I am absolutely delighted with the service from Kim and her team. After difficulty accessing the house for delivery, Kim went above and beyond and returned to personally deliver the beautiful floral arrangement after her work day was finished. The arrangement is so beautiful, high quality flowers, arranged with obvious care and passion. Thank you, highly recommended.

I couldn't speak more highly of Kim and her staff for their love, care, service and absolutely beautiful floral Crucifix that we ordered from Perth, Western Australia for my mum's best friend and my Godmother's funeral service in Croydon. From my first call with Kim, it felt like I was talking to a friend, to when it was delivered, and we were advised that the lady who delivered it was just as lovely. It is heartwarming to the family that my Godmother's faith was depicted perfectly with the floral crucifix which was laid on her coffin, then placed in Our Lady's Chapel at their church. Not only was care and love put into this gorgeous creation, but also the professionalism of their service with communication, notification of delivery and also photograph of when it was delivered. I asked for a posy for my friend's mother's funeral in Beckenham. I live in Glasgow so was pleased with the suggestion of thistles together with blue and white flowers (this is my favourite colour combination). We discussed options over the phone. Our family ordered 2 floral tributes for my Dad's funeral from Alexanders. Although we love all the floral sprays and think they look very pretty, as a family we wanted Dad's flowers to also be a tribute to him. They were completely professional throughout, even contacting the undertakers to double check with them the best time to deliver. Just want to say a big thank you to Alexanders for the great service and beautiful flowers. I called around midday and ordered a bouquet. The lovely lady who took the order said she would try and deliver them that day. Which she did and the person I sent then to sent me a picture of them and they were really beautiful. I ordered some funeral flowers for my dad , from Kim at Alexanders, and from start to finish she made the experience very easy at a time when life was hard . I ordered a DAD flower arrangement in yellow and blue and it was excellent. It added a very much needed bit of colour on a otherwise very bleak day . It stood out loud and proud and helped to celebrate my dad's life perfectly.
