Awful experience. It took them 1 year and a half to change the buttons in my suit. I kept going to the shop every month asking to change them and every time they were telling me that they ordered the buttons and that they would have called me the following day; well it never happened. This until I raised a formal complain to the HQ. For a 700£ suit I would expect a way better quality and customer service. Funny thing, I had some orders for other suits at the same store however I put them on hold waiting to have my first suit fixed. I don’t have to mention that I cancelled all these other orders since it was so hard for them to simply change a set of buttons and they lost 2k in suits just by not being able to serve a customer. Staff is unqualified, careless and rude. By far the worst experience I ever had in any clothing shop. I’ve been telling everyone I know to avoid this place. Not going back even if they would give me a suit for free. Make yourself a favour and save a lot of time and nerves by just going a few steps away to a proper suit shop, Hugo Boss.

Had a wonderful experience at Suitsupply in Westfield. The staff are very helpful and knowledgable and go out of their way to serve . Although we only purchased a scarf to go with a blazer we had already from elsewhere, we were impressed with the variety of suits and styling tips . Sam showed us various ways of styling it and putting it together and also giving my hubby style tips. We will definitely be back when. They also have a tailor on site!

Went to Westfield to get a linen suit and had seen this place online. I must say that I was not ready for this experience. I found a suit in the right colour and was given some great advice by Sean. The trousers were altered in store to compliment the jacket and was ready within the hour. The suit now fits perfectly, and I could not be happier thanks again to Sean and all the staff for making it an exceptional experience.

Fantastic service delivered by Miles who I had an appointment with regarding my wedding attire. Miles gave us a very warm welcome, was professional and so patient throughout. He has a great eye for detail, actively listens and delivers very thoughtful style advice and ideas. Miles was so enthusiastic and went out of his way to help and delivered a very personal service, drawing upon his experience and knowledge. Very straight talking and genuine guy, that really wants to help his clients find the best solution for their needs.

Absolutely great customer experience! Went there to order a suit for my wedding. I had the chance of being looked after from Miles who seriously went the extra mile for me! By mistake I had booked the wrong session but Miles helped me out to achieve anyway what I had in mind. He's been great in suggesting different options and styles for my suit, explaining the differences of every single part of the whole suit. I can't wait to go back to collect the suit and see how it came up! Will definitely be recommending it to anyone who's after a good quality suit and a great customer service.

Claudia was incredible from start to finish. I walked into the shop and they were very busy, she welcomed me and managed my expectations. Incredible service and experience. After a couple of weeks of trying on suits off the rack, none which felt quite right… Miles was great in helping take my measurements and explain the key details in looking for a good fitting suit. The quality and details were top of the range and by far the best fitting and highest quality suit I saw after 2 weeks of looking at suits. Fit is perfect and the customer service from miles really boosted and made sure I was really happy with the purchase.

Have loved and bought jackets from this brand for many years. Decided to go into the store in westfield mall to collect an online purchase. As soon as we entered there was a nasty comment from one of the staff members on ordering online instead of ordering with them in the store. We laughed politely and ignored the message even though it made us feel terribly uneasy as customers. Next was a lady at the counter who made a face when we tried to ask her if she could order an item in the store to be delivered outside the UK (assuming there were distinct eu websites for this). The answer could have perfectly been a no but we got an incompetent non comprehensive reply which left us feeling again unhappy as customers.overall terribly bad communication, staff needs to be trained to interact appropriately and pleasantly with their customers.

I had a great experience buying a suit at suit supply with Catherine. All of the staff were extremely inviting and knowledgeable.

Long story short - Rattan is an incredible asset to this place and I will definitely return to Suitsupply As an introvert, I hate shopping for clothes. The whole ordeal seems awkward and uncomfortable, so when I was tasked with buying a wedding suit, naturally I put it off until the very last week I walked into the Westfield branch of Suitsupply already plotting my escape, praying that I’d somehow leave with a suit along the way. I was introduced to Rattan within minutes who listened to my vague description of what I was looking for and plucked a blazer for me to try on. An hour later, I had been measured up, styled, given the nod of approval from my partner and on my way out of there - confident that I’d be rocking up to this wedding looking fly af Rattan is a natural. She was patient, charming and courteous throughout my time in store - the shop was packed, yet I never felt lost in the crowd or a sheep in a flock. A wonderful experience! Required a suit, shirt, shoes and coat on short notice and the staff at Suitsupply, especially Abdul, were very helpful at making sure I got exactly what I was looking for. I was impressed by both the quality of the clothes and the quick turnaround on the necessary alterations! Couldn't have asked for anything better!

Amazing service and quality from start to finish. Stephen took his time to help me get my custom made suit measured up, with a few fittings and alterations, in depth knowledge of how to tailor it and the details I could add. Dom was also super helpful to help tweak the measurements. Honestly, this suit is the most comfortable thing ever, it’s like I’m not wearing anything at all, it’s lightweight but very durable and top quality material and style. As someone who knows nothing about suits, a good friend of mine recommended I purchase a suit from Suitsupply as they could give me some professional advice. I was looked after by Stefano and he was absolutely brilliant. We had a great time with Aale on Saturday where our wedding group was treated with great personal service, also learnt lots about the world of bespoke tailoring. A gem in SuitSupply, Aale was amazing for inspiration and really naturally knows what works which gives me a lot of confidence! It even went as far as fabrics and appropriate attire for times of the year with relatable stories something I would’ve never considered. Catherine was exceptional and absolutely nailed the alterations on my double breasted linen suit. She was the right balance of clear/knowledgeable about what does and doesn’t work while also listening to my opinions and preferences. She has excellent communication skills and makes you feel very understood. Highly, highly recommend. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars rather than 5 is that there was a mixup with my alterations, causing me to come in before it was ready for pick-up. However, the store manager was extremely reasonable in offering compensation.

Atanas is such an attentive sales representative. He was patient with me, gave expert suggestions and directed me to an excellent suit. I couldn't have asked for a better person to take measurements.

Just wanted a specific pair of trousers. Spent an hour trying to be upsold to nearly every jumper or shirt in sight. Had the trousers altered but had to leave without trying them back on because they took so long. Got home and they were one of the worst pair of trousers I've put on (sizing wise). Quality very good. Ended up paying a local tailor £28 to complete the job
