Better don’t! First on our arrival the key from the box didn’t batch and the owner advised us to enter via the bay window 😱 Thanks god another guest heard us talking in front and kindly opened the door. We had the information to stay in room 7 which was a 3 bed room, but where asked next day to swap with a group of young fellows, we obviously agreed as they needed a place to stay. Funnily we ended up in room 4 without a key. The boys didn’t have a key either so we tried to contact the owner - without any success. I think I’ve called him about 20 times and texted several times. We were suppose to stay in a room in Norbury(!!!) without keys. The front door stayed constantly open so anybody was able to pop in and help himself. Next the communal areas. The house had on each floor a nicely fitted kitchen and beautiful bathrooms, unfortunately nobody ever cared for those. Everything was pretty filthy. The bathroom had a rough cleaning once a week. One bathroom didn’t even had a toilet seat nor lights. The shower hooks were everywhere broken. The rooms had nice insulated windows and a pretty new flooring, the beds had better times and the walls need to be touched up. Room 4 could also have a chest of drawer as there is nothing to store your items (anyway without keys you might not want to store anything) The garden was piled up with bin bags. The front of the house as well, it stunk pretty much. Pretty disappointed. House has plenty of unused potential.

Among the worst places on earth... Took about 20 min to come in because there is no way to contact anyone once your at the front door. Inside, the room was extremly dirty. Lots of dust awaits you under every piece of furniture. In the beds, be ready for a colony of bed bugs. I have 73 bites all over myself! Don't mind asking the owner, he won't respond to anything. The toilets were paperless, and only one was functional (meaning it had a place to sit). Be also ready for a kitchen like you've never seen one. We've seen raw chicken on the counter for 2 days and the trash can never emptied. The smeel of the kitchen is enough to keep you aways from it. DON'T GO THERE.

This places is not your typical hotel. No front desk here or 24 hour services. Someone is randomly here upon boss Jonathan order to check in n out and everything. So you will have random faces show up , knocking on your room door everyday to check when u checking out or recheck your agoda check in voucher and so on. Pretty miscommunication here. If you have any problems u probably need to solve it yourself. Sharing bathroom and kitchen here. Well sharing bathroom pretty inconvenient sometimes when u have urge to wee or especially doing big. Kitchen wise nothing much to shout about, have utensil, cup, plates and washing machine , microwave , kettle and fridge too. All on sharing basic. Expecting all stay here grow up washing after themselves is not happening.... they don't change your bedroom bedsheets or pillow case at all unless u stay longer than a week then u have to manually request clean set bedsheets from those randomly show up every morning base on boss order person. It is a mess system. U have to clean your own room, change bedsheets yourself, no towel will be provided , being your own toiletries too. Sometimes toilet even running out of toilet paper ... and toilet floor is pretty wet especially after someone has use the shower... the Wi-Fi connection will be down daily between 5-6pm too... weekend Friday or Saturday this places is disaster due to neighbour hour having party , loud music, people talking loud outside, and children screaming.. So weekend here u need to avoid at all cost....as for convenience wise location pretty good as a few step away from the high street.. have everything in high street like co-ops, super drug, little convenient store, chicken cottages, nearby norbury train station too. Plenty of bus stop very near by too. Entering the house using passcode lock system. Pretty lacking of security since some tenants here don't really lock the main door or side door inside, sometimes middle of the night easily have some stranger walked inside this places knocking on your door.. which is ridiculous... security wise is huge issue too.. washing machine for broke down jammed, owner didn't fixed it at all... try other places if u can similar price

very weird place to be, nobody on the door ,nobody answers the phone , called 1 hour to have all the info to get in, and also weirdo guy trying to get me into his car , to another hotel. really freak me out , almost call the police , lots of people smoke pots at the frond of the house , as well as in the backyards , very annoying place .

Cheap, and 45minutes away from London centrum. Beds were fine, showers were warm but the floor was really dirty. Molt on the walls and on some furniture. If it had been clean, i would give 5 stars. Also the contact person was hard to reach.

FRAUD !! HE IS FRAUD!! DON'T TRUST HIM !! HE IS FRAUD .We got totally disappointed with the service.we booked an arrival time at 19:00 ,the owner of the property called me at 16:00 and said to changed the timing to 20:15 has he said he missed his train , we agreed and we delayed to arrive in the property.When we arrived at 20:15 and tried to call him he started to give excuses saying he cannot come there right now,.he will refund the money.I said to him ,I got two little children ,the excuse you are giving is totally unacceptable. He started to give more excuses.When I said I will call the police ,he arranged another room in another place far away from current one,with FILTHY SHARED TOILET.The room was not properly cleaned and microwave and fridge that they provided were unclean as well .The person is absolutely fraud and no one else get cheated by booking his rooms. pls no one book this room .he is absolute fraud .

Absolutely terrible experience! We couldn't even stay there for 30 minutes before leaving to go and stay at a friend's house. When we got there, the door was wide open when we got there, there was no one downstairs and we had to WhatsApp someone to ask for our key. When we did get into our room, we saw stains on our sheets, stains on the (heavily cracked) walls, dirty floors, used condom wrappers on the floor as well as dead leaves on the floor... it's summer? How are there dead leaves in Summer? Clearly shows that this place is barely swept. Also, they don't give you covers or a duvet but they don't tell you this. Our shared bathroom shower head was being held together by duct tape and had no toilet paper? Absolutely shambolic! Do not stay here!

What a horrendous and disgusting experience. I would call it SW16 ROOMS of Elm Street really. To start with, I booked a room in Norbury, but was given another in Tooting, and guess what filthy stairs and filthy room. Half of my room had no wood flooring. To my horror, the next morning, most of my body had bug bites and I was even bitten in my ear would you believe????? I tried to call the owner, he never picks up his mobile. When I went to the hospital they gave me some kind of cream only and said there was nothing they could do for me. Truly, it was an experience from HELL!!!!!!!!!!!!! I have evidence of what I said just in case. The bites were quite itchy too. Eliza
