Not great...all your outdoor plants are dead or dying for lack of someone watering them. And this store is one of the untidiest I've ever seen. Someone needs to make sure the shelves are neat and presentable, not looking like a bomb has hit them. Poor product range too, considering its size. Staff are pleasant though.

I don't know.... Tesco is a good shopping company but when I recently moved to Loidwater I found that half the shelves were empty, the staff were lazing around and were reluctant to help out and a couple had been wearing masks but removed them when they were talking to a worker!!! Mediocre and could have been improved, though the cashier was damn vivacious and very nice so she saved it from a 1 star

The queues at the checkouts have gotten ridiculous now that this store (like so many others) have replaced half of their checkouts with the self-service checkouts (which I won't use as I don't work for Tesco!!!) , and even the ones that remain are not all open. Last week there were only 4 open with 5-6 peoples queuing at each. Tesco, stop putting profit before service & stop cutting jobs! Shame on you Tesco!!!

Way too cold. No other Tesco is that cold. Staff wonderful but they are freezing too.

I’ll put my receipt here so anyone that knows to read will see that on that receipt doesn’t say anything about any restrictions over buying two boxes of the cheap paracetamol that Tesco sales and at the shelf neither … And from here I’ll let the two smart “ managers to explain why I give one star .. Mr smart just to let you know that you don’t have any f right to say to a costumer to get ou from your shop if he doesn’t buy something from you.. Is not your mama’s store, you only work there

Large well equipped & stocked store. Has loads of choice variety and special offers. Most Isles are well stocked and full. And I say this because if you visit certain other supermarkets in comparison depending on which day and what time you attend other stores have empty shelves with no products. Only popped in quickly for the odd bits and bobs but found a few bits and bobs to take home.

Friendly staff. Lots of choice. Big carpark. Costa coffee inside store
