We booked through Expedia UK. We arrived at check in. No one was there. It's pin entry hotel. They demanded we pay a 150 pound 'security deposit'. This wasn't mentioned at the time of booking with Expedia. We called them and they wouldn't help us. Thankfully Expedia did and we got our money back. Don't book with this place. It's a rip off.

Lived here for two years, renting rather than short stays. Very good service but be expected for them to charge you 500+ for some minor damage on two sections of the walls. Had to be completely repainted they said, but an agency versus a single guy isn't gonna win, wish I took my money somewhere else, they made 20k from me in two years but still charged me for the marks on the wall. Just don't rent here. Take your money elsewhere, it's just not worth it.

Have stayed here for 6 months. Very well priced and the staff were friendly and welcoming during my stay. Had a minor issue with the hob which was replaced within 2 days. Great location and free street parking is available 5 minute walk away for anyone who doesn't want to pay the daily parking charge

Totally Disgusted! Bad customer services! They don’t do their job properly! I wouldn’t recommend! 0/10 I was wrongly mistaken by this agency! Even they knew they was wrong they did not give me no compensation for the inconvenience! I will be seeing you in court for falsely accusing me! TOTALLY OUTRAGEOUS!
