Good fun, clean and tidy set up, polite staff from membership desk entrance to gaming staff. Sorry but I'm going to name drop the staff member who we really thought was great, Elaine. I had mentioned when we got our electronic devices that we hadn't played before and from that moment continuing through our time there she approached us (my partner and me) giving us advice, explaining the rules of the games, how to use the device and giving us free games as part of our first visit bonus. She made the evening easy for us. The food was tasty, its a basic menu, but it's all you need on a night like this, the food and drink prices were very reasonable. All in all, it was a pleasant evening, very enjoyable. 👌

Poor prize money considering how expensive the books are. Very noisy during play, often caused by staff. Service at the bar is slow. Member of staff in the membership desk sitting with feet up and drinking a can of coke. Caller tends to rush, especially on the seasonal flyer.

As first timers, me and my partner had a great time. All the staff are so helpful and answered our many questions with a smile, customer service was 1st class. We had a fun evening and will return. We even won a rude bear 🤣 and a VIP free meal.

So called manager needs to go on some training when dealing with customers. Her attitude is terrible had she worked for me she'd have been sacked - after years of loyal service I WILL NOT STEP FOOT IN THERE AGAIN.....

Okay, my friend and I LOVE this place. All the staff are absolutely lovely and super helpful, especially since my friend and I had never been to bingo before. They were really considerate of us being newbies and although it took as a couple of goes to master the paper books (they also do electronic if that's your fancy) but we eventually got the hang of it. I was also happily shocked by how many vegan options they had on their food menu! We literally now go every two weeks because its so fun! I totally recommend this place for bingo lovers! 5Stars ALL round!

We were playing a link game at 9.15pm ,when all we could hear was the manager having an argument with a couple, A few of us shushed them, and even the caller couldn't belive the noise they were making and then I shouted to the manager to ask them to be quite as we couldn't hear the numbers being called, only for the manager shout right across the hall and tell us to be quite, what a way for a manager to speak to his customers. Since then we refuse to stay for the late sessions, and now only go maybe once a week, rather than 4-5 times. SHAME ON YOU .

A beautiful bingo venue, sessions are reasonably priced. Staff are polite and facilities are clean. The food isn’t that great, but still really affordable compared to some places.

Not much parking available if you go over by car. The club itself is ok, was clean inside and the staff members were polite. Ticket prices were a bit expensive, considering the prize money was fairly low. The food was basic - but edible. Good range of drinks.
