Been using this cafe bar for many years sometimes 3 times a day and I can honestly say it’s a really great place ! It has a 5 star food hygiene label ! The staff are helpful and cannot do enough to help you ! The food is continuously good quality and the menu is very large! Even the house wine is of very good quality ! I have tried twice to have breakfast here and twice I have been ignored by staff. The reviews are great, but it appears only locals and regulars get good service.While I sat down today, two couples went and left, as frustrated by lack of service as I was. A local came in, was welcomed, sat down and had coffee almost immediately. There are enough alternatives in the high street, with good coffee and good service.

What an incredible find! This is the best café in Sutton. They have a super varied menu of breakfast and brunch items, an amazing display of Portuguese pastries which I still have to go back to try, ample seating and even they sell Italian, Portuguese and Spanish cupboard staples. They have ColaCao! The staff are so welcoming and helpful too. Can't wait to go back

Delicious food for a great price, massive menu with hundreds (literally) options! The Mad Wrap is my absolute favourite (Egg, Sausage, Hash browns, Cheese) with a bit of ketchup.

Really enjoyed the enormous lunch. We could have shared it with two other people, but it was really delicious.

I think that the MAD cafe provides the best food, drink and friendliest service around. When they close for their annual holiday..... I will cry!
