😠 20+ calls over last 4 weeks but they never return your calls. They are neither apologetic about that either. I am not sure how main dealership could be so pathetic in customer service. Avoid them completely unless you want to keep running to them. People often mention service, Jaguar, months, dealership, days, experience, Jardine, weeks, call, told,

Think twice before booking your car in at this dealership. My car was booked in for some recall work to be carried out . On 4 separate occasions spanning 2 months the appointment was cancelled the day before. On the 5th appointment I called the day before to confirm everything was in order and going ahead to which they agreed. Upon arrival the next morning I was greeted with we are really sorry sir we need to cancel again. No phone call or email. A morning off work. To say I'm unhappy is an understatement. I will never book again with this shambles of an outfit. Customer service and planning skills need addressing!

Kind of useless. Jaguar i-pace was booked in June 2023 to check the air-conditioning system. I told them it had a leak. They booked for a diagnostic which was 2 days onsite. We collected the car with the air-con working fine for a few days until it leaked again. It was clear they didn't bother doing a diagnostic during those two days but simply refilled the gas. We then had to wait 3 months until November in order to get a courtesy car. Shortly before our booking we were contacted that a car would not be available. So we rebooked, and rebooked. Just been contacted at end of day that yet again for the 3rd time a car would not be available for our service tomorrow. They promise a car, make you wait months longer for a diagnostic that they couldn't be bothered to complete correctly in the first place, then constantly let you down.

I had an awful experience with Jardine Jaguar Slough. I bought a brand new top-of-the-range I-Pace. Paid £75k and received zero customer service. There was literally no going back. Issue No1. As soon as I drove off I noticed that there was an issue with my boot, not closing/opening properly. The boot catch mechanism wasn’t aligned properly. I tried for 3 weeks to book in . Meanwhile, I could not use my boot at all and had difficulty putting the car on charge, because of the “open boot” message, so I avoided driving and charging it as much as I could. Finally, I gave up on Slough and called Sytner Jaguar. I received a courtesy car and had that fixed within a few days. Issue No2. A few days later after collecting, my car’s registration documents (V5C) came in the post. There was an error with the Vehicle owner / Registered keeper details. I asked Jardine Jaguar Slough for help and to provide a letter to DVLA clarifying the error. They would not help nor let me view the form that I originally filled out as I am convinced I filled it correctly. It took me 3 months and a lot of stress to put it right with DVLA Issue No3. Spare key. There was a delay on the spare key. I finally received it 10 months later. There was not a single update on my key from Jardine Slough in 10 months. I finally received a call from another Jardine Jaguar and collected the key from them. Issue No3. The number plate was printed on the angle and not centred, so the first letter of the registration was actually printed on top of the green stripe to the left. It looked stupid so I re-printed my number plates myself. Issue No4. As per the invoice, I should have received a Jaguar teddy. 13 months later I still haven’t received it. I love my I-Pace and I am looking forward to more electric cars from Jaguar, but I will be going to Sytner since they are fixing all my issues.

A single star is too high a score. The dealership have been shambolic for months. First a recall left me without my car for around two months (!!) with almost no communication from anyone in the dealership. The number of times I asked for an update and was ignored or calls were not returned probably exceeded fifteen occasions. Then after an excellent attempt to salvage the relationship from service agent, Hannah (she is absolved of blame), I booked in for a service. At which point the workshop accidentally smashed one of my windows leaving me without my car for (so far) a further two weeks with complete silence. Things are still not resolvedZ Things are a shambles at this dealership.

If you're thinking of this company - best of luck! I called them 3 weeks ago for an estimate/quote, was told the workshop were busy and would ring me back. I checked they had my 'phone number - I'm still waiting. So, if this is typical their service, I would suggest, DON'T BOTHER!

Before parting with nearly £50k I was treated like a king, but when I collected the car there were a few problems that I was promised would be fixed before I collected the car. Anyway i collected the car and they were not fixed. 2 months later I am still waiting!! and the sales guy has left the business and none of his colleagues ever follow up on anything. I've called and emailed plenty of times and end up holding for ages until I give up. So I would advise strongly not to buy a car from this place unless you want to feel completely disappointed and don't be fooled by the smart showroom because they only want your money. Once they have it they don't care if you have any problems, even if they promised to fix before you parted with your money. Update: 6 months later and they eventually agreed to fix the parts they said they would when I purchased the car. I left the car with them for a week and when I collected it only one of the three problems had been fixed. It has now taken me 2 weeks of emails and calls and no one is getting back to me.

Matt Paterson was very helpful. I had and still have a problem with my car, you had it for 2 days, you could not fix it, I came to collect my car, and as I drove out, I noticed the engine light was on. This meant I had to wait in your showroom for 4 hours until it was fixed. Awful service!!!! By the way, I was told that apprentices do most of the work, and they probably didn’t notice the engine light.

We were a bit nervous and anxious given this was our 1st time in the UK that we were looking for a car. We weren't too sure which one to go for etc. We then spoke to Mr Paul Uppal, who understood our needs, requirements and also the budget we had in mind and showed us this amazing Jaguar F-Pace, he sent us videos of the car explaining all details and specs. He was very patient with us and answered all our questions. He never left our side throughout the experience, helped understand the different terms and abbreviations of the financing process. He made us feel at such ease, it felt like we've known him for years!! We are very happy and satisfied with the car and very happy with Mr. Paul Uppal's support!!

All Lovely from the start. We loved personalised Videos. Sarju was helpful. He even adjusts to our free time for the car collection, and he arrives on his off to make sure everything will go smoothly

Brett gave us such a personal and welcoming experience! He took the time out to inform us of each individual step that had been taken as well as helping us complete everything necessary on our side.

my only problem is it is difficult to speak to someone about the car after having taking delivery we would like some help from someone in the team with a few questions about the vehicle and the app so we know how to get the maximum benefit from the new vehicle a decent handbook we be useful

Put down a deposit on an F-PACE then Jardine refused to offer to deliver it when the advert stated that home delivery was an option. Don't advertise home delivery on your website or Auto Trader listings if you're not prepared to deliver. Also don't lie to customers that you don't do home delivery when it's written in black and white on your website.

Incredible client service, regular updates and car arrived when they said it would. Ryan Garrett is a great sales person, nothing was too much trouble, and the attention to detail was amazing…a great asset to Jardine! I was given the VIP treatment when I collected the car and had a lovely experience. Thank you Ryan & Jardine for my amazing car and the great experience

Complete and utter shambles!!! DON'T and I express DON'T be fooled by 1st Impressions. Yes, when you first enter the show room you are greeted with smiles, taken to a desk at the back, offered tea, coffee, biscuits and you are made to feel welcome - but BAM when they've got your car that's when it all goes sour. My car went in for a recall and I was told it could be with them for 2 days, that was fine. Received a call within the 1st few hours to say it needed an additional part but that should be with them in the morning. Received a text the following day to say the part hadn't turned up. 3 days later not one single person can tell me what's happening with my car. I have called 3 times in 24 hours and no one has bothered to call me back. How do they possibly expect people to act when they get treated this way and leave them without transport for so long, don't they realise people need their cats to get to work!!!! If I could give a negative review, I would. If you happen to read this review I would honestly advise you to go elsewhere. If the dealer reads this, don't respond with a generic response saying ' I am sorry to hear this.......please email......' I want someone to CALL MEEEEEEE

Edited and increased to 3 stars: I had been trying to contact them for 2 weeks as I was interested in 2 cars they had on Autotrader. One guy said to come in and wait hours until they can help. Twice used the chat agent and they said they will follow up but no call back made. However when I made an online booking then I did get a call back ok. Delay was their loss though as I found a newer F type elsewhere for a bit more money and bought that.

Yesterday I had a small but difficult situation to resolve quickly. I had to remove my wheel before getting a new tyre fitted but could not find the wheel nut lock for my XJ. I telephoned your parts dept and spoke with Dorian who dealt with my enquiry most helpfully and efficiently. The upshot was that I had an appointment this morning to provide a set of 4 new wheel nuts. In the scheme of things a small job but it was handled by all those whom I came in touch with in reception Rosie. Also the sales time whilst I waited who gave me a very interesting and valuable update on all that is going on at Jaguar in respect of new cars etc. Thank you and well done to everyone in the team.

Dreadful. I was quoted 3 different prices for the same service. Even when I turned up on the day, having booked it in myself online with agree pricing, there was still an attempt to charge a higher price quoted directly. There was no stamp available to stamp the service book despite specifically being advised in the booking to bring my book along as my car is pre 2013. Never had this issue before and was not advised about it until the work had been carried out. I was promised a follow up to this but have heard nothing. If I do not hear back from you and this is not rectified I will report your dealership to JLR.

Overall very professional sales team. They answered my calls very promptly and responded to my emails immediately. The whole buying experience went extremely well without any pressure and I’m very happy

Easily the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with. Jaguar XJL currently in for warranty work for 5 weeks. Nearly 20 calls for update and not a single returned call. Sales are great… but don’t ever get a car serviced or repaired there (they also trapped a cable in a Discovery I own, which disabled the parking sensors. Then claimed it couldn’t have been them!). Truly, truly awful.

The sales team at Slough Jaguar has to be the worst service and quality I’ve experienced over many years of purchasing luxury vehicles. The sales team were uncontactable by phone or email for a full day prior to picking up a new vehicle and only contacted me back when I said I was not coming to get the vehicle that day. The car was miss described and after a long drive to collect the car it quickly apparent it was coved in unmentioned scuffs, chips on the bonnet and windscreen, flat battery, boot would not open and was miss aligned, interior scratches still visible after being told it looked like new, Two doors with a poor re-spray and over spray on the car plus 3 tyres that would be picked up on an MOT. I was told this is all within Jaguar approved standards and the sales manager didn’t when see fit to come and talk to me in person, even when I walked out of the dealership without the car he just looked at me sheepishly? Absolutely shocking for a main dealer! A posh looking dealership that operates like a back street garage, Just doing the minimum and getting the car sold in poor condition. 5 hours of my time, £150 of fuel, plate retention and insurance changes wasted! I see the brand very differently now

Absolutely shocking experience. Wouldn't assist in helping answer a question about the location of sensors on an iPace instead told me to book in for a service booking. Extremely unhelpful

Terrible customer service. The regular service took 3 days to complete, and on completion the vehicle was left in-accessible near the workshop, and hadn’t even been prepared for collection.

All members of staff were very helpful. Sidney Vigo was very patient with me and made good suggestions and assisted me with a step by step and links to transfer my personal number plate across to my new car. The car was ceramic coated and fully serviced before I picked it up. It looked stunning. It had all the extras that I had been looking for and I am very happy with the purchase. My only issue is that I still have not had written confirmation on the warranty with the car.

Very polite and comprehensive to my needs. Understanding and no pressure. Explore all the benefits available and also made aware those unknowns which can be problematic in the long run and to to avoid them.
