I made an order for 1 gluten free pizza. My dad went to collect it to save the time and delivery charge. When he got there they told him there was no order for 1 gluten free pizza. (I had the call log to prove I had made an order). They said they would make it but it would take 30 minutes. We had other food to collect and could not sit there and wait 30 minutes. I called when he got back home and explained what had happened and the women was rude and said "well he didn't want to wait I did not take your order I need to find out who took your order". I said I would reorder but could they deliver as I didn't want to drive back out again and she said 'no there will be a charge and its a minimum spend of £18". They have lost loyal customers.

Amazing italian authentic food! Sometimes my food does arrive 10-15 late but it never disappoints. Food stays warm. Definitely recommend 👍🏽

Honestly fantastic food, even had the great customer service to call me and check the order before cooking as I amended a dish slightly. Highly recommended, will be going back soon. For now, I'm stuffed.

Wish I could give this place 0 stars because if anywhere deserves it, it's this awful place. Ordered food, it didn't come, they didn't call, they didn't notify that they were here and then said they came...but they never did, then refused to give any refund even though we never received any food and waited over an hour to hear from them. This place basically scams people for a living so you would be much better off spending your money anywhere else, even McDonald's because that food is better than no food :) P.s. the manager of the restaurant is the delivery driver so he knows he was at fault and still refused to give any refund.

BEWARE If I could give no star I would. Had food delivery from Caspari Walton on thames, and waited for an hour. We telephone them and all personnel who answered the phone are rude. They said they were at first and they are on there way. Then we followed up again after another 30 minutes and they said no one was answering the door. They obviously went to the wrong house!!!. They did not even call us if there is no one answering the door so we could say that we are home and that they are knocking on the wrong place. Now we were left with no food and they did not want to refund us. Very disappointed and very hungry. Money has also been taken. HAVE ATLEAST THE DECENCY TO REFUND AS WE DID NOT RECEIVE THE FOOD ORDERED. Terrible Telephone and delivery service all together. All you want is to have quiet night in with supposedly nice take away but this happened.

I love this place, the food and service is amazing! Many of these reviews are fake and horrible. People do not realise that each item you order is made from scratch, all fresh.That is why it may be time consuming as it's not like fast foods which is what many of us are used to. Worth the wait!!!

Just ordered a couple of pizzas from Car park and they were delicious. Hubby said his pepperoni hot was the best pizza he had ever had. We collected pizza and the aroma when I walked in the shop was so inviting. We will definitely be ordering from this little gem of a takeaway.

Discovered this place and it's amazing! The pizzas and pastas are incredible and the portions are very generous! 2 pizzas and a pasta dish filled 4 of us up to the point of busting! Highly recommended

One of our favourite pizza places but recently the quality has gone down and it’s such a shame. The past few times it’s taken a long time to arrive and it’s been cold. The toppings are becoming sparse. We want to support the small business but expect a certain level of quality. A note for the owner, please take this in good faith and an opportunity to improve.

This is our Sunday night dinner place. We order-in almost every week and this place has never disappointed....food is simply delicious and amazing. Great job and keep it going guys

I have had several pizzas delivered in the past. Generally good, quick, tasty. Today was disappointing however as it was burnt. The crust was not edible. A shame, as I say, normally reliably good.

We have waited 1 hour and 35 mins and still do not have our takeaway!. Quoted 40-45 mins when ordered. Checked our order after 50 mins to be told it had left.. We have just rang to check our order again after 1 hour and 15 mins to be put straight on hold - 6 mins later we are told our food will be here soon !!! Still no food ! The food arrived and driver told us he had only left 8 mins ago . Disgusting service.

if i could give 0 stars i would we were scammed of food and money!!!!! food wasn’t delivered after an hour of trying to contact them and waiting outside for the driver the delivery driver went to the wrong house and when we went out to find him, he drive off. We were not given the number of the driver until after he left and we called the restaurant again. We were enjoying a nice night in, with a delivery treat so wanted to order in, but after going to the wrong house, they were telling us to come collect from the store. once we rang them up to request a refund they refused. it’s not our fault they went to the wrong house, we just wanted to eat. It came to the conclusion that we’d only get 50% refund or nothing. We spent like £50 there. Not worth your money or time. We were all very hungry and waiting, I even have a child who was waiting for their dinner and we were just left hungry for over an hour. Had to order somewhere else.

Long wait ( but in fairness it was a Friday night ) but... our order was completely wrong!! I called to tell them & they did not seem at all bothered . When I pushed for some kind of apology or compensation i was told they would arrange a small discount next time.... as if we'd use them again. My hope is that my review will put people off using them, that will potentially hit them harder than not being sorry or finding a resolution to our incorrect delivery. Lucky for them we have no serious allergies !. People try elsewhere 1st. Caspari Express as your last resort !

Really unhappy with how long I have had to wait for my food! It has been well over an hour for a small order of 2 things! I called the restaurant and they said it was on the way 20mins later and still not here! Poor service.

Never had a bad meal from this place, and occasionally travel from where we now live to grab something and sit by the Thames. EXCELLENT authentic Italian take-away and delivery.

If you want your takeaway delivered in a reasonable time or something like the suggest they will, don't go here. Had to wait 75 mins for an order that was advised to be 30mins. Called and told waiting for a driver. So they're happy to take your money and then let you wait an age to deliver, because it got busy!! Pity as the food is really good.

We love the pizza here! We’ve tried others in the area and this is hands down our favourite. I am gluten free and this is the best GF pizza I’ve had anywhere. Writing this review after enjoying an amazing American Hot 🤌🏻

Ordered the Quattro Stagioni Pizza and the Rigatoni Floriana Pasta on a Saturday evening. Took around 45 minutes to arrive which was not too bad. The pizza tasted nice.I really liked the ingredients but the dough could be better. I preferred the pasta. It tasted great. The ingredients really complemented each other.

If I could give less than one star I would. These people should be reported for all the wrong they are doing. Not only did I not receive my order but you’ve kept my money. I will write a review on this s**those of a place weekly if I have too. Ensure that you get no customers so you don’t steal from anyone else. I’ve reported you to food hygiene and trading standards and I hope you get shut down in the forceable future

Best pasta and pizza available via takeaway!! Have tried about 4 pizzas, almost all of the pastas and various starters. All fantastic! Delicious and our FAVOURITE place to order from!! Thank you for such delicious, authentic food! Best place on UberEats x
