Great location. The staff were all friendly. We arrived after a flight from Indonesia via Turkey and were tired - fast checkin, no problems. I had booked this place because it seemed new and clean. We weren't let down: Latitude is clean and comfortable. The kitchen was super modern, the shower too, there is a laundry machine in the kitchen - very convenient and easy to use. I've stayed in 5-star hotels that offered less. The location: it seemed quiet and was a stone's throw from the East Croydon station. Will definitely stay here again if we get a chance. Best bang for the buck in London, I think! Can't think of anything that we didn't like. We had no issues at all. Everything was clean and modern - just like the pics.

My flatmate and I stayed in flat 42 Latitude Apartment for over three years, all throughout covid and beyond. This is one of my most memorable years ever. We absolutely loved the flat and I was extremely happy. Probably saw the landlord once as we never had any issues. I want to thank the the owners for our stay.

I am profoundly grateful to Dr and her team for invariably affording me one of my best residency experiences in the UK. My tenancy graduated from a 6-month stay into 3 year AST. The location was very central which was brilliant. The apartment was perfect for our needs. I will miss the fractostratus over the wonderful green space!

Had an excellent experience here during two weeks whilst I found myself some longer term accommodation in the country. The apartments are larger than you'll expect from the photos. They are very comfortable and have underfloor heating which is just such the right way to go for heating! The location is also good just a 5 minute walk to East Croydon Station and a few more minutes to the shops in the center of Croydon. Really appreciated their flexibility in terms of mine in and move out dates. Can highly recommend.

I had a great stay at Latitude for nearly 2 years. I will miss the place, the space, friends and my landlord. Pros: 1. Close to station so it was easy for me to get into Canary Wharf 2. Good quality furnishings and massive space. 3. Landlord was very kind and sorted out issues immediately. 4. Heating worked well in winter as it was underfloor heating. 5. Good to be amongst professional people. A sense of community with diverse crowd who were kind and friendly (Block C, Latitude). 6. Park just across for jogging. Tennis Court was a bonus. Cons: 1. There was some bigotry from a nasty neighbour from the tall tower. A busy bee oldish white lady was always poking her nose in my business and it seemed she was obsessed with finding out more about my landlord. Unnecessary intimidation so avoid her! Overall - would recommend.

We had a family 2-bedroom apartment and ours was brilliantly spacious. It was a large apartment, more space than others in central London so pleased with our choice! ​​​​​​​​​​​​​​ Good equipment and fittings. The kitchenette was well stocked with dishes and dishwasher for our convenience, and a full sized refrigerator. As it was hot, the owner arranged for mobile aircon which was a bonus. The location is very near to the station and halal food is available on the doorstep. Box Park has a wonderful halal joint "Thai Express" that serves one of the best Nasi Goreng we had in London (other is Makan Cafe in Portobello Road). There are 2 supermarkets within 5 mins walking and a massive green park across the block. We felt very safe in the area and people were generally friendly in providing us with directions. The staff were very friendly, professional and every attempt possible was made to be accommodating. They always had good attitude and quick answer. Next time we come to London, we will definitely stay here....Totally recommend!

Excellent location.

I thought I’d share my thoughts following my third (and longest) stay at Latitude. I got to know about the apartment block through friends who recognise that I needed a longer-term solution for staying in London for my work. My main home is in Spain. However I’m frequently in London so I decided that I would take a longer term lease. The apartment is perfect for me, from its positioning, (close enough to the station and town), to its general physical appointment. It’s in beautiful condition and if ever there have been tiny inevitable niggles the apartments management have pretty much fixed them there and then on the day that help was required. I find everybody associated with the building to be really pleasant and helpful. I can’t recommend this place any higher.

Stayed at latitude apartments with family in between my uni breaks. Upsize from a Bristol Digs to Latitude was a luxury. Good to find this place away from our usual Malaysian Kampung in Bayswater as lots of things to explore. Would encourage more fellow Malaysians to come to Croydon as only 15 minutes from Gatwick and London Victoria.

We live in Altitude 25 and this is the 3rd time in a year that we have no running water for 2 days or more. I would suggest to steer away from this building. It’s unmortgageable… Also, the building for Altitude 25 for some reason was removed from Google Maps 🙄🙄🙄

Terrible customer service. I phoned about a booking and was told by Saul to email him what I had just said on the phone...heard nothing back, emailed again and phoned them twice and they said they will make sure he calls me back but nothing. Clearly they don't value the custom but at least have the courtesy to say.

We stayed for 5 days and extended by a further 6 days we we were not sure as to what to expect. The communication was first class with response time ultra efficient. Wonderfully located in between London Gatwick and the London central district, it's a close walk to the station with express trains into London. The staff were fantastic from the moment we arrived, nothing was too much trouble. I particularly loved the fact there were no carpets, just wooden flooring throughout because I am allergic.The rooms were decent size with proper double beds and comfortable mattress. The two bathrooms were a bonus. The kitchen was fully stocked and we liked the free snacks and water. Good restaurants locally and handy for waitrose. The only negative - no TV in bedroom. Kudos on everything....especially for the attentive staff. Outstanding!!

What a fabulous apartment in Croydon, with the station literally around the corner. The location is more than ideal, in a lovely residential neighborhood yet close to downtown. The building was private and quiet and although there were many other flats, we didn't hear or see others. The apartment is right in the center of everything but fashioned perfectly for a quiet stay. I was able to visit everything I wanted to via foot. Plenty of shops and Box Park / restaurants within walking distance. Very safe & walkable. It's spacious, well decorated, beautiful, clean, & extremely comfortable. There were plenty of towels, sheets, kitchen gadgets, etc and includes anything you could possibly need. The staff have been wonderful from the moment we submitted a booking request. Always quick to respond, very helpful with advice and answers to any questions. Check in was simple and help extended to take our luggage up to our apartmennt. The apartment was just great and perfect for our needs. I recommend the location of the apartment to any intending visitors to London who would like the freedom of apartment accomodation (versus a stay in a hotel room) and to escape the madness of the city at the end of the day. I would absolutely stay here again and couldn't recommend it more highly!!!

Stayed in the 2 bedroom apartment 29th September to October 6th. My wife and I were in the locality and wanted something more substantial than a hotel room. Came across these apartments and they were perfect for our needs! Clean bright spacious and well kitted out for self catering! Minutes walk from rail links to London and elsewhere and minutes walk to shops and restaurants! Management were very responsive and attentive! Perfect home from home for business or pleasure! Will use again!!

The company that runs apart hotel in residential building LIES on their pictures and on the address. They are not Altitude 25 that they have on the picture showing large lobby! And most definitely address is not Altyre Road. Latitude is building next door with no large lobby and definitely not as fancy building. People that rent those flats and place food orders constantly provide wrong address to delivery companies wasting their time.

We stayed in Latitude Apartmens for four days. The apartment was very clean, modern with a lot of space. Perfectly located near train station, bus stops (easy to reach Selhurs Park), food court, supermarket and shops. Just about 20 minutes by train from London and Gatwick. Check-in and check-out service was very nice and easy. Dr Naila was warm and friendly and gave us a lot of information about what to see, do and eat in Croydon and London. We rekommend Latitude Apartments

Visiting London for a medical job for 1 year at a local hospital . Location was good . Plenty of places to eat locally with good reasonable value for money food. Train station 3 minute walk from flat . Really really helpful for morning commute. Park directly opposite the flat. My flat overlooks the park and every morning bathed in sunshine . Landlady extremely helpful and her responsive team always willing to assist with any issues that cropped up ( hardly any ). Shout out to concierge who was always around to sort out all of us tenants and knew us by our first names .

I had a fantastic experience at Latitude, conveniently located near the train station. The standout feature of this place is undoubtedly its exceptional team, led by Saul. Saul is not only highly efficient but also incredibly kind and humble. He always provides swift and effective solutions to any concerns. Good accommodation with full facilities, close to restaurants, markets and a Park. I was fortunate to be on the top floor and the eyeshot was marvellous with plenty of natural light. My contract ends in December so I will be sad leaving this place.

My mum and I stayed at Latitude apartments for 9 months and we had the loveliest stay! The support team at Latitude are helpful, thoughtful and they really go the extra mile. We felt totally at home and comfortable the whole time. The apartment was kept in perfect condition our entire stay. We enjoyed all the amenities and found the soundproof walls came in handy for karaoke at night! The view of Croydon from the balcony was an added bonus. Can’t recommend enough.
