    Louis is wonderful!! She is so clued up about Pilates and even with online sessions she knows how to make the participants feel supported and encouraged. I love how the sessions start with motivational pointers to think through and I find that I take these with me through the rest of the week. I highly recommend the sessions with Louis and can say that I’ve really benefited from them from a health and positive mindset perspective.

    LouisLifeFitness online pilates classes is the way to go if one is looking for a great experience with an amazing instructor. The classes are designed to meet each individual needs. Sherene is supportive and encouraging, as she engages everyone during the session. She takes the time to look at each of us, as we demonstrated our understanding of the different movements. We were given suggestions of ways to improve and complete the correct posture. Both the group and 1:1 session give us the opportunity to work on the restorative stretches and strength exercises with guided breathing. I highly recommend LouisLifeFitness, for this experience will relax your mind and the body.

    Sherene is a lovely and very committed Pilates teacher/instructor and high qualified. I been follow her work since August 2020 and I been very impressed to her skills and how she is dedicate to her clients. Also she is very friendly and professional, I guarantee that she will help you to reach your goals. Another positive impact in Sherene’s training, she really what us to do well, so she will correct our position and give tips to improve.As a client I can say, became a part of Louis Life Fitness it's a change in your life! You learn a lot and you have a special person to guide you.

    I will recommend Sherene 100% for your Pilates session. She was very dedicated, patient, and encouraged me to develop more strength. It is nice to feel like she won't give up on you, even when I felt that I could not do it, she helped me push through. I really liked the fact that she was celebrating my improvement and encouraged me to push more. She is caring, very involve in the process, she pays attention to details and trust me, she will help you to improve your level of strength and flexibility.

    I came across LouisLifeWellness on Instagram and signed up for her first Soco'lates class a few months ago. And honestly I had a blast - being Caribbean myself I do love soca and whining up my waist - this class was perfect, dancing to my favourite songs but also incorporating a workout was soo much fun! By the end of the class, I was sweating, smiling but also felt very worked out. Sherene is a bright and attentive instructor with patience and passion for her craft and even though the class was online - she actually paid attention to everyone, correcting my posture a few times but also hailed us up when we was doing good, and motivated us to keep going. I have since done another soca'lates class and waiting to do my 3rd! I also done a month of her normal pilates classes which were equally as amazing but more mindful - starting and ending with a little mindfulness/gratitude. I would recommend Sherene's Soca'lates and Pilates classes for anyone who wants an intense but also gentle workout. The few classes I done, defo helped my posture and core strength. Only reason I didn't continue is - the timings for me didn't quite work out. I usually wake up at 4/4:30am for gym and work, and these classes started at 8 which is usually when I am in bed to sleep by 9-10 :(

    Sherene's pilates sessions gave me the body confidence and when approached with the opportunity to be a "Mamma in Motion" sounded great. With my 1st child i didn't understand the importance of healing and repairing my body. I was able to have 1-2-1 flexible session around feeds and naps to cater to my specific needs. The 4th trimester is a fundamentals part of post pregnancy... I had full access to classes and scheduled time for myself.

    I will definitely recommend LouisLifeFitness to anyone looking to challenge themselves physically but also reconnect with their inner self. I’m a mum of 3 and since I started the Pilates with Sherene , I can feel progress on my flexibility and i can feel that my core muscles are getting stronger by the day. She will push you, encourage you, praise you when you do well and acknowledge each of her customers. She is fantastic. She makes you feel special.

    I will forever be grateful to Sherene for introducing me to Pilates. I had always played around with yoga, but it wasn’t till I had a class with Sherene I found my preference for Pilates. Sherene’s clear informative direction, attention to detail, professionalism and passion for Pilates is what made me commit to intros Pilates into my lifestyle. I would definitely recommend Sherene if you want to start your Pilates journey!

    I really enjoyed my virtual online classes! Sherene is very knowledgeable about pilaties, she makes you WORK! I can't wait to continue them in the future! It's amazing what our bodies are capable of! Pilaties is definitely my favourite exercise

    I’d considered trying Pilates for years but never found a Pilates class that appealed. The Men's Pilates classes were nicely structured and well thought through. They helped me strengthen my core which helped rectify my back issues as well as my overall stress. I highly recommend the sessions and will be looking forward to my third set of sessions!

    In the midst of lock down I decided to start online Pilates with Sherene… I enjoy her classes, there’s structure, there’s variety and most importantly she has patience and a heart for teaching others and encouraging them. Many a days I felt lazy and didn’t book in and she would send a gentle reminder or word of encouragement. I look forward to our weekly Pilates sessions as it’s a place I can commit some time even momentarily to my health and fitness. Pilates has helped me to improve my strength in so many ways, Sherene starts each session encouraging us to consider what we are grateful for or a positive thought to hold and focus on during the session. It’s a space for us women to also empower each other by sharing momentarily a little about ourselves. I’d recommend her Pilates classes any day. She’s the consummate professional as well as s caring business person with a strong customer service approach!

    I love my Pilates sessions with Sherene! I don’t always look forward to them because I know my body will WORK…but Sherene is great at what she does and makes an effort to plan a class that is suitable for everyone. Since joining Pilates in January I have always been made to feel encouraged and welcome. I attend weekly sessions and I’m actually seeing the small small improvements in my flexibility and I’m more aware of my posture in day to day life. My favourite part of the lesson is actually the part where she opens and we engage in breathing and positive affirmations. I get to do nothing and be grateful!

    I really enjoyed my online Pilates classes with Sherene. Even though they were virtual, it still felt like she’s there in person with you, because of how attentive she is. She always makes sure you’re doing the right thing, advises you in the best way and most importantly is patient, which helps yous feel comfortable, especially as a beginner. Therefore I’d highly recommend Sherene’s services and definitely will sign up again if she does more online classes.

    I’ve really really enjoyed the sessions so far! They’re a mix between relaxing and well needed stretching and strength exercises. Sherene is really engaging and makes every effort to ensure everyone is included. Would definitely recommend her sessions!

    As an online participant in the group and 1:1 sessions, I highly recommend LouisLifeFitness. Excellent instructor who adapts and focuses on our individual need. After every session, the stress of the day is easily forgotten, as for me personally. I'm on my second package and looking forward to continuing on this journey, and I don't have to leave my home.

    I highly recommend LouisLifeFitness, I have had group sessions as well as one to one and both have been excellent. Sherene is knowledgeable and takes you on a journey, encouraging you to trust your body and guiding you on how to breathe correctly whilst working through the sequence. Can't wait for my next session!

    Sherene is an excellent yet patient teacher. If you’re new to Pilates she will make you feel instantly welcome and at ease. She also offers extremely flexible appointments, perfect for those work full time or childcare responsibilities.

    My classes with Sherene have quickly become the highlight of my week! Sherene comes armed to each session with a good nature, positive intentions, thoughtful affirmations and with the aim of ensuring her clients make time for their well-being - physical and otherwise! I’m a working mum with a busy full-time job, but classes are flexible and at a time in the evening that is very accommodating to my work and home commitments. Most importantly, classes with Sherene are focussed and fun! She is a fantastic teacher, taking time to gently encourage each of us to perform to our very best and I am pleasantly surprised with the progress that I have made in such a short space of time. I genuinely am hooked to the serenity and mindfulness that I feel after a session with Sherene. Highly recommend!

    Louis Life Fitness is definitely the place to go if you're looking for an instructor who loves what they do and genuinely cares about each of their clients.
