My
experience
is
very
bad
and
I
lost
my
money.
I
bought
an
external
fish
tank
filter
on
6th
March
2020
for
£110.00
.
I
tried
to
fix
this
to
my
aquarium
but
it
does
not
work
on
my
aquarium.
The
product
was
not
sealed
and
looked
like
as
if
it
was
used.
I
took
the
product
back
and
asked
for
a
refund
but
the
staff
at
H2O
Aquatics
at
Knights
Rosedene
Garden
Centre
Woldingham
refused
to
give
me
a
refund
and
asked
me
to
wait
.
They
made
me
wait
for
two
hours
and
to
the
end
of
it
they
said
they
are
unable
to
refund
the
product
as
it
is
used
when
clearly
the
product
does
not
work
for
my
aquarium.
I
felt
insulted
and
ripped
off.
I
don't
understand
why
the
28
days
return
policy
was
not
honoured
.
I
will
not
recommend
this
place
at
all.
Please

I
did
not
buy
the
filter
for
no
reason.
I
have
a
big
aquarium.
I
have
been
trying
for
the
past
three
days
to
make
this
filter
work
some
how.
However
this
is
not
working
(not
pumping
water
)in
my
aquarium
and
sometimes
makes
noise
of
which
i
have
a
video
clip
.
I
have
no
use
of
this
filter
as
this
is
still
not
working.
I
live
25
miles
from
your
shop.
Today
I
was
really
disappointed
that
despite
of
my
trying
to
convince
you
of
how
this
was
not
working
and
as
i
have
no
other
option
but
to
ask
for
a
refund
you
and
your
staff
were
so
inconsiderate
and
made
a
mockery
of
my
demand.
I
am
the
customer
.
You
should
have
taken
some
value
of
that.
If
I
as
a
customer
have
no
use
of
the
item
purchased
I
only
have
the
option
to
return
this.
This
is
not
the
first
time
any
customer
would
return
an
item
if
they
do
not
like
it
or
if
they
have
misjudged
the
performance
or
have
bought
something
by
mistake.
You
cannot
deny
a
customer
from
returning
a
product
and
asking
for
a
refund
when
the
product
is
only
two
days
old
from
the
date
of
purchase.
You
made
me
wait
for
2
hours
.
If
you
are
so
adamant
that
this
filter
is
working
,
I
will
give
you
my
address
please
come
and
fix
this
filter
and
make
it
work.
What
is
complaints
procedure?
Please
let
me
know.
Further
to
your
response
I
called
you
today
9th
March
and
I
felt
it
was
a
waste
of
my
time.
You
are
only
thinking
of
the
business
and
only
want
to
sell
your
product
with
the
least
liability.
As
for
me,
I
am
a
pet
lover.
There
was
no
point
in
talking
with
you
and
you
kept
on
arguing
with
me
saying
that
I
did
not
buy
the
product
to
use
it
.
I
feel
that
you
do
not
want
to
sort
this
out
and
only
does
the
talk
and
does
not
walk
the
walk.
You
have
pictured
in
your
response
wanting
to
resolve
the
situation
but
I
hardly
found
any
of
your
conversation
leading
to
a
resolution.
I
have
been
ripped
off
and
will
see
what
else
I
can
do
to
protect
my
rights
as
a
consumer
.
