Gym student receptionist with short hair, Bronwin or Bron I believe/ overheard has an awfully negative attitude and really needs to cheer up and be welcoming. It is a front desk of a gym but she seems to treat it like its her bedroom. Food, laptop, rugny kit and personal items all over the place and also working out during a shift but seemed annoyed to come and help. Needs retraining or the sack!

Cheap drinks? Vibrant student atmosphere? That’s what we thought before entering the LSE Students’ Union bar. Yet, the moment we entered, our expectations fell through the roof; hypermasculine, rowdy and obnoxious - the swamp of lad culture. LSE, a hub of intellectuals? After my experience at LSE Students’ Union, I beg to differ.

Quite well laid out. Neat, tidy and compact. Although its may look a bit cramped at times; but its premium central London real estate!

Award winning modern building! A nice cafe and a modern gym are just two of its wonderful facilities.

Friendly atmosphere in the 3Tun pub. Gym on 4th floor with adequate facilities.

Awkward use of space, too much wasted stairs and halls

negative stars would be given if possible. A student's facility, not for students. The lady receptionist that worked today morning had a foul attitude. Firstly the badminton drop in sessions are advertised as free this term on the Insta page, and she said that we all needed to pay. Secondly, we all thought the courts were booked 8-10am, but actually she said it was 8-9 and eventhough, the hall was not booked and empty after 9, she refused to let us stay and just removed the nets. This is meant to be a student facility and if it would rather be left empty when there are students currently there playing, then what's the point of it being a student facility. Very very disappointing.
