I called for an Appt & the Nail tech stated there is a $15 non- refundable fee for anyone using a Groupon. I asked if it would be applied to any additional service and she said No. I asked what the fee was for and she stated because some people do not show up. I stated I understand but I’m showing up & on time. She stated you still can’t get fee applied to any service. So basically, I’m just giving them $15 extra which makes no sense. I could see if I came late or didn’t show up. That is why I gave it 1 star. They’re basically getting an extra &15.

I love this family business. Nail tech was Chris. She did an exceptional job. Mani/pedi was great. She took very good care of me on my birthday.. Friendly atmosphere, and the shop is close by. I have told my son and his family to make an appt. with this beautiful young lady..Shon the barber did a great job with my hair ..Thank you ..Marcia

I got a Long full set from Jocelyn and my nails are absolutely GORGEOUS! she really hit the nail on the head with EXACTLY what I wanted! Very creative. And the spa, is a VIBE!!! so chill and relaxed. I definitely enjoyed my visit! I will be returning.

This was my first time coming to Blueprint and OMG!!! I haven’t had my nails done in about 2 years until today. Kris did an AMAZING job. She genuinely loves her craft and it shows with her work! She listened to exactly what I said, took her time, and made sure everything was perfect. This is the most I’ve ever paid for my nails, but the happiest I’ve ever been with them. I will be going back again and again until further notice. Such a clean, beautiful, salon full of warm energy and genuinely dope a** women. I’ll always support black owned businesses first.
