A fine selection of cask, key keg, and bottled beers in good condition on my visit. Friendly owners, "homey" atmosphere allowing chatting without loud mood music. Enjoyable. 1 year on, and the vibe remains the same. Cheery but not OTT Christmas decorations and good atmosphere. A great feature is that the real ale prices remain reasonable, despite local competition for lower, and higher, London prices. Taken as a whole, for this sort of gentle environment, coupled with friendly personal service it’s great value. Keep up the good work.

Unusual place to pop into. Everything is mismatched and fantastic. Too many beers ans ciders to choose from. No aires or graces in this place which is great. Very knowledgeable owner of the drinks on offer. Will definitely visit again.

An absolute gem of a micro pub in the middle of Selsdon. Very well kept beer, great selection and friendly, knowledgable staff. A delayed but worthy successor to the late, great “Beer Circus” in South Croydon. My only gripe is that I don’t get to visit often and when I do, I usually have to leave before I’d like to. Great to see it busy and seemingly thriving, rather than surviving, these interesting times. If you like well kept, tasty and different beers, this is your place.

This Micro Pub is just the sort of thing this area needs! The pubs around there are generally pretty dire. It has good quality beers and wines, at very good prices. Maria, the owner, went out of her way to chat and suggest drinks that we might like. I settled on a bottle of Nigerian lager, called Gulder, which had a nice malty taste of an ale while still being light and fizzy like a lager. My partner had a glass of full-bodied Chianti, which she really enjoyed. The clientele was friendly, and the place had a good atmosphere. We intend to pop in regularly from now on.

I love this place. It has become my local away from home. When ever I work here I look forward to coming here. Matt and Maria and and really nice people, friendly warm and welcoming. As are the regular drinkers ive met over the last year. Fantastic range of alcohols to to have in house or take home.

A very good micro pub with a good choice of real ale and keg, with loads of other types of drinks for those that don't drink beer. they have a good snack range also. Maria (also speaks Spanish) and Matt take time to have a chat with you. but as with most other micro pubs, so do the regulars.

A very nice cosy pub with a excellent selection of freshly tapped and bottled beer that us housemade, local, regional or from all over the world. Try the ale of the house. It's a very tasty and not too fruity brew made by the owner of the pub. He himself is around once in a while and he is a very nice person. The lady behind the bar is gorgeous and very friendly. It's a nice place to meet local people and have a nice talk. Exactly what I expect from a pub. Perfect! 😊

Maria and Matt are the most the hostest for the most established pub. Wednesday quiz night If you pop, they will tell you about the events they have coming up. If you like darts. Try your board it's there for the winning. Kid friendly with the selection of board games on hand. Overall, it is a fabulous, friendly environment.

We struggled with the heat of the place as the plastic separation into booths restricted air flow. Get past that and the beers were great, staff friendly and a nice place to sit and have a few jars. It's not that large so you may have to wait to get in.

Neat little establishment, friendly staff and loads of lovely drinks for those who drink alcohol or those who don't. I look forward to trying some of the ciders available, so far I've only been on the non alcoholic beverages but I will update once I've got in to try the other available bits. Also, the bar snacks available are just amazing, so much to choose from, there's something for everyone to snack on whilst socialising and having a drinkypoos or two Also, a Pokéstop for any Pokémon hunters out there 👍🏼
