someone about scheduling is terrible, too many options. When I called the number they textcme about the schedule it didn't connect me to the right person and was told to call a different number and more prompts to get to right person. The day of exam was flawless and dr very informative but now that I am giving review realized never got the results of 2 polyps removed, guess benign since no follow up. Great exam but phone system us TERRIBLE!!!

It was my first time having this procedure and everyone was very helpful before and after the procedure. The Doctor was amazing! Dr. Berklehammer explained what the procedure was for and , gave your results right after.. HIGHLY RECOMMEND 😂
