I
had
an
awful
experience
with
Jardine
Jaguar
Slough.
I
bought
a
brand
new
top-of-the-range
I-Pace.
Paid
£75k
and
received
zero
customer
service.
There
was
literally
no
going
back.
Issue
No1.
As
soon
as
I
drove
off
I
noticed
that
there
was
an
issue
with
my
boot,
not
closing/opening
properly.
The
boot
catch
mechanism
wasn’t
aligned
properly.
I
tried
for
3
weeks
to
book
in
.
Meanwhile,
I
could
not
use
my
boot
at
all
and
had
difficulty
putting
the
car
on
charge,
because
of
the
“open
boot”
message,
so
I
avoided
driving
and
charging
it
as
much
as
I
could.
Finally,
I
gave
up
on
Slough
and
called
Sytner
Jaguar.
I
received
a
courtesy
car
and
had
that
fixed
within
a
few
days.
Issue
No2.
A
few
days
later
after
collecting,
my
car’s
registration
documents
(V5C)
came
in
the
post.
There
was
an
error
with
the
Vehicle
owner
/
Registered
keeper
details.
I
asked
Jardine
Jaguar
Slough
for
help
and
to
provide
a
letter
to
DVLA
clarifying
the
error.
They
would
not
help
nor
let
me
view
the
form
that
I
originally
filled
out
as
I
am
convinced
I
filled
it
correctly.
It
took
me
3
months
and
a
lot
of
stress
to
put
it
right
with
DVLA
Issue
No3.
Spare
key.
There
was
a
delay
on
the
spare
key.
I
finally
received
it
10
months
later.
There
was
not
a
single
update
on
my
key
from
Jardine
Slough
in
10
months.
I
finally
received
a
call
from
another
Jardine
Jaguar
and
collected
the
key
from
them.
Issue
No3.
The
number
plate
was
printed
on
the
angle
and
not
centred,
so
the
first
letter
of
the
registration
was
actually
printed
on
top
of
the
green
stripe
to
the
left.
It
looked
stupid
so
I
re-printed
my
number
plates
myself.
Issue
No4.
As
per
the
invoice,
I
should
have
received
a
Jaguar
teddy.
13
months
later
I
still
haven’t
received
it.
I
love
my
I-Pace
and
I
am
looking
forward
to
more
electric
cars
from
Jaguar,
but
I
will
be
going
to
Sytner
since
they
are
fixing
all
my
issues.
