Simply love having M& S in Walton. Great little coffee shop and staff are soo friendly. Take no notice of anyone who says it s expensive.. there are some great offers you just have to look for them and free parking For 2 hours. What more could you ask for?

Check out staff not wearing masks. Since tier 4 was announced yesterday, i was horrified to see checkout staff without masks! The management of this branch are way out of order and should never allow this situation. Beyond staggering, incomprehensible and a smack in the mouth for the most basic levels of common sense.

Today we visited our local M&S and I have to say the staff are amazing here. We felt very safe in the shop and the very nice lady looked after our paint can by the door while we shopped. I hope you do well and never leave Walton. Thank you 🙏🏼

I was so pleased to find some Gluten Free ready meals on this M&S branch. It's nice to have the option to grab something which can be ready to eat in lass than 5 minutes. I do wish we had a M&S on Esher High Street though.

Today we were as usual doing some shopping and back on the till today was Julie Morley and she always makes us feel welcome, so we keep coming back....

Small m&s in town. Lovely food and easy to get around the aisles.

Limited stock as not very large shop, but helpful friendly staff. However generally short shelf life on a lot of products which it most unhelpful if you're shopping for several days ahead!

A massive thank you to the young lady on self service tills today. I left my phone at the checkout whilst paying this afternoon. Thank you for taking care of it and to the manager who was lovely when I went to collect it. It’s a great store and I’ll be back soon to do more shopping thank you 😊

This branch is getting worse every week If you go into the store between 0900 and 1100 most fresh produce is not available yet What is available date is up the same day or at best next day..same infact any fresh produce...bakery bread is nearly always overcooked and hard. And dont go in after 5pm cos no fresh produce available even though they are open for another 3hours + just been in just terrible So dissatisfied .one item which is consistently good is pain raisin but only cooked by bakery 😡😡😡

I like M&S as their products always look wonderful. The problem is, so do some of their prices! I think I saw a speciality pack of crisps at £2.75 ! I'll did find bargains though and was happy. Staff are always wonderful here too. Parking was relatively easy (and free) but not the best of signage going in and coming out. Try it.

Some of the staff are very rude. A shop assistant at self service checkout asking customers to keep the basket at its place even if she she sees that customers having both hands engaged with heavy shopping bags and made them to go back to pick up the basket to keep it back to its place.

4pm on a Friday with " Trolley" of shopping NO checkouts open , stood for while then walked over to speak to the 2 Girl employees chatting together to ask if they could open a till and one said no there wasn`t anyone and said I had to use `self serve` and carried on chatting , I muttered yes because the staff are too busy chatting amongst themselves and was told one of the two girls was in training !. I told her not to bother with the shop as she would soon be replaced with a self service till !!!!

Watch out for the car park fines; best to avoid this place in case there are queues at the till.

Nice layout, good selection of products. Small cafe. Lifts still temperamental £2 to park at set times but refunded with £5 spend
