A great first experience of this cinema chain. Loved the reclining chairs and retracting tables. Spacious clean cosy. Refreshments deals very competitive. Happy to come again and reccomend

Very good experience. We went during the week so it wasn't busy at all. Popcorn tasted very nice, and drinks were refreshing. Definitely will be going back in the future. Worth booking in advance as some of the screens do not have many seats. Recliners are very comfortable. Staff is always friendly and helpful. The only downside is that parking is not free during the day, only free after 6pm, so the best time to go is in the evening. Definitely recommend visiting this cinema.

It had been a few years since I had last been to this Vue and I was a bit disappointed. The Cinema was dirty and the recliner didn’t not work on one of the seats 💺 There were multiple black stains on the walls. It needs a revamp urgently. The prices are good and it is probably the cheapest option in town although I wouldn’t highly recommend.

I always loved this cinema. But today I found out they don’t pop their popcorn. Never seen anything like it. Popcorn comes in huge plastic airtight bag and it’s thrown in and kept warm. Makes you wonder how much they probably overcharge. We deserve freshly popped popcorn.

Great experience always, friendly staff and comfy seating. Only gripe is we go late at night and we always get the last bits of the popcorn which you can't chew or pick up. Like dust. IF I'm paying £10 for popcorn I expect some decent stuff!

We booked Recliner seats, But none of the recliner works in Screen 1. I already saw Avatar in Vue , where the seats and The whole theatre looks so spacious and classy. But, this screen 1 seems like bad and totally disappointing . You guys should play Jailer in nice place.

Why have you put low quality seats in the wheelchair bay? Is there any need for it? I was really looking forward to the comfy seats as advertised, but had to make do with the old style seats. This is actively discriminating against disabled people. We deserve the same as everyone else. Poor quality seats, no tray tables (like the other seats have), and a broken cup holder. Unacceptable.

None of the recline seats work in screen 2. When I queried this I was informed - rudely- that is says so online and on my tickets. Erm, no it doesn't. Those seats are not comfortable for a long film. The staff were slow and miserable, the pop corn was cold and stale. Then the ladies only had 4 stalls with toilet paper and some of the toilets were blocked. This is the reason I prefer the Light Cinema or Cineworld. The view is expensive and unpleasant.

Always a fantastic time going here to watch a film. Comfy seating to recliners ! You always get good deals! The staff are lovely and attentive. One time my recliner wasn’t working , the manager had gave me a free cinema ticket for next time as a gesture of goodwill! The perfect tuning of the seat , the large screen , cinematic experience and brilliant sound!

Decent cinema overall - much better value after they became more competitive on price. Very comfortable recliner seats (when reclined), but beware - the cheap showings are on screens that "don't" have recliners, in reality have them but are deactivated. The problem is that upright, they are uncomfortable, as they leave your legs dangling about 6in above the floor unless you are well over 6ft tall! Also, please fix the ticket machines by the entrance. Now (for the moment) no parking charges at the Grafton East after 6pm, which beat the normally expensive prices during the day and at the Leisure Park (Light Cinema).
