Best Massage I've ever had and I consider myself a bit of a connaisseur in that I've had many dozens of massages: in my home, in five-star hotels and in small salons throughout Europe and North America. I should also add that I'm not an easy person to please when it comes to massages. The pressure applied during my Ananta massage was perfect - I asked for firm and that's what I got. The fusion of Swedish and Thai techniques was a great combination that I'd never had before. Additionally, it was thorough from head to toe, while the heated bed, incense and music made for a very restful experience. I went in with extremely sore muscles and still feel great days later. I will be booking again soon for myself and probably buying as gifts for some loved ones. I cannot recommend Ananta strongly enough. To be honest, I wasn't expecting it to be as good as it was.... I had driven by Ananta many times but had been put off by the somewhat drab exterior. However, I was in desperate need of a massage and didn't fancy going into London. I had read other great reviews, so I thought I'd take a risk on a local venue. It was well worth it!

Jeana and her team at Ananta are simply brilliant. Having travelled much of Asia over many years, I have become accustomed to their art of relaxation, deep tissue and reflexology massages. It is very difficult to find a similar authentic experience here while I am in the UK. I have wasted a lot of money to experience mediocre Asian massages. Just like Thai restaurants, it's nowhere near as good as the real thing. However massages with Jeana are like being back in Thailand. I suffer from stress in the shoulders and because I am tall I often need to stretch back muscles to maintain posture. Seeing Jeana regularly really helps whilst I am not in Asia. The salon is excellent. Well decorated, clean, inviting and the location is very practical. I am always greeted with a smile and personal service which makes me feel very welcome and relaxed. I would not hesitate to recommend Ananta Massage to anyone- in fact I have to many friends who are now regulars. Keep up the good work Jeana and I will see you very soon!

The most amazing massage ever. My wife and I had the couple’s massage. I “upgraded” mine to deep tissue massage. We came out feeling rejuvenated and renewed. That was our second session but we already have our follow up booked in 3 weeks. This is now our go-to place for massage in Purley. Needless to say, we highly recommend the place.

Tuk was a brilliant masseuse, and I've had many massages around the world, it was up there with the best. I felt amazing afterwards and had the most restful sleep that night. Also, all the staff were really friendly and accommodating. Thank you, I will definitely be back.

This was our first time visiting Ananta massage. My massage was great, Jeana is a great masseuse, very friendly and you can tell she has a lot of knowledge! However there’s a couple of points which sadly ruined our experience yesterday. 1) When we arrived we filled out a form to say which parts of our body we didn’t want touched. My partner said he didn’t want his hair touched and I said I didn’t want my face touched - this is because we were meant to go out to lunch after the massage. Towards the end of the massage my partner fell asleep and woke up to the masseuse massaging his head! Jeana also placed her hands on my face with a lot of oil (at this point I thought there’s no point in telling her to stop as it’s too late). I’m quite disappointed both masseuses didn’t take the time to read both of our forms when we had written this. 2) The door bell rang twice while I was having my massage and both times I was interrupted while the door was answered. I found this to be really unprofessional and I have to say I’ve never experienced this before. I thought maybe an extra 5 minutes would be added on at the end for the inconvenience, but mine and my partners massage finished at the same time. To improve this, a receptionist should be hired. If these two things didn’t happen this massage would have been a much more relaxing and enjoyable experience.

Probably the most intense and strongest massage I've ever had. No pain no gain! Fantastic massage, they really know what they are doing. Don't ask for Maya if you want something relaxing!

As authentic as it gets. Came here after pulling my neck muscle and ended up sorting most of my knots out. Walked out feeling as light as a feather and would certainly be walking back in on a regular basis. Must book in advance.

Just had the most incredible massage here by Tuk Tuk (sorry if I've spelt that wrong!) She was so lovely and really worked into all the knots in my neck back and shoulders... I will 100% be going back for another one. The stretches were also amazing! The whole place was spotless and smelt amazing too, can't wait for my next visit!
