I came here because it was near my job and I had a taste for sushi. Let me say the sushi here is amazing! They are very big and fresh. Just look at my picture! Will be back to review Hibachi side next. 😋

Very delicious. But we used to order their curry a lot and we were told it doesn’t have fish or oyster sauce but turns out curry contain fish sauce and they were lying before! If people have allergies they could end up in hospital!

We enjoyed the dinner we had here so much that we came back for lunch the next day. Food was outstanding. The variety of food choices was also excellent. We also enjoyed the little self guided, self powered food delivery carts that ran back and forth to the kitchen.

A great sushi spot to visit. Great price and very helpful staff that treat you very well.

This place is my favorite place to go to when I'm craving festive cocktails and hibachi. They have EVERYTHING including hibachi, sushi, kimchi fried rice, thai curry etc. The staff is always really friendly and the hibachi is always really flavorful. They have lunch specials, tons of specialty cocktails, frozen cocktails and even sake flights. Do yourself a favor and look over the cocktail menu before you order. Definitely one of my favorite neighborhood places.

Food was delicious. Should I ever go to Japan, I have absolutely nothing to worry about in terms of food. Plus it was cute watching my husband use chopsticks for the first time.

Nice place, great food, and nice service. I just stopped in for early dinner recently and everything that I ordered tasted great. The food was hot, fresh, and the flavor was on point. They have a variety of items and smoothies. The portion size for the dishes that were ordered this visit were generous. I came in for regular dine in and will be back for hibachi. Only two downfall’s the water is tap with no filtration at all, so be careful and there’s an automatic 18% service charge.

WARNING!!! I was gonna try this place. I looked at the reviews but NEVER pay attention the the high stars or praise...but pay attention to the low stars and why. I notice that most of the low stars was because the food wasn't fresh, cold or spoiled. IF ANYONE FROM THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH IS PAYING ATTENTION...you should investigate before someone gets sick. Asian food and the way it's prepared could be devastating and no one wants to go to the hospital for food poisoning during Covid.

Everytime I come here I get the all you can eat sushi. Its always bliss. Be careful because they charge for leftovers. However if you are brave soul and ask for another round be prepared. The rolls grow in size as if they are mario after getting double mushrooms. But dont worry, you can hide two in the stack of plates and another two in the napkin if you are quick enough.

Very clean with a slight rustic appeal. The waitress was very engaging and patiently answered whatever questions we had about the dish choices Everyone in my party enjoyed their dish and the freshness I will certainly go back there.

We love the showmanship of Hibachi. The drinks were very good. There was absolutely no wait time on a Saturday afternoon. The food was seasoned well and the host was well nice and attentive.

I went here with my wife and 2yr old daughter just trying a new hibachi out. Everything was fine until I started to eat. I just so happen to look down at my spoon and there was a bug in my soup. Instantly got sick to my stomach and we got up and left. Before leaving we told the people at the table (It didn’t bother them much, they stayed) and the waiter. The waiter’s response was a couple sorries. Pretty nonchalant. I’m not sure how ppl deal with reviews like this but I will NEVER go back there.

This spot is worth a try. They have large portions for fair prices. Constantly neat and with awesome mood. Will visit here again.

My favorite place in South Suburbs for chicken vegetable entree and veggie eggrolls. Service is always great and fast service when dining in. Love the design, decor and chandeliers in the closed in patio.

Normally, this place is my go to spot. But tonight...11/11/20 it was an utter disaster. My order was #53204 . We placed the order at 5:55pm and picked it up at 6:35 (40 mins)...given that I ordered Peking Duck amongst other things that was a reasonable amount of time. Mind you, we order from them a lot...but tonight the food was cold...not room temp...cold. The Peking Duck was burned and one of the legs had the meat picked off of it and scattered over the lettuce - and the picked bone thrown inside. The two egg rolls had not temperature...and as I bit into one - I had to spit it out because it taste sour. Mind you, I own 3 restaurants...so I understand the importance of food. Tonight may have been an outlier - but spoiled food! Should never happen!! I called to speak with a manager but the young lady (Aylin) said the manager wasn't in and to call tomorrow. She didn't even attempt to find out why someone would be calling for the manager at 7pm at night... Obviously there's an issue. Finally, as an owner - I try to patronize other businesses during this pandemic - the least they could do is provide hot, unspoiled food - and allow for a remedy when there's an issue. This establishment is very popular - and that's great! But maybe, they feel like they don't have to give good food or service any more because they're well like. Shame on them!

We did the Hibachi for dinner and it was delicious. The hibachi chef was entertaining. The pricing was what I expected. I will return soon.

Loved the sushi and I'm not even a sushi fan. I also had the shrimp fried rice inside of a pineapple which was beyond delicious. The staff is awesome and the place is so clean. Love the bar as well. A+++

Food: 10 Price point: 10 Atmosphere: 10 Service: 10 Seriously. I cannot believe the level of quality of food this place has. As an avid sushi lover, I am so impressed. You can really tell that this kitchen puts love and care into every order. I cannot recommend this place enough.

I understand this place closes at 10:30pm at least wait until your customers are gone before mopping the floors. While we were eating the young lady who appeared to be pregnant started mopping under our table the fabuloso was so strong my food started taste like it. At that point my appetite was shot. I asked the waiter for a container to go while putting my food in the container the same lady that was mopping the floors too my plate out my hand. Overall what little food I did taste was pretty good.

Every dish was beautifully presented and packed with flavor that was even more delightful than it looked. Can't wait to go back!

The gyoza was fried perfectly and were golden and delicious. The panang chicken was melt in your mouth delicious and the orange chicken was sweet n spicy, crunchy on the outside, melt in your mouth tender on the inside. The staff were attentive and pleasant.

Waited forever to be greeted at the table and took even longer to pay our bill. Drinks not refilled.

I honestly liked the food and service, fantastic area right next to where I live. The employees are always very friendly. Will visit here again.

While I really enjoyed the crunchy crab roll that I ordered, I also ordered potstickers and they were the absolute worst excuse for a potsticker that I’ve ever seen. They weren’t steamed nor were they panfried, they appeared to be baked and the dough was thick and nasty with a blob of mystery meat in the middle. I will not be ordering from my hot menu in the future!

Food is delicious,the music, the people and the atmosphere is pretty good Honestly I would have preferred to be told the specials and if the food is supposed to be hot then is should be, The beef sticks were mid at best, if only they were covered with a sauce. but the duck I enjoyed was juicy, my martini was a little strong, One of the best warm sakes I've ever had And my sushi was not spicy like it was displayed on the menu.

This was my second time eating at A. Fusion. The first time, I had the hibachi. This time, I ate in the regular dining area. The food was decent and you get a nice portion for the price. I had teriyaki salmon and it was a little dry but overall it was good. I also had shrimp fried rice and the shrimp was a nice size. I recommend A. Fusion for your dining choice.

Wonderful hibachi food! They sang happy birthday to my husband and brought him out a free slice of cake with a candle on a robot serving tray! Super cool! The fresh fried rice was my favorite!! The long island was really strong! 😂 And best of all, they have high chairs for babies and toddlers to sit at the hibachi table!! ♥️

Really good food and service! Being short staffed they work their butts off. I was reading some of these one star reviews and strongly disagree because many of those people were not taking this into account. I ordered a sushi roll and it tasted very fresh. My mom and brother ordered two different dishes and they they said it tasted very good. The staff were very friendly and worked hard.

The food was very good and they gave very large portions. We had chicken and shrimp hibachi. I don't know WHAT that was, but it didn't taste like chicken. It tasted like liver.🤮 For your own sake, eat a meat you recognize, like shrimp. We had the sake flight. ALL of those drinks were significantly watered down that it was a waste of money. I will probably return but will proceed with caution.

I’m not going to lie , if you need a solid Asian restaurant for the day and your in the south suburbs this is the place to go. Me and my friends have been coming here for years since we were young and don’t plan on stopping. The only thing is sometimes the servers get overwhelmed and it may take some time for them to help you once you get seated. But the food is great so definitely stop by!

I ordered the Cantaloupe Freeze and a Beef Pad Thai for lunch. The Freeze was good. Just the right amount of sweetness. The password Thai was ok. It was flavorful but I chewed on several strands of hard, undercooked noodles. The atmosphere was lackluster. It was warm and humid indoors.

When I say I love me some hibachis. I always get the steak shrimp and chicken dinner because I like a lot of food. Really good service with a side of strawberry and watermelon slushie. My favorite.

A local fav and go to place for my family. I've ate from every section of their menu and nothing has been bad. Lamb skewers are a hidden gem to me, but the sushi is fresh and my fiancé loves the pineapple rice bowls. My 5 yr old daughter loves the Hibachi noodles!

I absolutely love the sushi from here, and I used to make the trek for carryout once or twice a month for it. Unfortunately, they keep raising their prices, and I can't afford it anymore. They also don't deliver over 7 miles, and I live 7.2 miles, so it's not worth the drive for me when I have to pay so much more for the same order. They don't use delivery services (Uber eats/grubhub/doordash) either, so there's nothing I can do. I was a pretty regular customer for years, so it's a shame I can't swing it anymore. But, if you've got the money and you're close by, I recommend their Pink Lady sushi rolls. They're my favorite.

Delicious food We exercised the vegan option and they made it taste great Chop suey and Kang pao vegetable (not spicy) Becareful while picking up bags as their paper bags may not hold the weight. Service is awesome I will return soon.

First time here torch dragon roll was delicious steak 🥩 hibachi yum yum 😋.

My rice was hard, how do you mess up a California roll I will never know but this place has by far the nastiest soup and salad that comes with hibachi dinner. The 39 I spent last night I would like it back ASAP.

Placed an online order that was suppose to be done at 6:40pm. I get to the restaurant it’s not done, fine, they have me wait till 7:30pm only to tell me they haven’t even started making my order. Will not be back at all. Waste of time.

Didn't like the Soy Sauce saturated (extremely salty) lo main noodle entree but, I did enjoy the fried dumplings.

I've been a loyal customer since the restaurant first came to Matteson. I was looking for a place with good Asian food and Afusion faithfully met my expectations. Lately, however, I've been disappointed by the quality of the food. My last 2 delivered meals were less than satisfying. My most recent order was actually disappointing. The shrimp was hard and overcooked. I believe in supporting local businesses but not sure I'm going to be able to stick with Afusion much longer. The prices have increased and the quality has decreased. That's really too bad.
